I had the BEST experience at The Bridal Shop! I immediately was blown away with how amazing my bridal consultant was. Cindy was very sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and excited from the start! I appreciate how she helped me find dresses in the store that were my size to try on, as well as helping me figure out what style/shape suited my body type best. I found the most beautiful dress at this store. Their selections were excellent for girls that are curvy. I cannot recommend this store enough!!

Awesome experience! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. My daughter and I ended up staying for 3 hours and found the perfect dress! They even had some great tips for flowers. Highly recommend you stop by and see these ladies!

Wow! I could not be happier with my experience. Lena took so much time with me when I came in to ensure I found the perfect dress! We had to reschedule a couple times due to covid. With all the uncertainty that surrounded the pandemic she was accommodating and went above and beyond. We also purchased bridesmaids and a flower girl dress the same day. I can not say enough amazing things about Lena and her shop!

This was the worst experience of my whole wedding process. Lena was so unhelpful and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend! Starting off setting up the dress appointment to even try on dresses, I was told they had an array of long sleeve dresses. We arrived and she only had a handful of small sized long sleeve dresses. She never asked my size, or my price range that I was looking at. I ordered appliqués to get custom sleeves put onto a dress that I did purchase from XOXO bridal and was told that if I ordered them that day they would be GUARANTEED to be in by October 31st. They were not in until almost a week later. There did not seem to be an understanding of sense of urgency from Lena. I finally called the designer and they called Lena and then all of a sudden there was a fire under her and the appliqués were all of a sudden switched from USPS to FedEx and were delivered the next day after the switch was made. When I picked these appliqués up from the shop, Lena literally hid from me. She was in the shop but had another gal from the venue get them for me. She did not even have the courtesy to even apologize to my face for the delay or issues. I was told when I purchased my dress that since my wedding was at the same venue that I would be able to bring my dress in a day or two before to have it steamed. I emailed Lena the week before to set this up. Since their storefront moved, she literally told me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRINGING YOUR DRESS HERE. What kind of customer service tells someone that? I would NEVER recommend having help from Lena no matter what bridal shop she is at. I have largely expressed to all my friends and family how unprofessional the whole process was. I have told all future brides that I know to avoid shopping with them. (I just want to also point out that Bella Sala was wonderful and had no issues with the venue. Just Lena with the bridal shop.)

Lovely bridal shop! I had a great experience here. They carry some designers that no other shops in the area carry. Lena is super knowledgeable on sizing, alterations, and everything else! I've purchased a bridesmaids dress and my bridal gown here and could not be happier.

The ladies at XOXO were very easy to work with and offered some great advice. It did not take long to find my dress when working with their associates, and they made it fun!

I purchased my wedding dress at XOXO Bridal, where I received a discount for also having my wedding at Bella Sala. This beautiful dress shop offered many stunning gowns to choose from and Bri helped me to narrow down the dress style that I liked best. Lena made sure my dress was steamed and ready to go in the bridal suite on our wedding day. My bridesmaids also received a discount for purchasing their dresses at XOXO. The staff at XOXO were great at communicating when our dresses came in and answering any and all questions we had throughout the planning process. Thank you, XOXO and staff for helping me to find my dream wedding dress and beautiful bridesmaid dresses!

Lena was so helpful to me today as I tried on wedding dresses. She let me and my bridesmaid choose the dresses I tried on and gave me useful feedback in what to expect from different designers and how dresses would fit once they came in. I was especially impressed and appreciative that she let me walk outside in my favorite just to see how the blush color looks in the sunlight. So glad I chose xoxo and eager to return to show my future mother-in-law the dress contenders!

Service was great for myself and my bridesmaids. We had some bridesmaids gowns picked out, but Alfred Angelo went bankrupt. They called immediately and handled the situation very swiftly and professionally. My gown was beautiful - they have a great selection!

The tuxedos looked perfect and polished! Convenient for weddings at Bella Sala and very helpful staff!!

Bri at XOXO Bridal helped us out so much in organizing the guys' tuxedo rentals. She responded quickly to phone calls and emails and did everything she could to make the guys look great on the day.

I recently bought my wedding dress at XOXO Bridal and I was very impressed. Not only is their store spacious, modern, and decorated very beautifully, their selection of dresses was the best I had seen! They carry some of the best brands that I had seen while doing research online. After looking at 3 other bridal stores, this one was the most helpful and had the most quality. They also had a great sale rack, which is where I ended up finding my dress! Couldn't be happier!

The staff went above and beyond to help me find "the dress" and was very friendly. They have amazing dresses!

The staff was great! It was easy to make an appointment and they make you feel really welcome and go out of your way to help. The only downside is the selection is very limited. If you have a specific style you're looking for, make sure you call ahead otherwise it can be a waste of time.

I went in with no intention of leaving with a dress. I just wanted to get an idea of a style. I ended up falling in love with a dress and taking it home same day. The owners are very nice, as well as their staff. **I would get any alterations elsewhere though. I had nothing but issues with timing and length. I got fitted with the shoes that I purchased for the wedding day and she still insisted on keeping it long "in case I changed my mind about my shoes". I assured her I did not plan to but instead she kept the dress too long. I carried the bottom around all night. The 4 inches along the bottom is completely black and ruined.*
