Although I did not end up getting my dress from The Bridal Manor, I had an amazing experience here. Janine was super helpful, patient & kind. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

While I did not make my final purchase for my wedding dress at Bridal Manor, it was hands down the best experience of all the stores I tried. Janine was my consultant and she was extremely sweet, not at all pushy and really made the experience extremely enjoyable. Janine listened to what I wanted and really delivered. My mother sister and I could not stop talking about her all day! Highly recommend Bridal Manor and definitely ask for Janine!

The Bridal Manor was the best choice! Sofia spent so much time dedicated to my dress shopping visit. She was so patient and kind, honest in offering her opinions without being pushy or sales-y at all. Ultimately making sure that I as the bride found exactly the right dress, and I did! I also did fittings and alterations with the Bridal Manor which were so easy and fast. I stored my dress with them until the day before my wedding and honestly found everyone at the shop helpful and friendly, every time I stopped in. The dress fit me perfectly and I felt incredibly beautiful and comfortable in it. My photographs are stunning! Highly recommend this dress shop!

The Bridal Manor was the only place I tried on wedding dresses, and I walked out within an hour with the dress of my dreams (and it was affordable!). The team here really knows what to look for, and I highly recommend!

I got married last month, and I purchased my dress from Bridal Manor! The dress was perfect, and the experience I had at this salon was exceptional. I came into the salon during a Stella York dress show, and I had a style I thought would work for me. The bridal attendant brought out this style out for me, but she also made sure to include others just in case. The gown I got was NOTHING like I expected I would like! I normally like things flowy on me, but I ended up getting a mermaid-style dress. I would never have picked it off of the rack if not for the salon's help! Alterations were made easy in shop, and the attendants were willing to answer any questions I had and were always super kind and friendly. I would recommend this salon to any bride looking for a dress for herself or for her wedding party!

My mother, grandmother, and sister had their wedding day attire altered at The Bridal Manor and had a great experience! Everyone was always so nice and sweet when we came in for fitting appointments. About 2 months before my wedding, I realized I needed a hair accessory for my big day. The Bridal Manor had a lovely case upstairs with lots of accessories, and they absolutely had the best selection and variety compared to other local bridal salons. The clip I chose was beautiful and sparkled :)

Wide selection of dresses carried here. I went personally looking for boho chic dress. I had so many compliments on the dress itself. Everyone was super helpful. Alterations were also completed here. Highly recommend.

Olivia and team at the Bridal Manor are hands down amazing at what they do. I can honestly say Olivia selected a dress I may like, thank god she did because I am the most indecisive person every. I bought the first one I tried on. The very first one. She has an amazing eye and is amazing at what she does. Thank you, Olivia! I bought my dress from Bridal Manor and I could not have been more pleased with the wonderful experience I had there. From my first visit where I bought my dress to my last fitting. My sales associate I was assigned really listened to what I was looking for and came up with a nice selection of dress for me to try on. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on but I wanted to try on a few more just to be sure and they were so accommodating. I ended up putting the first dress back on and knew when my mom and I both started crying it was the one. When we placed my order they told me it could take up to 9 months due to COVID to get it in but to my surprise I got a call only 4 months later that it was in. I went in and tried it on and it fit perfect, I did not want to take it off. I brought it back 3 months before my wedding for my alternations and everyone in alternations was so friendly and helpful. They made the few changes I wanted to the straps and really made it my perfect dress. I loved my dress, at the end of my wedding I did not want to take it off. I got so many compliments on it. I highly recommend Bridal Manor.

I actually found my dress before my appointment here and I had to call and cancel. I was very sorry to have wasted that spot but the lady on the phone told me not to worry and congratulated me on finding my dress! She was so sweet. That meant a lot to me because I had to cancel an appointment prior and they wanted to charge me a $75 cancellation fee and gave me a lot of attitude. I even told them I’d send the receipt on my deposit. I can see that they really care for their customers here and because of this one incident alone I have been recommending them to other brides.

The Bridal Manor is awesome. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and selection of gowns for brides and in my case Mother of the Bride. From start to finish they were accommodating, super friendly and down to earth! I found the perfect dress with the help of Janine and at a follow up some added ideas from Casey for a shaw! I have to say my favorite person that I felt a real connection to was the seamstress Emma! Not only is she a true expert at what she does but she is a kind and wonderfully friendly lady! Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart, helping a nervous mother of the bride feel calm and comfortable!

