the beautiful Loft, to the cocktail hour in the bar and the reception in the ballroom, it was a perfect day! The Brightside staff worked with us every step of the way and were great at communicating and explaining things. Carli, Sophie and Suzy were particularly wonderful at making sure all of our needs were met in the leadup to our event and the day of. Our guests were very complimentary of the bar staff throughout the night. The suggestions and insights from Carli & Sophie were extremely valuable throughout the planning process. Our guests loved taking photos on the upstairs patio swing and the weather was so great that the outdoor patio downstairs became a great spot for guests to hang out. The venue has so much personality to it and we cannot be more pleased with our decision to have our wedding there! We highly recommend The Brightside for your next event!

It was so great to have everything we needed in one place, including the indoor ceremony location so that we didn't have to worry about the weather. ing was that we had to be able to pick our caterer as we wanted to use our favorite burger joints food truck. It was incredibly frustrating finding venue after venue forcing their preferred cater onto us. I’ve worked a lot of weddings and my experience has been that the catered food is not very good and it’s excessively expensive. The joy we had when we found that this beautiful venue 2 minutes from the Oregon District had the flexibility to allow their bride and grooms control their food choices. They also had a very flexible bar plans (the bar tenders were awesome), and had great facilities that worked perfectly for the aerial performer and pony we had for the cocktail hour entertainment.
The groomsmen and bridal suits on site are beautiful and made for great getting ready photos. Plus, having the option to have our ceremony inside or outside was perfect. We felt very taken care of by The Brightside!

guests, while also maintaining Covid-19 guidelines for the safety of everyone involved. We used the loft space to get ready and do our first look and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The ballroom was a great size to space out tables to make everyone comfortable, and we even used the stage to sing a few songs for our guests because my husband and I are musicians. You really don't need many decorations at The Brightside because the space is so beautiful and well decorated already! The new patio space is a wonderful addition to the venue, and we had a Graeter's food truck outside for dessert for our guests. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!
