We hired The Busy Bar Keep for both our son's welcome party and wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to answer every question we had throughout the planning process.
Victoria provided invaluable guidance, from helping us plan the bar service for both events to advising us on what to purchase and how much we would need. Her expertise took so much stress out of the planning process and helped everything run smoothly.
On the day of the wedding, a small issue arose just a few hours before the ceremony—something I hadn't anticipated. Victoria immediately assured me not to worry and handled it with professionalism, confidence, and ease. Knowing she and her team had everything under control was such a relief.
Her staff was professional, friendly, and exceptional throughout both events. Our guests absolutely loved the specialty cocktails and mocktails, which were a huge hit all weekend long!

I’m Victoria—a former teacher turned cocktail curator—and I started this business because I genuinely love being part of people’s biggest celebrations. Over the past few years, we’ve had the chance to bartend for 150+ weddings, from laid-back backyard receptions to full-scale ballroom events.
We bring everything you need for a beautiful, seamless bar experience—except the alcohol. That means mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, and a setup that looks just as good as your décor. You’ll also get a customized shopping list so you know exactly what (and how much) to buy—no guesswork, no overspending.
Our style leans clean, elevated, and a little bit fun. Think fresh ingredients, thoughtful details, and cocktails that people actually remember. We also offer custom drink menus and rotate seasonal options depending on the time of year.
Most importantly, we care a lot about how your day feels. We show up prepared, keep things running smoothly, and make sure your guests are taken care of—so you don’t have to think about the bar at all.