When it comes to a wedding dress, your dress, the very idea can be terrifying. Not here. The moment I walked in I felt a remarkable sense of comfort. The atmosphere is so calming and beautiful. Nancy is incredible. The first dress she put me in was the dress I chose and we had only had a small conversation prior to my appointment about what I was looking for. All of these wonderful ladies are professional, respectful and most of all so very kind. They genuinely care about the bride and how she wants to feel on her wedding day. This past week, I finally said Yes to my dress at Bridal Manor! The entire staff was great from start to finish, including my Bridal Consultant, Alexis. When finally saying yes, it was my second time revisiting this store because I kept being drawn back to one dress I thought I liked. With my ever changing mind of the vision for my dress, my consultant pulled a few new dressed for me to try and we finally found the one! I would definitely recommend taking a look at Bridal Manor. You will NOT be disappointed.

We went to bridal manor to try on some dresses and I was able to say yes to the dress !!!! Our bridal consultant Nancy was amazing. I gave her my vision and what dresses I wanted to try on and she did an awesome job!! She knew what direction to go in and was super helpful. Definitely made the dress buying process so easy. I said "YES" to the dress at the Bridal Manor! I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook and decided to schedule an appt. Olivia was an amazing bridal consultant! She took all of my feedback about the dress I had in mind and ultimately the first dress she had me try on was the ONE! She was also great at giving me options, ie: similar top, but, more detailed bottom etc. This really helped me decide which dress was my favorite! The Bridal Manor made the search for my dream dress so easy!

The Bridal Manor is a fantastic place to look for a wedding dress! The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and really listens to what you are looking for. I went to Bridal Manor to shop for a wedding dress and found one that I absolutely loved! Their staff is so great, my mother came back to shop for her mother-of the-bride dress. I was very happy with my experience at The Bridal Manor. Of all the bridal salons I visited, they had the widest selection of dresses in the style I was looking for. They were very helpful in the selection process and helped me to find my dream wedding dress. We were able to have my alterations done through them as well, which was extremely convenient. Olivia did such a fantastic job at helping me try on and buy my dream dress! She took my likes and dislikes and really listened to me when I explained my thoughts on each dress. She brought out my picks and others that were similar. I ended up going with the first dress and she made sure I had plenty of time to try it on again at the end with a veil. She actually ended up helping us so much when it came to a veil - especially since I wanted to combine two options into one. I never felt rushed or like I was just another bride - she made it so special and was so incredibly helpful! Cannot wait to use them for alterations as we get closer.

Nancy did a PHENOMENAL job helping me pick the dress of my dreams. I was so impressed that she found around a dozen dresses that were the style I was hoping for (and some that I didn't even know I'd love), but she totally nailed it on the second gown! She listened to our feedback and feelings and pulled gowns based on that. As a plus sized bride, I felt like I had so many options and was extremely comfortable in this salon. The Bridal Manor made the day even more special with their attention to detail and family-like feel. 100% recommend checking this place out if you're looking for something beautiful for your big day!

They helped me find my dream dress and Nora altered it beautifully to fit my growing body. Bridal Manor is the best! I purchased my wedding dress and my mom purchased her dress there too for my wedding. My husband and groomsman also rented their tuxes from there. All of the staff are wonderful and very helpful. I had a great experience picking out my dress and with my alterations!

I was greeted with a friendly smile! I was taken right on time for my mother of the bride dress shopping experience! The selection was great! They had plus size gowns in stock! Nancy was so nice and helpful. I did find a beautiful gown for my daughter's wedding in December! I highly recommend this place. I can not say enough great things about Bridal Manor and Julie, who so perfectly selected the dresses I tried on based off a picture I had shown her of the style I was looking for, as well as 1 completely outside that style, which was great. She was wonderful to work with, so fun and honest. She listened to everything I said and made me feel extremely comfortable! Being a 1st time bride I had no idea what I was doing and she was so sweet and understanding. My family loved her. She found me my wedding dress and made me feel good with it on! It was #2 out of the 4 I tried on and she paired it with the most perfect veil. The shop itself is adorable and they were able to accommodate an extremely last minute request for an appointment. This was the first and last trip needed to find my wedding dress and I would recommend her and her shop to anyone ☺️

