I had a phenomenal experience buying my dress from The Bride Room. The girls at The Bride Room created such a safe space and made me feel so special at every step of the dress buying and altering process. You really get the feeling that they genuinely care about you and are invested in helping you pick the dress that will make you happiest. They had a vast selection of dresses and my stylist, Kae, picked out so many gorgeous dresses for me to try on it was hard to choose. When I ultimately chose my perfect dress, they had an adorable celebration ceremony and even had a gift box for me to take home. When it comes to alterations, their seamstress is on site and was even able to make some small additional adjustments when I went to pick up my dress, so I didn’t have to make another trip back. Now that my wedding is over, I will be using their cleaning and preservation services. They truly offer services that take you from start to finish with your wedding dress. Thanks so much Kae and everyone at The Bride Room you guys are the best!

I bought my dress during a sample sale. They were efficient, quick, and personable! They were all super friendly and professional on what I’m sure was a long stressful day due to the sale. Overall I had a great experience and their dresses are all gorgeous!

The Bride Room was the absolutely perfect experience! Elizabeth not only listened to all my likes and loves and pulled similar dresses, but she built me up in every one and made sure to remind me that sometimes you may look really good but you want to make sure you also FEEL really good! I couldn't say enough about the staff who were all so friendly and helpful! I ended up buying my dress from them during a sample sale and now I am so eager to put it on for my big day!

The Bride Room was amazing!!! Jess and Elizabeth were fantastic and made me feel so comfortable! I am a plus size bride and they made me feel so beautiful seen and cared for! They took time to talk and find exactly what I was looking for. It was a personal, fun, empowering experience! I found my perfect dress, we LOVE Paris. The only thing I would change would be going to The Bride Room first before going anywhere else.

The Bride Room was the first and only salon I came to to find my dream gown. The location is in an old school and has so much character. It's absolutely charming and they have SUCH a wide range of styles to choose from! The staff was amazing and so complimentary. My wedding was in Ohio and they shipped me my dress with no issue! On top of that, my dress was incredibly affordable! Loved this place and I absolutely recommend!

I absolutely loved having my wedding dress custom made at the utah bride room. Not only was the owner extremely helpful, she also was willing to work around my schedule. She was willing to fix and change everything I asked for and long before the date I asked for it to be ready. My fiance also got his tux from the bride room. We got to choose every detail of how we wanted it and it turned out so perfect. I literally could not be happier! I am so in love with my dress and my fiance's suit. Everything fits us so well and our pictures turned out amazing! Another thing I loved about doing business with Laurel, the owner, was that she was so willing to spend as much time as I needed with me and making sure that everything I wanted was perfect. I felt valued as a customer and I could tell that her goal was to help make my wedding perfect!
