5 stars! The busy barkeep definitely made our night special! Our guests only had great things to say! We got the seasonal drink menu and all the drinks were a hit! Victoria made the planning super easy, by sending a menu and shopping list with budget friendly options!
The Busy Barkeep did such an amazing job preparing us for our wedding day and their bar service at the event was exactly what we hoped for.
They help you create your alcohol list according to your guest list to help you know how much of each beverage you should buy. This was very helpful for me.
The bar service during my reception was perfect too. Morgan did a great job serving us drinks. She was always kind and ready for the next guest.
We would definitely recommend them to other wedding planners!

💍 The Busy Barkeep is a woman-owned mobile bartending service based in Nicholasville, KY, serving weddings all across the Bluegrass.
I’m Victoria—a former teacher turned cocktail curator—and I started this business because I genuinely love being part of people’s biggest celebrations. Over the past few years, we’ve had the chance to bartend for 150+ weddings, from laid-back backyard receptions to full-scale ballroom events.
We bring everything you need for a beautiful, seamless bar experience—except the alcohol. That means mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, and a setup that looks just as good as your décor. You’ll also get a customized shopping list so you know exactly what (and how much) to buy—no guesswork, no overspending.
Our style leans clean, elevated, and a little bit fun. Think fresh ingredients, thoughtful details, and cocktails that people actually remember. We also offer custom drink menus and rotate seasonal options depending on the time of year.
Most importantly, we care a lot about how your day feels. We show up prepared, keep things running smoothly, and make sure your guests are taken care of—so you don’t have to think about the bar at all.
