hy or sales-y at all. Ultimately making sure that I as the bride found exactly the right dress, and I did! I also did fittings and alterations with the Bridal Manor which were so easy and fast. I stored my dress with them until the day before my wedding and honestly found everyone at the shop helpful and friendly, every time I stopped in. The dress fit me perfectly and I felt incredibly beautiful and comfortable in it. My photographs are stunning! Highly recommend this dress shop!

Stella York dress show, and I had a style I thought would work for me. The bridal attendant brought out this style out for me, but she also made sure to include others just in case. The gown I got was NOTHING like I expected I would like! I normally like things flowy on me, but I ended up getting a mermaid-style dress. I would never have picked it off of the rack if not for the salon's help! Alterations were made easy in shop, and the attendants were willing to answer any questions I had and were always super kind and friendly. I would recommend this salon to any bride looking for a dress for herself or for her wedding party!

tting appointments. About 2 months before my wedding, I realized I needed a hair accessory for my big day. The Bridal Manor had a lovely case upstairs with lots of accessories, and they absolutely had the best selection and variety compared to other local bridal salons. The clip I chose was beautiful and sparkled :)

g. My sales associate I was assigned really listened to what I was looking for and came up with a nice selection of dress for me to try on. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on but I wanted to try on a few more just to be sure and they were so accommodating. I ended up putting the first dress back on and knew when my mom and I both started crying it was the one. When we placed my order they told me it could take up to 9 months due to COVID to get it in but to my surprise I got a call only 4 months later that it was in. I went in and tried it on and it fit perfect, I did not want to take it off. I brought it back 3 months before my wedding for my alternations and everyone in alternations was so friendly and helpful. They made the few changes I wanted to the straps and really made it my perfect dress. I loved my dress, at the end of my wedding I did not want to take it off. I got so many compliments on it. I highly recommend Bridal Manor.

That meant a lot to me because I had to cancel an appointment prior and they wanted to charge me a $75 cancellation fee and gave me a lot of attitude. I even told them I’d send the receipt on my deposit. I can see that they really care for their customers here and because of this one incident alone I have been recommending them to other brides.

re accommodating, super friendly and down to earth! I found the perfect dress with the help of Janine and at a follow up some added ideas from Casey for a shaw! I have to say my favorite person that I felt a real connection to was the seamstress Emma! Not only is she a true expert at what she does but she is a kind and wonderfully friendly lady! Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart, helping a nervous mother of the bride feel calm and comfortable!

nd beautiful. Nancy is incredible. The first dress she put me in was the dress I chose and we had only had a small conversation prior to my appointment about what I was looking for. All of these wonderful ladies are professional, respectful and most of all so very kind. They genuinely care about the bride and how she wants to feel on her wedding day. They are great to work with, helpful in all areas and area know so much about their dresses and designers. She actually ended up helping us so much when it came to a veil - especially since I wanted to combine two options into one. I never felt rushed or like I was just another bride - she made it so special and was so incredibly helpful! Cannot wait to use them for alterations as we get closer.

Being a 1st time bride I had no idea what I was doing and she was so sweet and understanding. My family loved her. She found me my wedding dress and made me feel good with it on! It was #2 out of the 4 I tried on and she paired it with the most perfect veil. The shop itself is adorable and they were able to accommodate an extremely last minute request for an appointment. This was the first and last trip needed to find my wedding dress and I would recommend her and her shop to anyone ☺️

there! The moms looked amazing! Their dresses were both so different and elegant in their own ways. They both found beautiful gowns that suited their styles and body types. My bridesmaids also got their dresses at Bridal Manor. They chose three different styles of bridesmaids dresses. The three styles looked great together and complimented each other in our wedding photos. I was pleased with the selection at Bridal Manor, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

ost *perfect* dress for what I was looking for. She made me & my mom feel special throughout the whole process. Their in-house seamstress is absolutely phenomenal. Because of my dress designer's proportions, my dress needed significant alterations (taken in 2 sizes in bust). The final product came out incredible and fit like a glove, & the bustle looked great. Their prices for dresses & alterations are reasonable and their service is nothing short of stellar.

After ordering my dress they made it so easy for me to try on my dress and for alterations, they even added in an extra appointment for me to try on my dress one additional time before the wedding. We loved the experience here so much that my mom got her MOB dress here and had a similar experience. Her consultant made sure she was going to look beautiful on my wedding day and convinced her to step outside her comfort zone as well. Overall The Bridal Manor helped me and my mom look like models at my wedding and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

good place to start with my own gown My mom called up the night before and they got us in first thing the next day. They made something I was so nervous for so enjoyable and amazing. I was so comfortable and relaxed and ended up finding a dress that was more amazing than I could imagine it ever being and compliments my moms head piece from her wedding day that I’ll be wearing perfectly. I started with the thought it was going to be stressful and instead it was an amazing day with my mom I’ll never forget.
