I had the most amazing dress experience here! Madeline was professional, kind, funny, and helped me soooo much! In the hour I was there I found my dream dress and it was way inside of my budget!

This is the first wedding dress shop I visited after becoming engaged, and wild to say it will be my last after a day of trying on dresses. Bushara was patient and intuitive to what styles I would fall in love with, without having the basis of a wishlist to go off. Found the dress of my dreams and couldn’t be happier.

The staff were professional and kind. They listened closely to my input and really made me feel catered to throughout my shopping experience. They also only pulled gowns for me to try on that were within my budget which was wonderful. I enjoyed that they had a limit to the number of guests you can bring- I think it made for a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. So happy I said “yes” to the dress at The Bridal Room!

I loved my wedding dress. The Bridal Room had so many different options in the style that I liked and the first fitting was easy and fun. I loved how organized the team was throughout the whole process. The atmosphere in the shop itself is very cute and the staff is very nice. I was able to come back a second time to try on a few dresses I was choosing between so I knew I had exactly what I wanted. I used their in house seamstress and although it was a bit pricey my alterations turned out great. Even when I had some questions about the alterations process I received a prompt email detailing answers to all of my concerns. I was a bit confused about the sizing so don’t be afraid to speak up and ask about why they recommend a certain size.

I don't consider myself much of an instagram bride, and I was a little hesitant about the pink and girly vibe of the website. Plus, I generally dislike shopping and the experience of trying on clothes. BOY was I wrong. First of all, I loved everything about the salon once I was there. The experience was intimate and personal. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that people were excited for me and wanted me to be comfortable. My stylist turned out to be the owner, which I didn't know at the time but in retrospect made so much sense- Heba was PHENOMENAL. My mom still comments on what an incredible customer experience it was. She had pulled gowns based on the online profile they had me create, then had me pull a few more once I was there. As I started trying things on, Heba did a fantastic job of helping me clarify what was working and what wasn't. While she did encourage me to try on some things I hadn't thought I would like, she also picked up right away on what I was responding to. I would have purchased my dress on the spot, but I had made an appointment at a second salon that day. Frankly, the second salon experience was nowhere near the quality of The Bridal Room, which solidified my choice! I went back to the salon to officially purchase my dress by myself and while I was prepared to simply have my measurements taken and had over a credit card, the stylists still wanted me to have my "say yes" moment. It was so sweet that everyone wanted me to feel celebrated! I felt incredible about every aspect of the shopping experience and highly recommend the thoughtful and professional stylists at the Bridal room!

The Bridal Room was my favorite of the 4 boutiques we visited. It was immediately so welcoming, fun, and beautiful! They had already pulled dresses from my Wishlist for me to try before I arrived, and my consultant was so amazing. I really appreciate how she kept me at the forefront of the entire process. Narrated what she was doing and always asked for my consent before trying to help me in and out of the dresses which definitely wasn’t the case everywhere. And I found the perfect dress!

The Bridal Room made my experience finding a wedding dress absolutely wonderful! When I was looking for a wedding dress boutique, I felt like there weren’t a ton of options in the NoVA area. I ended up setting up appointments with two different boutiques, but my experience with The Bridal Room was above and beyond what I could have expected. As soon as you walk into the space, you just feel so special and welcomed, just as any bride should feel. The consultant that I worked with was very friendly and I felt like she was really listening and getting to know me and the style of dress I was looking for. After purchasing my dress, the communication with the shop throughout the time the dress was being created was always very clear and I never felt like I was lacking information on my dress. I did end up also working with the team at The Bridal Room for the alterations, and their seamstress was amazing. The timeline was exactly what was predicted and was finished on time.

Brynn was amazing, and the shop was excellent from start to finish. She looked at pics of my venue ahead of my appointment- totally top notch, very impressive, and greatly appreciated because she knew exactly what I wanted without me telling her. She had pulled a dress I really wanted to try as well as others that were exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate the level of personalization and attention- it was just the right amount. And the way The Bridal Room let my family and I celebrate and enjoy being in THE dress after my decision was made- magical. I felt like we were the only ones in the store and lost all track of time. It was such a fairytale day.

I had a fantastic experience at the Bridal Room. Every detail of the appointment made me feel special and helped bring excitement to this day. I was a little nervous going into the appointment, because I was not exactly sure what I was looking for, I felt very overwhelmed with the amount of choices of wedding dresses generally, and I was not confident I would find something I liked. The Bridal Room was the very first time I tried on wedding dresses, and although I attended other appointments that day, the dress I ended up choosing was one of the dresses I tried on at the Bridal Room. None of the other dresses I tried on compared to the one I loved at the Bridal Room, and the customer service was unmatched. I worked with Bryn, who was amazing. She helped me pick the perfect dress and made me feel absolutely beautiful and confident in each of the dresses that I tried on. Bryn asked me a lot of questions about me and my fiancé and had even looked into our venue, and was able to make suggestions based on the ambiance of our venue. Bryn chose several dresses from my wishlist, let me select a few dresses off of the rack, and then chose a few dresses for me based on what I liked. She really helped me pinpoint my bridal style and what I liked in wedding dresses- the dress I ended up choosing was one that Bryn selected for me, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend the Bridal Room.