I didn’t actually find my wedding dress at Bridal Manor, but I made many trips their during the months before my wedding because both my mom and my husband’s mom got their dresses there! The moms looked amazing! Their dresses were both so different and elegant in their own ways. They both found beautiful gowns that suited their styles and body types. My bridesmaids also got their dresses at Bridal Manor. They chose three different styles of bridesmaids dresses. The three styles looked great together and complimented each other in our wedding photos. I was pleased with the selection at Bridal Manor, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

My experience with the Bridal Manor was amazing from my initial call to make an appointment to my final dress pickup. We worked with Nancy who listened to my ideas and pulled the most *perfect* dress for what I was looking for. She made me & my mom feel special throughout the whole process. Their in-house seamstress is absolutely phenomenal. Because of my dress designer's proportions, my dress needed significant alterations (taken in 2 sizes in bust). The final product came out incredible and fit like a glove, & the bustle looked great. Their prices for dresses & alterations are reasonable and their service is nothing short of stellar.

My experience at The Bridal Manor was the best! It was the first time I went wedding dress shopping and they made the process as easy as possible. I was in love with Stella York dresses and my consultant pulled the absolute best dresses and helped me changed my mind to a better silhouette for my body. After ordering my dress they made it so easy for me to try on my dress and for alterations, they even added in an extra appointment for me to try on my dress one additional time before the wedding. We loved the experience here so much that my mom got her MOB dress here and had a similar experience. Her consultant made sure she was going to look beautiful on my wedding day and convinced her to step outside her comfort zone as well. Overall The Bridal Manor helped me and my mom look like models at my wedding and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I had an awesome experience at The Bridal Manor. I found my dress there almost two years out from the wedding. They were ALWAYS accommodating to my needs. I came in multiple times throughout those two years to try things on with the dress and get fittings and every time they were so helpful and courteous. They really made saying yes to the dress special!

I was so nervous to start looking for my wedding gown. I had gone to bridal manor for my bridesmaid dress the year before and loved the experience I had there so I figured it was a good place to start with my own gown My mom called up the night before and they got us in first thing the next day. They made something I was so nervous for so enjoyable and amazing. I was so comfortable and relaxed and ended up finding a dress that was more amazing than I could imagine it ever being and compliments my moms head piece from her wedding day that I’ll be wearing perfectly. I started with the thought it was going to be stressful and instead it was an amazing day with my mom I’ll never forget.

My appointment was amazing! I had Olivia as my consultant who was so accommodating and listened to everything I said I wanted and didn't want in my dress, and I came away with my dream dress! At first I thought I wanted a certain style, but then I tried something a little different and was wowed! And everything they had in stock was very affordable! I would definitely recommend any bride to go check out The Bridal Manor to find their dream dress.

I scheduled my first bridal salon experience with The Bridal Manor, and I am so happy that I did! The salon is so beautiful and the staff are truly stellar. My consultant, Jeannine, listened to all the things I was looking for in a dress and went above and beyond in her responsibilities. She was patient, eager to help in whatever way she could, and truly made my first experience bridal dress shopping a memorable one. The other consultants were so kind as well, a few offered assistance as well and were so kind and supportive! The gown selection at The Bridal Manor is wonderful! The hour and a half appointment was perfect for us and they even gave us extra time when there was no appointment scheduled after mine. Also, while I did not need it, it was nice to know they have a large selection of plus size gowns in store to try! I have other friends and family getting married over the next year, and I WILL be recommending they stop by the Bridal Manor to get the best experience possible!

The Bridal Manor went above and beyond! I had a dress picked out before trying anything on and picked my stores based off of who had it available. Bridal Manor was the second and last store I went to. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that every single dress in the store was under a certain price point which did not affect the quality of the dresses one bit. Julie helped me with my first few appointments. She helped me try on the original ballgown I picked out then several others she thought I would like. I ended up falling in love with a straight lace dress. Halfway through my wedding planning I became pregnant. There was just no way my dress was going to fit even though my wedding was a month after my due date. I contacted Marion the owner since I was an out of state bride with limited visits back to the area. Marion and her team helped me tirelessly find a new dress to wear (which ended up being my original love) as well as getting my alterations done just two weeks prior to the wedding to ensure the best fit. All of my bridesmaids also bought their Sorella Vita dresses from here. I'm pretty sure I've worked with every staff member and they were all equally amazing.

