Debbie was absolutely fabulous! She had a beautiful selection of flowers. I was able to share my vision with her and she made that a reality. The centerpieces were really our focal...
point and main decoration and I couldn’t have been any more pleased with them! My bouquet was absolutely beautiful as were all the other flowers! I highly recommend!!
Debbie is such a talented florist, I fell in love with her arrangments when I first saw them on instagram. The bouquets and arrangements that arrived for the wedding day were so b...
eautiful! She surprised me with peonies (my favorite flower) in my bridal bouquet. She was so easy to work with to and very responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend the Bride's Bouquet.
Unfortunately I share a similar experience to Chrissy from April 2020. For starters, I had difficulty getting in contact with Debbie to schedule an appt. What ultimately worked aft...
er several attempts was an email. I was ok with that. She also confirmed being available for my wedding date on September 4 which I was excited about since two of my bridesmaids recommended her. I show up to our appt, and she’s getting ready to leave. Debbie forgot we had an appt and the entire appointment was rushed, but again, I was patient as I really wanted her as my florist. Follow up phone meeting ended with her sending me updated prices by Friday/Saturday so that I may pay the deposit and secure her services. Monday I follow up, and she replies with “we’re considering taking that week off” and recommended I shop for another florist. After a few email exchanges it’s become apparent that she’s upset that I explored using silk flowers for my bridesmaids in an attempt to save money. Unfortunately with a rushed appointment you aren’t able to discuss in detail how you can save/repurpose funds, and what initially was “I’m considering taking the weekend off” has transpired to “we were negotiating and you decided to go in another direction for your bridesmaids”.
When I mentioned how unprofessional it was to be notified days after my new quote was expected, she replies with the decision was made this morning (big coincidence if you ask me).
Probably best to consider your vacation days prior to telling a bride you’re available/be transparent from the beginning so you don’t leave her in a tough spot. Three less individuals recommending her services indefinitely.
Update: after I left this review, Debbie immediately emailed me a single word: “Kharma” (karma)?? I was open and transparent from the beginning about exploring ways to keep floral costs down. I told her the silk bouquets were to remove that expense from the updated quote, to match my bouquet, and to repurpose that cost for the other floral arrangements we were discussing. I never asked her to provide me with $20 bridesmaids bouquet. Debbie NEVER mentioned my budget being an issue until I left this review. My budget of $500 (said up to $750 was ok) was NOT including centerpieces, but that I was interested in seeing a quote including the smaller floral centerpieces in the event I’m unable to find an alternate centerpiece I like knowing that it would put me well beyond my desired budget. She mentions my budget wasn’t feasible yet she never told me that, and even offered to send an updated quote no later than 2 business days. If you knew it wasn’t feasible, why offer to provide an updated quote instead of publicly displaying it to the world vs privately with the bride during the follow up phone call? Also absurd for her to use “you didn’t pay a retainer” as a defense for her terrible work ethic. No one in their right mind will pay a $500 non refundable deposit without coming to somewhat of an agreement. If you do your due diligence you’ll realize theres a pattern of Debbie treating her budget weddings poorly.
This review has nothing to do with us not being able to reach an agreement as I realize it doesn’t always work out. This review is 100% aimed towards her God awful customer service, and for sending negative wishes to an already stressed out bride. Please consider shopping other small business owners in the area before considering Debbie.
Debbie is incredible and made my wedding day an absolute dream! Everyone knows that flowers can be very expensive and I had a specific budget in my mind when it came to finding a f...
lorist. From our first meeting, we spoke about my vision for the big day and what I wanted and was able to provide suggestions to help lower costs in order to meet my budget. She genuinely cares for her clients and the quality of her work is amazing.
Cannot rave enough about how much I loved my table decorations and bouquets. Highly recommend!
It is hard to put into words my level of appreciation for Debbie! We had to postpone our wedding 3 times (along with many brides) and she was so gracious in working with me to acco...
mmodate an originally planned 150 person wedding to an outdoor ceremony for less than 20 people at a different venue. I am still in awe in how seamlessly she captured my new vision for our minimony and knocked it out of the park. We decided we wanted to do an arch for our ceremony and really decorate the reception space to make it feel bright and romantic- she provided a number of options to work with along with new seasonal flowers. I didn't want "traditional" so to speak and was chasing a romantic garden vibe with bright flowers and hints of white while my husband loves greenery and we were able to accent the space with candles- it was breath taking! Planning a wedding is stressful enough and when you have to change multiple times during a pandemic, Debbie provided a level of ease, comfort and reassurance that is priceless. I am beyond thrilled to continue to work with her for our upcoming larger wedding in a years time and would work with her for any future occasion!
Words cannot express how wonderful of a job Debbie did! My wedding flowers were stunning! She took my wedding colors and my ideas and made them better than I could have expected! M...
y bouquet was stunning and filled with a variety of beautiful flowers that exactly matched my colors. She was also able to add silk flowers from my moms bouquet as my something old ^_^. My bridesmaid’s bouquets were perfect both in color and sized and matched their dresses. For my centerpieces they were half fake flowers and half real and she made them blend beautifully! I cannot thank her enough for her artistic work and having everything perfect! I loved working with Debbie and highly recommend her for all floral needs!