I can't recommend The Bridal Room enough! I shopped at two bridal salons, and the shopping experience at The Bridal Room was SO much better than the other salon. The staff at The Bridal Salon was not pushy, they showed me plenty of options, and let me stay half an hour past the end of my appointment slot. I also did my alterations with them. Their entire staff is so kind and easy to work with! They make the process simple and provided regular updates on the shipping and delivery timeline.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my wedding dress at the bridal room. The staff was lovely. The woman who helped me pick out my dress was not at all pushy and made me feel comfortable. And the alterations process was so easy. Plus, it is a very easy location to get to from DC. So glad I found it. Would recommend The Bridal Room to any bride in the DC area.

They were absolutely amazing! The customer service was awesome. From the moment I came in they were very friendly and cared to make the experience the most enjoyable for me/ answer any questions I had. Lisa worked with me to contact the designer of the dress I liked to see if the alterations I wanted done to the design of the dress were possible and worked with their seamstress to make sure additional things I wanted to be done for the dress could be done. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision and do anything she could to help me find clarity in picking the right dress. Their seamstress has also been very responsive and very polite working with me on making my vision come true! They are a great store to work with and highly recommend them! :)

I had the loveliest experience with Brynn from the Bridal Room! She was so supportive and encouraging despite my thoughts and dreams of a dress being all over the place. She wasn’t pushy and gave my bridal crew and I private time to talk about dress features I did and did not like. She also encouraged me to try on dresses that were different than what I was describing and *of course* those were the ones I ended up loving! Overall such a relaxing and fun experience trying on dresses with her.

All of my friends that have gotten married in the area have bought their dresses here and I now see why! It is such a great environment - everyone is so excited and helpful and you have your own area so it feels very private. Once you find your dress you get champagne and your photo taken in their studio! I highly recommend The Bridal Room for your dress!

Highly recommend the Bridal Room! I went here on the recommendation of a friend and I am so happy I did. I worked with Heba and found my dream dress on my first (and only) dress appointment. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and she pulled a bunch of different styles (that were all beautiful) so I could find one that fit my taste perfectly. After I bought it, the process was smooth and stress free. I went to my first dress fitting in August (after I ordered my dress the previous January) and discovered I couldn't zip it up! This could have been a very stressful event but their seamstress, Ying, just matter of factly said she would let it out and it was a non-issue. When I came back for my second appointment, it fit perfectly. The Bridal Room seamstress, Ying, is incredible. I had a lot of alterations I wanted to make and she made them all perfectly on the first try. If you want a low stress, supportive and body positive dress buying experience, the Bridal Room is the place for you.

I had such a great experience at The Bridal Room! After a weekend of dress shopping last fall, The Bridal Room was my last stop on a Sunday afternoon. I quite honestly was exhausted by then, but Lisa was such a breath of fresh air. I really loved how I was able to pick out dresses to try on instead of the stylist pulling designs for me. Choosing 'the one' can be tough, but Lisa was so knowledgeable and helped me sort through all of my choices with ease. I never felt an ounce of pressure. My great experience with The Bridal Room continued even after saying, " yes to the dress." I found a beautiful veil and headpiece at the shop as well, and my alterations were perfect (thanks, Ramya!!). I really felt like a bride on my big day-- the dress is just stunning in all of our wedding pictures. Thank you to The Bridal Room for everything!

I cannot say enough good things about the Bridal Room and Ramya who not only helped me find my dress but also did my alterations. When my mom and I came for our appointment we were treated so well and had such a good time. Ramya made me feel so comfortable even with some modesty constraints I had for my dress. She told me to find what I liked and they would make it work. I felt so taken care of. The work she did on the dress to make it work for me was incredible and I felt so beautiful for my day!

Found my dress and got it altered at The Bridal Room. I had a great experience getting the dress and ended up with a dress I never would have imagined. You do need to stay on top of them financially. I didn't get my credit paid to setup the appointment and didn't realize until I got the email receipt later. The alterations went well and the final product was worth the wait but there was a hiccup at the second alteration appointment leading to a third needed. The seamstress tried to take some shortcuts to not have to alter the dress as much that didn't work out. She tried to argue with me into not fixing it and the consultant had to tell her to do it. Either way, I had to pay to have the shoulders shortened twice because she didn't take it in enough the first time along with the sides. It was turned around quickly as it was fixed by the next day but the experience at the second fitting left a sour taste.