We had an issue with a dress and the staff was completely unhelpful. I got my bridesmaids dresses from there, everyone got measured to size. All dresses fit besides my one cousin (who happened to be the tiniest in my group). There was a good 4-6 inches in the back of the dress before the zipper would connect. So we took it back to the salon to tell them there was a problem in the size. They blamed it on her growing which I expressed she didn’t really grow that much to make a difference. They remeasured her (with her actually being 1-2 inches more than what she originally was) and said that she did grow therefore it’s our problem. Even tho 1-2 inch difference wouldn’t make that big of a gap with the dress not fitting. They refused a refund, would not switch out dresses, and basically told me only thing I can do was spend another couple hundred dollars on a second dress. After some more going back and forth the manager had my cousin try on a different size to a dress, they had ordered her a size 4, and she fit in a size 8 perfectly. I told them that my cousin could not afford another dress and it doesn’t make sense that it’s our fault the measurements got messed up with I know for a fact 1-2 inches would not make that much difference. The manager did end up reordering the correct size for her with no extra charge. But I would be super careful from there. I believe there was a mistake when entering the sizes to order. But other than that the dresses turned out beautiful, the other dresses that came in correctly they had no issues with. And besides that one incident the staff was really nice.

I purchased my dress from the bridal manor, our salesperson was lovely. It was the first place I went to for my wedding dress, I had appointments at 3 other shops but after visiting the bridal manor I knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. I wound up finding a dress I was able to buy off the rack, and they worked with us to be sure we stayed within budget. All of their selections were gorgeous and they really had a beautiful variety of dresses to choose from. All in all, I had a great time shopping there and everyone was really lovely to work with.

Out of all of the salons we visited while searching for 'the one' (dress), The Bridal Manor was by far my favorite. Their dress selection is outstanding and the staff was super sweet and helpful. Would definitly recommend!

I had a really disappointing experience at The Bridal Manor this past weekend. I had been looking online at bridesmaids dresses and came across Sorella Vita. I was eager to have my bridesmaids try some of the gowns on, so I called The Bridal Manor and made an appointment for just my mom and MOH to do an initial try on. I have six bridesmaids, some of who live far away, so I planned on having everyone come back the following weekend to try on my favorites. We arrived about ten minutes early for our appointment and no one was in reception. Finally, after several minutes someone greeted us. She showed us where the dresses were and allowed us to shop. We picked out about ten dresses and she took us into the back room where there is a pedestal, a three-way mirror, a couch and a nice fireplace. My mom and I settled down on the couch expecting that my MOH would begin trying on dresses. At that point, another woman came into the room and said "You cannot put them in here! We have a bride coming in at 2pm!". This was a bit off-putting as I had made an appointment for 1:30pm and also happened to be a Bride. The attendant then took us into a room filled with prom dresses and hung the dresses on the rack among the prom dresses. She pointed my MOH to a 'dressing room' that was the size of a broom closet with only one chair sitting outside of it. She then simply walked away and said "let me know if you need anything". At this point I was visibly frustrated and my mom could see it on my face. I did not feel that they were invested in helping us since they knew we would not be making a sale on that day. This was a stark contrast to some of the other salons I have visited who helped my MOH get in and out of each dress, talk to us about the style, color and cut, and just overall have a decent level of customer service which The Bridal Manor was sorely lacking. It was incredibly disappointing and we chose to leave without trying on any dresses. I will be sure to never go back.

I LOVED the dresses my bridesmaids wore. However, the people at the Bridal Manor aren't the nicest. My mom was looking for a mother of the bride dress that didn't look too matronly so she tried on a black sparkly prom dress and when she asked to try it on, the lady gave her attitude and said sorry that's a prom dress. I am not sure why it should matter and she's the mother of the bride! A lot of the ladies that work there had a little bit of an attitude every time we talked to them. They have a huge selection of dresses so I would probably recommend them to others, but just warn them of the attitudes from the workers. Alterations were very fast and they were able to make my bridesmaids dresses everything that they wanted, so thank you for that!

