After spending thousands on a wedding dress for my daughter, and $750 for alterations there seem to be one problem after another. They didn’t have any space for her to have her fin...
al fitting at the shop on a Sunday so she had to go to The Seamstress‘s house and have her final fitting there. Upon picking up the dress this Sunday before her wedding, we were told that your dress was never brought back to the store and not only that the alterations weren’t finished so she had to go that night after the alterations were ““ finished” she went to pick up the dress at The Seamstress‘s house. A few days later was her wedding and the dress was hanging and we noticed 4 different locations where the dress was still pinned up and the alterations weren’t done. We took down the pins in fear that she would step on on them or get them stuck in her leg and the front of the dress had a couple of long flaps which she kept tripping over all night long and the dress ripped apart at the bottom upon. Upon calling the store. The next day they apologize and offered me $100 back on the alterations. Really??? I am just so upset about this whole situation with my daughter’s wedding gown. Very very unhappy!!!!!! And very disappointed

ses that were beautiful but nothing felt like the one. Then she pulled one last dress and said try this on I was against it because it “wasn’t my style or what I pictured” wellll I was WRONG. Very highly recommend

resses I wanted but just like in a movie the bride just kept going until the stylist put out the most stunning dress. That’s what tami did! She put out the most stunning bridal dress that she thinks suits for me. I couldn’t believe that it was my dress! I will never regret that I went alone, because I made the most amazing decision that I said YES 🙌🏻 to the dress! Like everyone said, at the end of the day whatever makes you feel beautiful and comfortable that’s your dress.
Tami was on it from the moment I walked into the boutique! I came in with MANY screenshots of photos from their website and within minutes Tami had every in-stock dress on my list ...
plus some bonus recommendations ready for me to try on. She provided me with guidance to eliminate dresses and help me find my preferred style while giving me space to have my own thought process. She was SO patient with me as I am very indecisive. She staged my top two choices so perfectly that I cried when she unknowingly put on one of my favorite bridal songs as the reveal song. Thank you for staying late to help me find my dream dress! Looking forward to the alterations process in the new year! Bonus note: when I got home I flipped back through all the pics I’d shown her and learned I unknowingly bought the dress that was my top choice from all the photos! Only re-confirmed I made the perfect choice.

my family! Jennifer was amazing. She is so great at what she does, knows what to pull and doesn’t let you waste time in dresses you know aren’t the one which is SUPER helpful after you’ve tried on so many. She asks the right questions and listens to what you like and don’t like. The staff there was nothing but kind, gentle and helpful. They made me feel so special! They made the moment I said yes to the dress one that we all will remember forever. They pull on beautiful music, had me picture my wedding day, dolled me up and it brought everyone to tears. r picks. There was a time where my group loved a dress that I didn't feel the same way about, and Tami recognized that right away and made sure that I didn't lose sight of what I wanted and what made me feel best. The very next dress I tried on would be the dress that I ended up getting! When I was making my choice, she set the tone so perfectly with asking me to envision my day and adding the veil and bouquet. I felt very comfortable there and I look forward to working with Bridal World for my alterations!