ow thankful we are for them and their creativity! Thank you for making the wedding such a magical day...the flowers were breathtaking!💞
Debbie did our wedding October 16th. She was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. I thought she was fairly priced, and she was great with communication through...
out the planning process.. I showed her some pictures that I liked and she TRULY made my vision come to life with my flowers!! My jaw dropped when I saw the flowers in the chapel where we got married and the bouquets were absolutely stunning. I would recommend her to any bride!!
Terrible experience....she takes cash only so she can't be held accountable. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and Debbie refused to change our order saying "the Flowers ...
were already ordered" an entire month before the original wedding. She said she would give us a "labor credit" for the actual wedding but now that we had to push it to 2021 that has changed and she is unwilling to work with us. She would rather spend her time arguing through email about how venues are holding weddings now (August) and can't understand how it's difficult getting my wife's disabled father here from California. Don't trust this crook, she is not honest, spends more time arguing and telling you how you're wrong instead of being helpful Don't let her steal your $2000 like she did ours!

thing was so beautiful, and were beyond all expectations. Debbie was so easy to work with. She helped work with me to come up with my vision and ideas on how to make it work within my budget. I am so happy I was recommended the Bride's Bouquet. Thank you again!

th Debbie. My sister's sister in law was also going to work with her for her April wedding, and the second I booked my venue I reached out to Debbie to see if she could be the florist for my wedding. I reached out in July of 2019, she said she was available for my date and that she would touch base with me in January of 2020 to get started and that I could wait until January 2020 to pay the retainer. In December I had still not heard from her to set up a January meeting, so I reached out and she said she was booked until Feb. 22 to which I booked a meeting then. It was a little unprofessional for her to say she would reach out and then not reach out but I just ignored it because I know times can be tough and moved on, however I did ask then for the second time if we needed to put a deposit down. She never replied to this email saying I needed to pay right then and there. Keep in mind I literally live minutes from her and at any time could have dropped off a check. I had something come up and had to reschedule the Feb. 22 meeting to March 17 to which she seemed to have so much attitude about. A week before my meeting on March 17th she TEXTED ME, with saying she was no longer available for my date and that she apologizes that I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW RETAINERS WORK AND THAT I NEEDED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT.
For the record, I asked twice if I needed to pay a deposit before meeting her, it was never an issue and I have email and text receipts of this. Second of all, since I reached out in July of 2019, and have two family members also using her services, you would think that she could have at least reached out saying other brides are interested in your date, and I know you asked me a long time ago, if you do not pay a deposit I will have to give up your wedding date to someone else. That would have been totally acceptable, and i would have paid no problem. But her lack of consideration for anyone else in this situation was alarming and rude. And her rude responses to me over text saying that I didn't understand how retainers work when I was the only one asking about how to pay her is just disappointing. I would not recommend her, it appears she has lack of consistency and gets overhwelmed with her own work and in turn is rude towards brides and brides families. I am shocked and now left to look for a florist when I was under the impression that I had one.
The Bride’s Bouquet was recommended to me by a friend and I am SO thankful! The flowers for our wedding were gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Debbie is responsive, knowledge...
able and was fantastic to work with. I provided some pictures of what I liked and from there Debbie worked with us, sharing great suggestions and the result she created beautiful floral designs for wedding day. We could not be happier, thank you! I highly recommend The Brides Bouquet!