My experience at The Bridal Manor was perfect! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I had no idea what to expect. I went in with a few styles in mind and Julie, my stylist, was amazing! She picked out a variety of dresses for me to try, including ones that I never would have thought I would like. Evidently, the first dress that she chose for me was the ONE! Everyone from The Bridal Manor was very knowledgable, helpful, and welcoming! I could not recommend this place enough!! Thank you again!

After seeing tons of picture online of dresses I loved but being disappointed in stores. I took a suggestion from a friend that got her dress at Bridal Manor. When I called to make an appointment one of the first questions I asked was what size do you sample dresses go up to. This was a big deal for me since I am not a small size and other stores only had maybe five dress to try on. They had tons for me to try on! Julie was amazing and helped me find my amazing dress. When she brought the dress into the room I initially didn't even want to try it on because I wasn't a huge fan of the way it looked hanging (and my mother face) but I tried it anyway and the dress completely changed looks and even colors and my mother fell in love with it just as I did. Thank you for helping me find my perfect dress for my special day.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Bridal Manor! They were my first bridal appointment. Erin asked me a few questions at the start of my appointment and immediately pulled several dresses that I LOVED. I had really been dreading dress shopping, but Erin and the Bridal Manor made it into a really enjoyable process. I was put in a private room, I was only shown dresses that were within our budget, and I never once felt pressured to make a decision. I found *the dress* that day, and I got married 2 weeks ago and I'm still obsessing over it. I'm not kidding when I say that I hugged it goodbye before my mom took it back to her house after the wedding. In addition to my dress, my bridesmaids also bought their dresses here. They have a large room in the back with separate changing rooms to accommodate everyone. I cannot recommend the Bridal Manor enough!

Had an awesome experience at the Bridal Manor. They were the second bridal shop I went to. They made me very super confident and comfortable in everything that I had on. I was able to give ideas and a few pictures of what I found online. I narrowed my search down to three possiblities and was able to fall in love with my dream dress! Wow!! Where do I even begin?! The staff at Bridal Manor is beyond amazing! Monica’s help in finding my dream dress, accessories, and tailoring was top-notch. Because I live out of state, fittings were a challenge; Monica worked with my hectic schedule in order to make sure everything was perfect for me, every step of the way. The week before I went to The Bridal Manor I tried on approximately 20 dresses and knew what I liked but hadn't found it yet. When I called to set up my appointment with the Bridal Manor, Marion asked what I was looking for, and to the best of my ability, I explained what I liked and didn't like in the dresses I had tried on. When I arrived for my appointment, her staff had picked out several dresses for me to try based on the notes that Marion had taken on the phone, and they were EXACTLY what I was looking for. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The attention to detail made all of the difference in my experience and my search for the perfect dress. Not to mention the women were so knowledgeable and good at what they do. I can't say enough about this place. I will be recommending it to all of my friends. I wish everything about planning a wedding was this easy!

I’m very happy with the Bridal Manor. My dress is beautiful and I’m so fortunate the two girls helping me picked it that first day I went in. The seamstress is sweet and does good work. Bridal Manor also did the alterations and cleaning on the dresses for my mother and the MOG. The price was fair for my dress and the alteration costs were in line with what I expected. There was a minor mistake made when ordering my dress - the size was off by a half an inch - but in the grand scheme of things it was such a minor issue and the Manor made good on it anyway by offering to alter at no cost to me. You kind of expect things to go wrong so since that was the worst I dealt with I think I made out perfectly. I definitely recommend checking them out!!

Dana and the whole staff at Bridal Manor was amazing! My mom and I both got our dresses there for my wedding! I tell every new bride I meet to go there for their dress!

