nd gave me the exact look I was going for. On my wedding day, Nicole and her partner arrived early and provided makeup for myself and 10 bridesmaids. Everyone was blown away by how much they loved their makeup, especially for the price! Nicole was so easy to work with and extremely talented. I highly recommend The Bridal Suite.

A week before the wedding, Nicole and I emailed and decided on a 8:30 am start time instead, to give more time for blow drying curly hair of my bridesmaids. On the day of wedding, after being late 30 min, I get a call at 9 am that Esther is at the hotel, and Nicole will be another 30 min – at that point, an hour after the agreed upon start time. I did not think too much of it – but during the morning Nicole mentioned she thought we needed to be ready by 2:30 (not 1 PM as confirmed). My bridesmaids and I were an hour late to the venue, which delayed our photography and led to a shortened photo session before the ceremony. Although we were ultimately happy with the hair & makeup, being 30 min and an hour late is not something you want to deal with on the day of your wedding. I also have to add that Esther could have been more professional. She was not pleasant, put in headphones upon arrival, and had an argumentative demeanor. I would not recommend her during a day that you want to be relaxed – instead we were walking on eggshells around her all morning.

My bridal makeup was flawless and lasted all night long. She does lashes and airbrush for very reasonable price and travels where needed without charging you an arm and a leg. After doing my trial months in advance, I loved it and booked her right away for my wedding. Same with Mary, who did my hair! I brought a few pictures of ideas, and she went with that and it totally exceeded my expectations! On the day of the wedding, they both came on time and did their magic. I wish I could afford to have them do my hair and makeup all the time for any special occasions! Not only were they great at what they do, but they are both superrrr friendly and easy-going. They would even answer random questions my sister/bridesmaids had, who were doing their own hair and makeup. Only one of my bridesmaids chose to have hers done professionally, and they did a really excellent job with hers too! I highly recommend them!!!

She and Mary came to my house a few weeks before the wedding day, which was May 20th 2018, for a trial and I had absolutely no doubt I had found the perfect makeup and hair artist for me! Everyone looked amazing - each artist really paid attention to every person's unique features and hair style to complement them. I would only suggest you add some extra buffer time as we did run a bit behind.

I asked for a simple, natural but yet clean and finished look...no fuss. 40 minutes later I was Very pleasantly surprised. My reflection in the mirror was a Glowing version of me which is exactly as I envisioned. She listened and produced the idea I had in mind with very little explanation. Nicole is also personable and yet appropriate. Conversation during the make up session was pleasant and never probing or inappropriate. She is swift and clearly is an expert at her craft. I recommend her without reservation.

I'm very particular about how my makeup is done. I really wanted to look like myself, but better! Nicole immediately understood what I was going for and made my wedding day look better than I ever imagined it could be. I got countless compliments on my hair and makeup literally all day long. Anyone I've shown pictures to, one of their first compliments is how flawless my skin looks! On top of that, Nicole is just so easy to work with. She's easy to talk to and helps keep you calm, relaxed and actually enjoying yourself on such a hectic day. 100% would recommend.

She did not provide any colored gloss for me, nor blotting papers, which I understand is standard practive. We had to scramble to get blotting papers as it was in the 80s and humid. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. 1 star for patiently taking make up direction from my mother, and 2 stars for Christina who did an absolutely amazing job on hair.

From the moment I did my trial with Nicole, I knew that they were a good fit for the wedding. They had a great approach to hair and makeup, playing off of your natural beauty and features so that you look like the best version of yourself (and not like someone else!). On the wedding day, I had some changes that I wanted to make to my hair that were different from the trial. They took all of it in stride and did a beautiful job. All of my girls and moms were also very happy with any hair and makeup services they received. Lastly, we had a specific schedule for the morning of in order to be ready on time for the photographer. Nicole and her team arrived on time WITH printed copies of the schedule, and really stuck to the time frames outlined. They helped the whole morning run smoothly, making everything stress free. I would highly recommend Nicole and her team!

On both days, my make-up was exactly what I wanted. For my City Hall nuptials, I wanted a more natural look. Nicole did an awesome job making me look flawless and beautiful without my make-up looking overdone or too much. (My photographer even commented on how perfect my make-up was.) For my reception, Nicole gave me a bolder look, which I also loved. Not only was I pleased with my make-up, but I was also pleased with the broader service. One of my biggest frustrations as a bride was working with vendors who were not efficient and timely in their responses, however, Nicole was with me the whole way. Every time I had a question, I received a response almost immediately. She was extremely flexible in timing and was able to show up to the venue and get set up at 8 AM, and her team was extremely pleasant, humorous and helpful with choosing hair styles and make up for those who hadn't decided. One of my bridesmaids brought her own extensions and was able to get those put in as well which was a huge help! I appreciated being able to make a deposit and having everyone else pay the day of (this is NOT always the case with vendors), and essentially not having to worry about this from the time I chose her team until the day of. It was an absolute breeze and I recommend her team to any bride and bridal party in need of great hair and makeup and good company on the day of!

Nicole did one half of my face one way and the other half another so that I could choose between two styles of makeup. I was exhausted and slightly stressed out and I know nothing about makeup so I couldn't articulate that well exactly what I wanted. But Nicole worked efficiently and confidently, and by the time she was finished I was really excited and happy that she'd be the one doing my makeup. On the morning of the wedding Nicole was on time, had all her materials ready to go and did an absolutely beautiful job. My makeup looked stunning on the day of and in the pictures. My only BUT is that I asked if there was a way to use lipstick that wouldn't come off on the groom. She said she could do that--but when we kissed during the ceremony my lipstick came off all over his lips and I had to wipe it off really quickly before the cameras caught it :) I would 100% recommend The Bridal Suite to anyone wanting their makeup done for an event.

Pros: The natural look lasted forever and was gorgeous up close AND in all media (not one bad pic from phone cameras, to FB, to professional, to the photo booth!), Makeup high-quality and varied selections, brushes clean (no breakouts afterwards despite not washing my face that night), extremely professional, highly responsive communication (email/text/phone), I received tons of compliments and overall she was a pleasant presence in our hectic bridal suite. Cons: None! This is where brides think they can stretch the budget by having their friend do their makeup, but as one salesperson told me, this one day of your life everyone will literally be staring at you and photographing you all night, so make sure you are immaculate. The service is well worth every dollar. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to appear as an elevated, polished version of herself. Everyone should look and feel this beautiful on this sacred day. I feel really blessed to have found her services!!
