She did better then I could've ever imagined. The room was absolutely beautiful, she set everything up that we wanted incorporated in the room. From the moment my husband and I walked in the buck hotel the day of our wedding she was there to assist a every need we had. She made sure from every last detail that everything would be perfect and it was. She was on point and never left our sides. Not to get into it but my day was not so perfect had a few hiccups before the reception and the moment we walked onto the reception all that stress and worries just went away. Lauren is by far the best at her job and I would and will highly recommend her for any event. I will definitely use her services at the buck hotel in the future. I can't say it enough....thank you Lauren for all you have done for our special day it was more then perfect❤

wedding was beautiful. We were able to have our ceremony outside and then moved inside for cocktail hour and reception. The room was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious. Izzy was our head server and was great. You can't go wrong choosing the Buck for any parties.

Lauren is a Godsend and made the planning process so easy. The food was incredible and the staff were so attentive and our guests kept commenting on the staff and food all night. The venue is beautiful and provided a beautiful backdrop for photos. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you choose to hold your event at The Buck Hotel.

uren who I've been corresponding with for months leading up to the wedding was always so helpful and responsive even in times of uncertainty. The night of the wedding she was AMAZING! Everything flowed so smoothly thanks to her. I didn't have to worry for one second. I've had so many people reach out and tell me how much fun they had. I was skeptical with only having 25 people that it might not feel like a true wedding since it was so small, it was the complete opposite, my husband and I had the time of our lives. The bartender and DJ (Bucks recommendation) were also incredible. So many of our guests raved about how attentive and awesome the bartender was (Justin, I think was his name). He would run up and down the stairs to get the best liquor for our guests! He was such a trooper and people pleaser. The whole night was just incredible, I wish I could do it all over again. I would absolutely recommend the Buck to anyone. I also plan on having future events at this location as well.

e we knew they must be busy dealing with tons of postponements. An update never came and I eventually had to reach out as the date grew closer. I reached out multiple times and was given vague answers such as "we hope things will be back to normal", but no response as to what our options were if things were NOT back to normal in time for our wedding. We were eventually offered an outdoor tented option, but as our wedding was in August we did not want an outdoor wedding in the heat. We were told we would need to rent the tent, but that they didn't know what the cost would be. We hoped that by our new date in October indoor events would be allowed. As October grew closer, it became clear that we might have to have an outdoor wedding. That's when Lauren told us it would cost $2500 for the tent and that the dancefloor would be in a separate area than where the tables were set up for dinner. Asking a bride and groom who signed a contract for a ballroom to pay $2500 for a tent we could've bought from walmart is absolutely unacceptable. They were clearly trying to take advantage of us. We saw pictures of the tent and tables were crammed together way too closely for anyone to be comfortable. There is no way we could have fit more than 40 people in the tent comfortable and they wanted us to cram over 100 people in a tiny space, with complete disregard for anyone's safety. After asking for a refund, they eventually offered to cover the cost of the tent. By that point, we no longer trusted them to host our event because it was clear they were trying to upcharge us. We also were not willing to settle for a dancefloor that is in a separate area than where guests eat because quite frankly it sounds depressing for those who don't wish to dance to be segregated. We asked for a refund multiple times and they kept dodging our question. They eventually refused when a court ruling changed restrictions and offered us an indoor event, however we were not comfortable with that knowing if restrictions changed back again (which they did, 2 days before the scheduled date), we would have been forced to settle for a lackluster tent wedding. While we agree they should keep the initial deposit for their time, not returning the 40% payment we made in January BEFORE covid-19 hit the US is completely insensitive. No services were rendered and they are still keeping our money. Steer clear of venues like this because you never know what will happen and they have absolutely no sympathy and will not offer even a partial refund even in a pandemic! Give your money to a venue that will make your satisfaction with your day a priority instead!

ll, Lauren, the Banquet Sales Director, had been there to answer our questions (50 million questions!). She is a trooper! The banquet room was beautiful and the ceremony and reception were such a blessing! Lauren guided us throughout...she even set up an archway with our sweetheart table's floral garland and lights and swooshed it away in time for the newlyweds to be seated at their sweetheart table! She was always a step ahead. The D.J., photographer and videographer were great, none knew each other but all worked wonderfully together! I can't say enough about Lauren...she is a tremendous asset to The Buck Hotel! Thank you Lauren, for giving our daughter, son-in-law, us and all who attended a beautiful day to look back on fondly!