After experiencing the recent closing of a popular bridal store, my friends and I were heartbroken when we learned that our bridesmaid dresses for an upcoming October wedding were never going to arrive. Given timing, we worried that ordering new dresses would be impossible. Then, The Bridal Manor came to the rescue. They were so accommodating! They scheduled appointments with us immediately and offered an array of options for dresses. Plus, each of us received 20% off! I had an incredible experience at the Bridal Manor! I made an appointment a week prior to the 2018 Stella York Preview Event and luckily could get in. It was my first time bridal gown shopping and my consultant, Dana, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to determine what I was looking for in a dress based on my comments and opinions on the gowns as I was trying them on. I was down to 2 gowns and Dana did a trick so I could see the gowns back-to-back to truly compare them. It worked! I found my wedding dress! Dana did not put any pressure on me to buy, reminding me that if I wasn't sure, I could come back another day. I was sure. We discussed buying off the rack (bridal 10) versus ordering in my size (bridal 6). I decided to buy off the rack and I received 25% off the original price, which came to my price point. After that, we discussed alterations. I now have an appointment to get an estimate at the Bridal Manor, and then can take the gown to a family friend, who is a seamstress, so I can make an informed decision. Honestly, this was an amazing experience. I was hoping to find my dress on my first outing and that's exactly what happened! I was even able to FaceTime with my sister, who was out of the country, so she could be a part of the experience, alongside my mom and future mother-in-law. I couldn't be happier!

Great prices, dresses and people. I purchased dresses for my proms here in high school and it was only fitting I'd find my wedding gown here. It's one of kind and absolutely amazing. The staff is so accommodating and I loved working with Dana to find the perfect gown! Alterations were less successful, while I feel like they fit in the boutique when I wore them in real life (and maybe I lost weight between my final fitting the week before pick-up and my wedding) my dress was a little long and big. Overall though this did not affect my experience with the Bridal Manor. I still absolutely loved my dress and thought it was perfect for me and my wedding.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Bridal Manor! I purchased my wedding dress here, along with a belt that I had sewn into my dress and everything turned out so wonderful. Every single person whom we worked with here, from the stylists to the seamstresses to the owner, was SO KIND and SO helpful. My Mom also got her dress at the Bridal Manor and had the same amazing experience that I did. My dress was reasonably priced and I still am over the moon about the choice I made. I STRONGLY recommend the Bridal Manor for your dress needs!!

I got married last month, and I still stare at my dress! I want to get it preserved, but I haven't yet because I'm not ready to stop looking at it. The Bridal Manor was wonderful to work with and I'm so happy I chose to go there! I tried on so many dresses my first trip there - they brought out anything and everything that had a feature I said I was interested in. They never made me feel rushed and they were very patience with my choosing the most special dress I'll ever wear! After choosing and picking up my dress, I told them I had a seamstress in the family, and they weren't pushy at all with trying to push getting alterations with them, which I was very appreciative of. All the girls I met were a joy to work with. I highly recommend checking this place out for your wedding dress!

Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for everything that the Bridal Manor has done for me! From start to finish everyone at Bridal Manor was beyond amazing!!! I could go on and on and on honestly. This place is a must if you're looking for a wedding gown, veil, bridesmaid dress, mother of the bride dress, alterations (please see Nikki...she does such an amazing job with alterations...she did my wedding gown and I'm so in love with it and can't wait to wear it), or simply anything else that you're looking for. EVERYONE at Bridal Manor makes you feel welcomed and important. They really take their time with you and never rush. The customer service and selection there are excellent. So, please if you haven't been there, go check them out ASAP. I promise you won't be disappointed!

My dress was stunning! People raved about the beautiful gown! The staff at the store were very helpful. I told Erin the type of dress I wanted and my budget and every dress she found was something I loved. I purchased the second dress I tried on! They were wonderful !

I couldn't believe how amazing these ladies were to work with! They had such a beautiful selection of gowns and I found the dress of my dreams! Everything from finding a gown to alterations went soo smooth. Prices were reasonable and hours were accommodating. Its such a comfotable place where you dont feel rushed or pushed. Loved working with them from top to bottom!

My dress was absolutely gorgeous! The women that work at the shop are very helpful. The only negative was that my alterations (1 inch basic hem and bustle) was $250 which was more than 25% of the cost of my dress. I would recommend getting alterations elsewhere.

