I found my dress here!!! Amazing stylist named Kae, love her!!! Beautiful dresses and a cute lounge with treats!
I found my absolute dream dress here as well as my veil, it is beautiful and fit like a glove, I am so happy I found it. However, the experience was terrible overall. The appointme...
nt felt very rushed, not personal or special, and very cash grabby, I was lied to about the dress being rare to the store, they've since gotten more of the exact style in stock, and I was also told they could not hold the dress. It was a very manipulative and stressful experience, a beautiful place overall and clean, stunning dresses, but I wouldn't recommend.
I got my dress during a sample sale and it was gorgeous, couldn't ask for a better experience.

nsultant/stylist Kae! She was so patient, kind and supportive. She really supported me when I was working through figuring out what I wanted and what I didn’t want. She and other staff stayed over an hour after they closed helping me with the dress I chose! Really above and beyond service and love.

ng and altering process. You really get the feeling that they genuinely care about you and are invested in helping you pick the dress that will make you happiest. They had a vast selection of dresses and my stylist, Kae, picked out so many gorgeous dresses for me to try on it was hard to choose. When I ultimately chose my perfect dress, they had an adorable celebration ceremony and even had a gift box for me to take home.
When it comes to alterations, their seamstress is on site and was even able to make some small additional adjustments when I went to pick up my dress, so I didn’t have to make another trip back.
Now that my wedding is over, I will be using their cleaning and preservation services. They truly offer services that take you from start to finish with your wedding dress. Thanks so much Kae and everyone at The Bride Room you guys are the best!

took time to talk and find exactly what I was looking for. It was a personal, fun, empowering experience! I found my perfect dress, we LOVE Paris. The only thing I would change would be going to The Bride Room first before going anywhere else.
The Bride Room was the first and only salon I came to to find my dream gown. The location is in an old school and has so much character. It's absolutely charming and they have SUCH...

lling to fix and change everything I asked for and long before the date I asked for it to be ready.
My fiance also got his tux from the bride room. We got to choose every detail of how we wanted it and it turned out so perfect. I literally could not be happier! I am so in love with my dress and my fiance's suit. Everything fits us so well and our pictures turned out amazing!
Another thing I loved about doing business with Laurel, the owner, was that she was so willing to spend as much time as I needed with me and making sure that everything I wanted was perfect. I felt valued as a customer and I could tell that her goal was to help make my wedding perfect!
I love the Bride Room! Laurel is a master seamstress and created exactly what I wanted. She made my dream dress. Couldn't say enough good things!