ets and boutonnieres for the wedding party. Debbie was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided all of the information I needed. I was not sure of exactly what I wanted but Debbie did an amazing job. I provided her a few examples of what I liked but she far exceeded my expectations. All of our flowers were beautiful and I received compliments on them all night! Debbie was easy to work with through the entire process and was very flexible, even when I had to bump up our delivery time. She is very professional and is a master at what she does. I would definitely recommend The Bride’s Bouquet to anyone!
Debbie did the flowers and greenery for our wedding at the Station House, Downtown St. Pete, and was wonderful to work with! She really understood what we were looking for with our...
wedding look. We mainly wanted to focus on greenery (eucalyptus) but she took our idea and made it more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! Her eye for details was exactly what we needed. She was lovely to work with and helped us stick within our budget with no problems at all. I trusted her completely with the look and feel and I was in awe with how beautiful she made the space when we arrived. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Tampa Bay area. Thank you Debbie for helping us bring our dreams to life! 💐
We hired Debbie as our wedding florist and she was so great, easy, and nice to work with! She had many different ideas and suggestions for flowers and greenery while sticking with ...
our budget. She also provided recommendations for our flowers to fit our venue and wedding theme. On top of it all, the flowers looked beautiful come wedding day. Highly recommend!

der in the first place. She has an attitude that she wears on her sleeve. Now Here I am, one month from my wedding date and I still do not have a refund. This vendor has stolen my time and my money. She no longer returns my emails and has me blocked from all other communication. Please stay clear of this vendor.
The flowers were exquisite! Debby worked with me to get the perfect centerpieces and bouquet. Her prices were much more reasonable than her competitors.

Debbie and her team did an outstanding job with our wedding flowers! From the beginning, she was helpful in creating a plan that would work with our budget. When we wanted to scale...
things down a bit, she offered less costly alternatives to help save us some money. She was able to repurpose flowers from the outside ceremony to the ballroom inside, so that no flowers would go to waste. Everything turned out beautiful! The flowers arrived right on time and they were even prettier than what I had envisioned! When we left the resort 2 days later, the flowers (all in our room) were still in great shape. We loaded them up and gave them to friends, family, neighbors- they all loved it.
THE BEST EVER!!! Prices are reasonable. I planned a destination wedding and sent them just a few images of what I was thinking, we had a few conversations and I was blown away! The...
bouquets were beyond expectations, so beautiful and fragrant. I had people at the wedding, in the hotel, airport, airplane stop to take pictures of the bouquets. They were truly breathtaking!
The flowers were very pretty!!
Debbie was wonderful to work with! I appreciate how she schedules 3 meetings with you to go over your vision, confirm your order and then see your center pieces. You can tell that ...
she wants to deliver outstanding service. I quoted 3 florists in the Tampa area and her prices were the most competitive. I highly recommend.
Debbie did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. At the first appointment she asked what our budget was and truly did everything possible from that moment on to stick to it and ...
give us what we were looking for. Although I was not in town for the recommended three appointments, Debbie was able to call me instead to keep us on task. About a month before the wedding, when the final wedding flower decisions are made, I completely changed my mind about our centerpieces. Debbie had absolutely no problems or quarrels with our new and sudden request and made sure the flowers were exactly what we wanted. Not many people would be willing/able to do this! We were so grateful. The delivery was seamless and everything was laid out nicely and organized. I highly recommend The Bride's Bouquet.