The Bridal Manor had exactly what I was looking for, a stunning All Red Da Vinci gown. Their service was over the top and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Since I had such an amazing experience with finding my Bridal gown I decided to also get my Bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dress as well as the Tux for the guys all at the bridal manor. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I came here to shop for my wedding gown, and ended up returning 2 times to try on dresses. Their prices were by far the best of any shop I visited. They have many beautiful options, and though I thought I'd found my dress on my first visit, on second visit, mom encouraged me to try on more just to make sure. My consultant, Caitlyn, was more than accommodating, pulling my previous favorite dress and helping us select several more. Caitlyn kept suggesting, gently, that I try on one dress they'd just gotten in, and I kept politely refusing. Too poofy, I said. Then I noticed that the dress's poofy lace underskirt was actually a design of hundreds of daisies- my favorite flower. So I agreed to try it on. And never, ever wanted to take it off. Nothing about that dress was what I thought I wanted- not the silhouette, not the fabric, nothing. The moral of the story here? Caitlyn ROCKS at her job and I should have listened to her in the first place! Come to this shop and trust the consultants! They're amazing!!!!!! Caitlyn even told us about an upcoming sale, helping to save us enough money to cover my veil. I also had my alterations done at the shop, and the seamstress, Nicki, is amazing- patient, kind, funny, and just a joy to work with. I've been back for fittings and alterations, and I had a blast each time. Nicki clearly loves her job and wants her customers to love their dresses! Also, they charge a flat fee for alterations, so if you do need to come back once or twice, it won't cost more. My French bustle was an upcharge, so do be aware of that. I also purchased my veil and headpiece here. The staff is amazing- friendly, helpful, and fun. Their prices are very reasonable, and their bridal selection is extensive. They also sell bridesmaid, mother of bride/groom, and prom dresses, as well as shoes, veils and accessories. The space itself is very cool too- it's in a very old house, and you do your try-ons and fittings in cozy rooms that feel like you're visiting family. (I should also say that when I brought my aunt on a couple of visits, and due to an injury she could not go upstairs- they kindly accommodated us in a different room downstairs.) Highly, highly recommend this shop. I was THRILLED to put my dress back on, on my wedding day,and received many compliments on it!!! Thank you, Caitlyn! Thank you, Nicki!!! When I mistakenly tried to order a dress from China, and it flopped (of course), the owner personally checked everywhere for the dress I wanted. The time frame (2 months) was obviously too short, but with their help O found a new one-- a better one!-- at an incredible price, just in time for the wedding. I don't know what I would have done without them!

They started off strong, putting me in a dress that was perfect for me, that I fell in love with and was just my style. Unfortunately I did not ask how much the dress was before I out it in and they didn't ask about my budget. So while I'm drooling over this dress I'm in, I look down and the price is way over my budget. My mom convinced me my budget was too small and the dress was perfect so I did get it. Then when they measured me for they dress that had to measure hallow to hem because the dress could not be hemmed due to the lace bottom. They were reading the directions and measured me 4 times. Eventually the dress came in and it was 2 inches too short and the lady helping me at the time tried to blame it on me telling me I wore smaller heels when I was measured, but it was only it perfect length if I was barefoot. So she books me another appointment and says the seamstress will work on it. I went back and the seamstress and another lady had no idea the dress was too short and needed to be worked on. Multiple times they kept calling me asking to go back and try the dress on again and after 3 times it still was not right. They would say they would do one thing and then not do it at all. The seamstress and owner were very apologetic and nice about everything but it was a big hassle when it didn't need to be. Also when they hemmed one of my bridesmaids dresses it was completely crooked. In the end I love my dress but I wouldn't go back.

Overall, my experience at The Bridal Manor was very good. There was a problem with my order and the staff was very accomodating and fixed the problem.

Everyone at Bridal Manor is friendly and helpful. I knew from hearing from other brides that Bridal Manor was the place to go. They were right! Every step of the way, they were all so kind and made me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend Bridal Manor to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I'm not all that girly so when I went to look for my dress I didn't have much in mind and simply printed a few pictures. Rachel greeted us (and had no problem with there being so many people--my mom, aunt, mother-in-law, and 3 sisters), looked at my pictures, and we all went upstairs to look through the selection. We quickly had about 10 dresses for me to try on. I loved every one of them, which really surprised me since I haven't worn a dress at all in years. I narrowed it down to my 2 favorites, and rather than being pressured to pick one that day, they suggested I take a couple weeks to think about it and return later to try them on again, since that might give me a better idea. I did and was able to pick one easily. The prices for the dresses were great (alterations were a little expensive, but I would expect that anywhere and she did a really nice job so I can't complain at all) so I didn't even have to worry about that because they were all in my affordable price range. I liked it here so much that both mothers got their dresses here as did my bridesmaids.