thing from the appetizers to the drinks were phenomenal. The dance floor is very spacious, and the lighting was beautiful. The process was so easy, due to the close ties the Buck has with so many different vendors we practically did nothing. The vendors already knew the space, and how everything went at the Buck which made it that much easier. Lastly, don’t even get me started with how amazing their wedding coordinator, LAUREN was. She was literally the best part of the Buck she went above, and beyond with all of our wishes. She was so caring, and willing to please. Lauren was always happy to talk to us, and meet with us whenever it was convenient for us. With all of the COVID restrictions going on we had to roll with the regulations week to week, and Lauren did a fantastic job going with the flow as things changed so frequently. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how great the bar, and food was. Most importantly the price is super affordable. The buck could charge a lot more, but they don’t and the pricing is extremely fair! The only downside to the whole thing is we can’t do it again. It is a night we will never forget, and the Buck made it that much better. We looked at 24 venues with the Buck being our last, and we are glad we chose to celebrate our special day here. If you are having trouble finding a venue, please go visit the BUCK.

ng not just once, but twice. Finally on 9/11/20 we were able to have our celebration. Through the whole process Lauren was fantastic, she made sure every detail was taken care of and was so flexible with all of the changes happening. We had our wedding outside instead of in the ballroom due to restrictions and you would have never even known that it wasnt always supposed to be outside. We had so many of our guests say how beautiful everything looked. Everyone did a fantastic job making sure we followed CDC guidelines so everyone felt safe and comfortable. I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else and would recommend The Buck to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful wedding and working with people who care.

our oldest daughter's Bat Mitzvah, we returned to the Buck Hotel for our celebration and once again it was incredible. Lauren and Shannon are simply the BEST to work with - they are dedicated, patient, and extremely accommodating. We have family members with food allergies and food sensitivities, and they were so helpful in making sure all of them were taken care of and had plenty to eat. They were flexible with all of my requests (and I had many), and they went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. This year we will celebrate our youngest daughter's Bat Mitzvah. There was no question that we would once again be celebrating at the Buck Hotel. We have had MANY questions, as we were supposed to celebrate this April (2020) and due to the Covid-19 health pandemic and restrictions on social gatherings, we have had to change the date. I can't tell you how wonderful Shannon and Lauren have been to us throughout this very stressful time. If you are considering using the Buck Hotel for your wedding, or any other important family or corporate event, do it! You will not be disappointed. Their care, attention to detail, and not to mention their value, make the Buck Hotel hands down the best venue to host an event.

The venue is so gorgeous- our pictures have been amazing. We were so completely happy with our choice for the Buck. Our planning was so easy and stress free. A few days before, we dropped everything off and realized we forgot a something, Shannon stepped in and took care of it for us so we didn't have to miss out on time with our families. The winter package and the decorations that the Buck provides saves you a TON of money and truly makes the Buck worth it!!! We utilized their beautiful flower wall which my guests LOVED, we used their silk flowers for our table center pieces, we used all of their table accessories, and their arch for our ceremony. We received passed around appetiziers that were all delicious and our included Bredenbecks cake was SO good and absolutely beautiful. Lauren made a tray of apps for my husband and I to eat snce we missed cocktail hour to do pictures. This was super sweet, and we enjoyed a few minutes together to just relax and take it all in before the reception began. The little bridal waiting room is absolutely adorable (pink/purple/floral everything- a girl’s dream!) and pictures in that room with my girls turned out so cute! Also included in our package, we received a huge spread of desserts that guests raved about. Additionally, the bartender that we had was outstanding. He accommodated whatever the guest wanted. The Buck’s bar is impressive- with top shelf liquor and beer, my guests were satisfied. We utilized the Buck’s uplighting package which made the dance floor filled with so much color. The ballroom is gigantic and the dance floor is large enough to accommodate everyone! While there seemed to be little spots on site to take pictures, our photographers and Lauren were able to accommodate areas and make it work! Outside pictures taken at night at the Buck are gorgeous; especially in the winter time with all of their Christmas lights set up. Lauren was able to switch the color of the lights outside for us! Everyone had such a fun time, and I wouldn’t have wanted to have my wedding anywhere else! Thank you to all the attentive, kind staff and a HUGE thanks to Lauren!!

ad seen a handful of venues and weren't in love with any of them until we went to The Buck. The ballroom was simply elegant. I'm very simple and always see the beauty in very small details. From the sparkly chandeliers to the beautiful centerpieces (that I didn't have to shop for - another plus!) and the perfect chairs (I just loved them) - everyone was telling us how beautiful everything was. Lauren made sure to set up our (few) personal items in the most perfect way which was another thing we didn't have to think about. She was a rockstar throughout the whole entire process. She was there for every silly question and she and Matt made us feel like royalty on our wedding night. If you're looking for an elegant, affordable, FUN venue, check out The Buck! incredible, everyone raved about it. We are all still talking about it. We didn’t want the night to end. The service was amazing, we didn’t have one worry in the world. It made us so happy knowing how much each and every single guest was so pleased and truly enjoyed themselves. Everyone was complimenting the room and how beautiful and elegant it is. I wish we could relive this night all over again. The bartenders were so attentive and very friendly, and so many of our guests are still raving about the crab balls at cocktail hour. We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding that they were ever at! We cannot thank you enough for making our night so perfect and magical. My husband and I had the stuffed lobster tail for dinner and it was the best meal we both ever had. We cannot wait to come back to visit one night soon for dinner, and make it our anniversary spot to celebrate each year!

