Fabulous friendly service & most knowledgeable staff! From the china & crystal & flatware types & care tutorial, to advice on mix and match pattern/ price point options to matchin...g the couple's "lifestyle/ entertainment style" -- Char Crews Hinsdale is the best, bar none. Ask for Peggy! My daughter almost didnt even register for china, silverware or crystal after the horrible experience she and her fiancee had at Macy's in NYC (1 rating at best). I called Peggy for an appointment when my daughter came home for a weekend and she turned a previously frustrating experience into a fun event. Thx Again Peggy!!!! Very Satisfied MOB