ded to me and I could not have been happier with my decision to work with them. When I had my initial consult with Debbie on the phone she was very easy to talk to and found out her husband is actually from Northeast Ohio also! Small world! I sent her pictures of my flower inspiration and she executed to a tee. The flowers looked exceptional and lasted all day and even for a few days after! I received a ton of compliments on our flower bouquets!
Bride's Bouquet made it possible to get what we needed in our price range. I never had to worry about a thing. Flowers were beautiful!
Debbie went above and beyond to make sure that we were thrilled with the flowers. They were gorgeous and unique and she made the process easy and stress free!
I was told about the Bride’s Bouquet by a family member who was also planning a wedding. Debbie is AMAZING at what she does! She really knows her stuff and after speaking with her ...
during our first meeting she knew exactly what we were looking for. During our second meeting, we were able to see a sample center piece and were able to make changes if needed. The sample was everything that we had talked about during our first meeting and more! We knew that we wanted some flowers in the ceremony but weren’t exactly sure what they should look like. Debbie was able to tell us to use tall vases on pillars and then we could move them into the reception area to give them double purpose. We got so many compliments when it came to all the flowers. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to use the Bride’s Bouquet and would recommend them to anyone needed flowers!
My flowers for the wedding were absolutely gorgeous. We did tropical bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, and we received compliments the entire night. Debbie met with me before the...
wedding to make sure we were on the same page with what I wanted. She delivered what I wanted and then some! Debbie is very talented, my bouquet was gorgeous! The flowers were delivered on time and lasted the entire night. Was also literally half the cost of other vendors for the same flowers. Would highly recommend!

up the day before. The flowers stayed in amazing condition for the wedding, even the extras we bought to throw around our cake. We received so many compliments. We would choose Debbie again in a heartbeat!

ok anywhere else. Her work is so far beyond what I had expected and truly made my wedding day shine! The corsages, the bouquets, the boutonniere, the tables centerpieces, and even the flowers that decorated my mirror seating chart were so much more elaborate and wonderful than what I had even imagined. She even decorated our cake, everything she made was completely flawless!! She is such a joy to work with, and I just don’t understand how anyone could leave her a bad review!! She went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding day, and I’m so so very thankful that I chose her!!
Debbie has been a complete JOY to work with. I have full confidence in her that she will deliver beautiful flowers for my wedding day in April. My friend recently got married and h...
ired Debbie to do the flowers and they were GORGEOUS! I did not shop around for another florist because Debbie came highly recommended from my friends, my caterer, my venue, my dj, my day of coordinator. That is practically EVERY vendor involved in my wedding. Debbie goes out of her way to make sure the flowers for her brides are perfect in EVERY WAY! She has been patient with me as I went back and forth on colors and has been so professional. I cannot say enough nice things about Debbie and her gorgeous FRESH flowers. Anyone who thinks otherwise, GIRL BYE!
Horrible.. My sister’s wedding took place on 2/24 at a venue in Clearwater Beach. She had placed an order for her large bridal bouquet, white rose boutineers (7), small solo white ...
roses to be used in her hair, table arrangements and a large order of hydrangeas, to be used throughout the ceremony space. Where do I begin, the small roses and boutineers were picked up less than 24 hours prior to the wedding and refrigerated to be only wilted and yellow by the time the pictures took place BEFORE the ceremony and were not able to be worn. The promised tablescape was hardly what was discussed, as you can see one image was the “sample” at the florist and the other image is what the tablescape looked like the night of. There was minimal greenery and not what we had asked for. This was a very special day and we were not going to have wilted flowers (including the hydrangeas,) ruin the moment. Following the event, we had contacted Debbie to let her know about the flowers (see initial email correspondence). Now, not only did she not accommodate a refund for the dead flowers or help solve the situation she sent a passive aggressive RUDE letter to my sister shifting the blame on us not taking care of the flowers properly, which was surely not the case. This is not how you run a business nor how you treat a paying consumer who is not at fault .... I will be pursuing this with the BBB and local media outlets, as this is just not right.
Debbie was great with all floral appointments. She was quick to respond and would follow-up with information as well as keeping in touch until the wedding date. The only issue I ha...
d was that she wasn't at my wedding on the day of, her husband was, and for some reason he didn't have some flower arrangements made for my step-parents. BUT my sister-in-law got him to fix it for us, no problem. So I would definitely recommend her for quality and prices were also affordable and beautiful.
Debbie was absolutely wonderful from day one! We met with her early on to discuss our vision, and what she could provide that was within our budget. She provided alternatives to wh...
at we had in mind, that helped cut our costs. During our first meeting she created a centerpiece in 15 minutes to give us an idea of what she could do, and it was EXACTLY what we were wanting! She is so talented, and passionate about what she does! Our flowers throughout the wedding were gorgeous and completely surpassed by expectations. She set-up an arrangement for our ceremony that was just stunning, and our bouquets were gorgeous. My bridesmaids were so happy to hang onto them after the wedding! I plan on using The Bride's Bouquet for future parties and events. Thank you Debbie!
Debbie at the Bride's Bouquet provided floral for our December 2017 wedding. Her arrangements exceeded expectations, especially within our budget. We coordinated our vision from ...
out of state, and she was more than willing to communicate via phone, email, and even FaceTime to make any and every change that we requested. She has an impressive process for consultation consisting of 3 meetings and even a sample centerpiece. We would just recommend that future couples pay close attention to adjustments on the quote; a couple of times we found inconsistencies with what we'd tried to convey. Overall though, Debbie and her team were friendly, prompt, and professional and helped create an absolutely stunning floral presence for our wedding!
Very disappointed with the lack of communication of this vendor. Tried contacting a few months ago by email and left voicemails and still no contact. Finally got ahold of them, had...
the consultation which was great but the communication fell from there. Although on vacation, when you know someone is waiting and has sent credit card information to the house to hold a date, it would be considerate to give the person a call back after multiple emails and phone calls. I don't recommend them.
I'm so glad I picked Debbie as my florist. From the first emails, I immediately knew she would know how to make my vision come to life. And when I saw she is a fellow travel addict...
, I knew I had made the right choice. She used my pinterest board as inspiration and created some beautiful bouquets for me. She is very honest and professional and will work with you to keep you in budget and was very patient with my indecisiveness and changes.

