The Brownstone Market - Wedding and Events

We could not be happier with Browstone Wedding and Events. They provided beautiful personalized candles for my future daughter-in-laws shower. They were so lovely and we received so many compliments we decided to order their wedding favors as well. Unfortunately, by no fault of theirs, I did not notice a typo that I had included on the proof. I contacted Brownstone and as it was the week after Christmas and right before the New Year I wasn't sure they would be able to get them done or if they were even open this time of year and the wedding is planned for mid-January. They responded right away and were very apologetic although it was not their fault. I was told they would see what they could do and they came through, printed a 100 new labels and sent them priority mail. All this was done during the holidays which was very impressive. They communicated with me the entire time to let me know the work was in production, when they would be mailed and after receiving them contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Not only did they get us out of a bind and communicate with us, their candles smell lovely. I ordered a number of them for Christmas gifts this year. I would definitely work with Brownstone again and highly recommend them.

I ordered the Caramel Marshmallow, Banana Nut Bread, Hazelnut Soy candles and Sweet Green Apple Wax Melts. My order was properly wrapped and secured. The candles smell better than I expected. I finished the Hazelnut Soy and am currently burning the Banana Nut Bread. I will be ordering more.
