HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. They are cash cows. The catering manager will try his best to milk every dime from you. From tiny dance floors to every light bulb. Not only that, they will not make sure the reception is up to par with the contract and your request. They will not take care of you and over charge you. Keep your notes to correct him because he will try and change everything to a higher price. The reception hall is also at the bottom floor so I wanted it to be bright but it was very dim and dull. They will not take care of you. Overpriced and not worth it! Your wedding is important- pick a venue that will also think so.