y of my wedding, the flowers turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined - her and her husband Bill totally nailed my vision! They were also extremely affordable, much less than many of the other quotes I obtained & they were willing to work within my budget. Debbie & Bill were without a doubt my favorite vendor. Totally worth the investment. If you go with these two, you will not be disappointed.

huppah flowers, the centerpieces and our escort card flowers, everything was just absolutely perfection! Debbie is also an amazing woman, who really bonded with my mother and I. On our few trips to see Debbie and talk about details, we would chat and really connect on so many levels! She is truly an expert in floral, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements. She is very honest, and very willing to work within a budget!
Debbie was so attentive to every detail. She really understood the theme and vision of my wedding (Vintage/Romantic/Classic) and took it to the next level. The flowers were beyond ...

ledge and passion for her work just overflowed. I think we spent 2 hours just chatting with her about her travels and asking her questions about her work - it was such a joy! She will work with any budget, all we did was give her our number and she made everything work perfectly. Meeting with her was always a pleasure and she had great ideas to achieve my vision. Everything turned out perfectly on the day of the wedding and we were able to easily have the flowers donated through a service that they work with called Random Acts of Flowers! I have already recommended them to friends and family, and I will 100% continue to do so!! Great people doing great things!!
They were amazing and extremely competitive when it comes to prices. The most original idea they had was to create a runner on the lawn of my wedding in a petal design. My guests...

orist i was looking at! She was able to take my color pallet and my ideas and expand on them. She was able to see my vision and ideas and work them all together to flow perfectly. My guests are still commenting on our flowers I cried when I had to give my mom my bouquet before leaving for Mexico. It was perfectly beautiful. Debbie and her husband are such kind people, and both do such an amazing job. I will 100% recommend The Bride's Bouquet to anyone looking for a florist. Fantastic people and service.
Debbie and her husband were amazing! I didn't want a large amount of flowers so originally we were planning on doing bouquets and centerpieces ourselves. About 6 months before the ...
wedding, my mom and I decided that was crazy and we should find a florist. I'm so so glad we did! Debbie worked with our budget and did everything she could to help get exactly what we were envisioning. Originally we were still going to do our own centerpieces and just have them provide the flowers for them since we had already purchased vases and rocks for the centerpieces. But after talking to her, she gave us a great price for her to set them up instead and I was so thankful we did that so I didn't have to worry about that on the wedding day! All of the flowers turned out beautifully and I am extremely happy we chose the Bride's Bouquet!