They were both so quick to respond when I had a ton of questions and they really put us at ease ensuring us that our reception would be smooth. We did not have to worry about a thing on the day of! We had such a wonderful wedding reception from beginning to end. We gave Lauren and Shannon our decorations the day before the reception and as soon as we walked in, everything looked perfect and laid out exactly where we wanted everything! All of our guests couldn't get over just how gorgeous the ballroom was, and how great the food was as well! I had a small hiccup with my bustle and Lauren didn't hesitate to step in and help my bridesmaids. A waiter came in with hors d'oeuvres for us to snack on as well! Our whole entire day went so smoothly and we really could not ask for a better wedding reception and venue to celebrate our special day! The packages and pricing is GREAT and the location is perfect if you have family in both Bucks County and Philadelphia it is an easy find. The food was great and you get lots of it, open bar was perfect with quick service and the ballroom is beautiful. They just redid the floors and put in a permeate dance floor which looks wonderful. We had our ceremony and reception at the Buck and it worked out perfectly. The staff took care of everything from putting up our decor, setting the tables, flipping the room and we had nothing at all to worry about, it was so seamless. Lauren and Shannon were great and made our wedding perfect! All our friends and family had a blast and can't stop saying what a great wedding it was and we owe a lot of that to the Buck!

Lauren and Shannon were amazing at coordinating everything to do with the ceremony at the other location and for the reception. The pricing was affordable, whereas other places charge you over the top. The food was incredible, especially the seafood! The appearance of the ballroom and the stone work and pillars outside are very elegant and classy. We heard so many compliments from our guests that it was one of the best weddings they had been to. So a huge thank you to the Buck Hotel for everything, we would gladly recommend this venue for your special day! as amazing! On the wedding day & due to the forecast of snow and rain The Buck Hotel allowed us to come 4 hours before our wedding to get situated and get photos taken. Lauren & Courtney were unbelievable throughout our entire planning. Ken & I wanted and needed for nothing the day of our wedding. Lauren came by here and there throughout the night to ensure we were in good shape, glasses full, food was hot, and that we were happy. Same with both sets of parents. Courtney was here, there and every where helping with anything and everything. The food was amazing, the hall was breathtaking, and our wedding was nothing short of perfect. No hidden costs or fees, there was upfront explanation about everything & of things that were not included but could be at extra cost, etc. Lauren & Courtney were very well versed in event planning and when a question came up they were not sure of- they didn't hesitate to ask someone to be sure their answers they were given were correct. The Buck Hotel and it's staff are top notch and we could not have had such an amazing night without each of them!

Much of the ballroom was upgraded just before our wedding (new dance floor, rugs, and chairs) and the final look was breathtaking. The wedding packages are reasonably prices, tons of food included in addition to an amazing cake from Bredenbecks that we got to custom design with the bakery! I could not be happier and will always think so fondly of The Buck Hotel for making our wedding so special and truly the best day of my life.

e of the guests said the hor dourves were the best they ever had at a wedding. Our family and friends have told us that the food was absolutely amazing. The staff couldn't have been nicer! The bar was stocked with top shelf liquor and stayed open until the very end of the wedding . My only complaint was that the Buck didn't open the doors of the venue until 6 on the dot making the bridal party and guests stand outside for 15 minutes. We didn't expect to have drinks or food or anything but it was a little rainy so we didn't want to wait outside! Just be sure to ask if they can open the doors a little early for people to wait inside. Other than that, our experience was lovely. The venue is stunning, the food is delicious, the dance floor was big enough for my 215 guests, the buffet lines were quick, and the alcohol was flowing (all at a pretty unbelievable price during the summer months!) . Would definitely recommend!

n and gone upstairs to tell them to take the rope down from across the steps. We had our wedding upstairs which is called The Top of The Buck. It is beautiful upstairs, however, if you are going to have your reception up there be aware that the people on the second side of the room cannot hear the DJ or anything going on in the main part of the room. The DJ would need to bring a second speaker to have in there. It was hard for the people on the second section of the room to see anything going on with the doors in the way. I was disappointed that I paid for my vendors to eat and they were never offered food. I felt that everything was so rushed because before my wedding they had 3 or 4 other events in the same room that day. My reception started at 6:30 and the one prior to mine ended at 5. That was too close and they were rushing to get everything set up. There was supposed to be a vase on the table for my flowers, they never provided that. There were other small details that were not taken care of which I think normally they would have been tended to, but they were overwhelmed with how busy they were with so many functions going on. So I feel we the short end of things with a couple of things such as the cocktail hour starting so late and the vendors not eating.