I love this place!!! Grace helped me find my dress and she was seriously so sweet. I let her know when I was looking for and picked out a few and in the end, it was her who found my dress and suggested it! Ladies, go get your dress from here.

I absolutely fell in love with The Bridal Room! Their costumer service was amazing from the start when I scheduled an appointment to the moment after I picked up my dress. Everyone was very kind and attentive to my wishes and needs. I said Yes to my dress late 2020 and first had my pick up for 2021, but because of COVID my wedding was delayed and we had to postpone. The team of The Bridal Room was very understanding and was able to reschedule my fittings to a date closer to the new wedding date. Everything was perfect, until 2 weeks from my wedding, I decided to try on my dress, and I had gained a little extra weight :( and I call the shop asking for help, and not for my surprise, they were absolutely the kindest! They got my in contact with my seamstress Ramya and she fixed my dress in 2 days and it was stunning for my big day!! I 100% recommend this Bridal shop to any bride that cross my path!! They rock!!!

I am very happy that I decided to work with Bridal Room VA. I had gone to 2 other bridal shops, and I couldn’t find a single dress that I liked. When I went to Bridal Room I found over 8 dresses I would be ecstatic to wear on my wedding day. Grace was an AMAZING stylist to work with. She understood my vision, allowed me to try every possible style on to confirm my vision, and helped me feel so beautiful. The alterations lady at Bridal Room altered my dress in 2 weeks before my wedding, I was so impressed with her quality and speed! I had an appointment with Kenzie McDermott. She was amazing to work with and extremely patient. She also did a great job finding a variety of dresses for me to try on based on the styles I liked. I would recommend The Bridal Room to others because of my great experience.

Heba Adat! Is the BEST bridal consultant in the DMV. I don’t know what your dress preferences and budget is but this amazing woman and her team will find it for you. She was warm, understanding, so supportive and on point with what I wanted and I SAID YES to the a dress I never dreamed I’d say yes to! It was the silhouette I had envisioned but it was beaded lace, she worked with my color preferences and she had so much knowledge about the fabrics, comfort and overall appearance. The Bridal Room is so comfortable, Jane at the front desk was awesome. I am so glad I found my dress at this wonderful place in Virginia.

The shop is adorable and homey, Rachel did such a good job finding dresses for me to try ahead of time and during the appointment, and they have lovely selections to look at. Although I ultimately bought my dress elsewhere, they are definitely a place to check out!!

They had a beautiful and wide variety of dress selections. The consultant was really knowledgeable about the dresses that they had and was able to give me great recommendations. I was torn between two dresses, one with glitter and one with lace. The bridal consultant suggested that we buy glitter fabric and combine the two dresses. It was perfect. Highly recommend!!!!

I had THE best dress shopping experience at the Bridal Room! This was my second stop of the day after my first stop ended up being a huge disappointment. Everyone I came in contact with (from the receptionist at the front desk to the consultant I worked with, to the seamstress, etc.) were all so nice and welcoming. Special shout out to Kenzie, my consultant. She was absolutely amazing! She made me and my guests feel so comfortable during our visit. This was only the second shop I went to, but I was immediately smitten! I never leave reviews but my experience was so great I felt like I needed to. Start to finish, the Bridal Room made this whole experience perfect! Ramia was incredible, an ultimately helped me find the absolute perfect dress for me. The Bridal Room was an incredible place to shop for a dress, and they were so supportive as my husband and I had to postpone our wedding reception twice due to Covid. I even forgot to pick up my veil during a Covid lockdown, and they held onto it for almost a year and a half! When it came time to finally alter the dress and create a bustle, the tailor made sure I was comfortable and felt beautiful. I am so glad that I chose The Bridal Room and I would recommend them to everyone!

Coming from a small town in the Midwest, I never thought I would someday purchase my bridal gown from an adorable boutique on the East Coast! Honestly, the prices were the SAME as all of the chain stores, but the quality and variety of options were far superior to anything else I found. Sadiyah was an absolute doll and took in all of my considerations and requests for how to feel most comfortable in my bridal gown. Even though I am not a "girly girl," they helped me live in the moment and feel special as I went along the bridal journey - and for that I am truly grateful :) I also had some incredible tailoring done by their in-house seamstress! While I thought there were quick, easy ways to sew up the front cleavage space, the seamstress did a beautiful collage over the area with designs from the extra material when the length of the dress was hemmed up. She knew exactly what she was doing, and it far surpassed my expectations! I felt beautiful AND conservative on my wedding day, which gave me the boost of confidence I needed to relax and enjoy the day to its fullest. They were friendly and professional through the whole process!

