The Broadmoor Ballroom can be found within the Residence Inn by Marriott and is situated on the outskirts of the bustling city of Boston. This destination is in a prime and convenient spot for all your guests and will serve as the perfect backdrop for all your wedding celebrations.
The Broadmoor Ballroom is sleek and stylish. Decorated in a neutral color palate that will allow your chosen decor to shine. With a plush carpet, open-plan layout, and glittering chandeliers populating the space, the ballroom can be configured to suit your needs. Throughout the hotel itself, there is 3,800 square feet of event specie which includes additional meeting rooms, and a bar area that will work for a cocktail hour. You and your partner can retire in the comfortable suites onsite, which feature soft bedding, a kitchenette area, a TV, and all the other expected amenities. Not only that, but you can have your furry friend there with you on your big day, as the hotel is pet-friendly.

The space itself was stunning. It provided the perfect blend of elegance, warmth, and functionality. The layout worked beautifully for a Bar Mitzvah celebration, with plenty of room for the service, dancing, dining, and socializing without anything feeling cramped or disconnected. Every staff member was organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our son’s day meaningful. Communication was clear and timely throughout the planning process, and the on‑site coordination the day of the event was seamless. Their expertise and attention to detail allowed us to relax and simply enjoy the moment.

cks for guest, a get ready area for the Bridal Party, a space to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place in one area, and most importantly, be affordable for us. The Broadmoor Ballroom has far exceeded all expectations we had for our wedding day. Colleen & her team and the staff at The Residence Inn made our Wedding Day as stress free as possible and made sure every detail I had envisioned come to life. Colleen made sure that we were taken care of whether it was snacks & beverages for us the couple, making sure the vendors arrived on time and know where to go, and made sure our timeline was going smoothly, and we were taken care of during our reception. Even when Colleen had to leave, Gary took care of us for the rest of the night and was just as excellent. Even though I (the bride) was incredibly stressed, the team at The Broadmoor Ballroom made everything go smoothly and kept my stress levels at a minimum. The staff was courteous and kind and everyone made our day the best day ever.