I don't usually post reviews but this gem of a store deserves it. The bridal room has gorgeous dresses at incredibly reasonable prices...who knew that was possible?! Lisa is an amazing guide to the inventory and was a delight to work with. I can't recommend her enough!

The Bridal Room was the PERFECT bridal salon for me. I knew I wanted a clean, peaceful, personal dress shopping experience, and The Bridal Room delivered. Their space is gorgeous, their dressing rooms are comfortable and secluded, their staff is incredible, and their gowns are lovely. I worked with Heba during my appointment; she's so knowledgeable and thoughtful. I chose a lot of gowns I liked, but none of them turned out to be "the one". Heba listened carefully to my explanations of what I did and didn't like about each gown once I put it on, and based on my comments selected a couple of options that I had passed over. She ended up pulling "the one" off the rack for me herself! It wasn't something I would have chosen on my own, but it turned out to be absolutely the dress of my dreams! Whether you think you know exactly what you want or you think you need all the help, go to The Bridal Room! They'll do a fantastic job! I am so glad I chose to visit and purchase my dress at The Bridal Room.

Love this place!! Every dress I tried on was a winner it was hard to choose! Super friendly staff and the shop aesthetic is amazing. Would definitely recommend!!

Pros: ~The selection of dresses is great! ~You can create a vision board of dresses in advance, which they will pull for you (if they have any in stock). ~Beautiful (and expensive) accessories, e.g. veils Cons: ~They charge $45 for an appointment (which you can credit toward your gown if you buy it on the spot, but not later). ~You cannot take pictures of any dresses; just FaceTime calls. ~Very judgmental about a budget of less than $2k; they had almost nothing below $1,700. ~Not very polite staff; they criticized an honest mistake of having a typo (the wedding date year) in the pre-appointment survey; and they completely lost interest in helping when they realized I didn't have a sky-high, flexible budget. ~Extremely expensive in-store alternations: they charge $500 minimum for a hem only; then additional alternations run between $800-1,000, and up to $2,000 depending on what you want. ~Limited selection of plus size dresses. Overall I was disappointed to pay $45 for this appointment (only to feel judged about my $1,500-2,000 budget), but it was still helpful since it helped me see what a contrast another bridal salon experience had been where they were kind, open, welcoming of my budget, and judgement-free. So that was a big silver lining!

I wasn’t sure what to expect and the bridal room made it an experience to remember. Additionally due to COVID we didn’t have a sitter for my son. They allowed me to bring him and share in my special moment with him. After 5 dresses I knew I found the one!

The Bridal Room is truly a special place where all your dress dreams will come true! Heba and her team were fabulous from my first shopping experience to my final fitting. They dealt with COVID the best out of any of my vendors and did not miss a beat in helping me schedule new fittings over a year later and made me feel both special and beautiful every step of the way. If you are anywhere near the Bridal Room you should definitely book an appointment!

We were scheduled for the last appointment of the day, the staff was very nice and hospitable. The consultant - Grace - was very excellent and on-point, when it came to narrowing down the dress options. This was my first appointment and I found my dress! It was literally everything I wanted and more. This is not the most spacious boutique, but they socially-distanced the brides which made me feel safe and enforced masks in the lobby. Plus they had a rather big dress selection. Definitely recommend this place!

I had a great experience at the Bridal Room. It was my first bridal shop with my mom and sister. I had 2 more shops lined up to see as it was the only time and semi last minute in looking for dresses. Saddia was so great and helped me so much. I knew I wanted a simple dress and after seeing some of the dresses, she actually picked something that hit spot on of what I wanted. I didn't say yes right away but it was the only dress I could think of and no other styles in the other 2 shops. After going to the 2 other shops that day, The Bridal Room truly was more attentive, welcoming, and had a large variety of dresses. For the 2 fittings, Heba and the seamstress was amazing and just helped answer what I had questions on and gave wonderful suggestions. The final product of my dress was GORGEOUS! I cannot believe just how clean and well fitted everything was. I HIGHLY recommend The Bridal Room and Saddia.

I had such a fantastic experience here! Absolutely love the atmosphere, so stylish and fun! This salon has a unique selection of dresses and Grace and Lauren helped me find the perfect one! The ladies here really listened to what I said and also helped me think outside of the box, I ended up picking out a dress I wouldn't have tried on otherwise. They are real experts! This is the happiest place on Earth! I was nervous about finding my dress with my wedding only 5 months away. They took me in and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I cannot speak more highly of how amazing the experience was. This is definitely the place to go to!

I loved my wedding dress so much; it was everything I wanted! Every time we went to the Bridal Room the employees were so friendly and helpful. I need a lot of alterations and they accomplished that while keeping the dress exactly as I loved it.
