We had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this caterer. Karen was very unresponsive throughout the planning process. I would have to send multiple emails and leave multiple voicemails before getting a response. She unexpectedly canceled our bar service a couple months prior to the wedding, forcing us to procure another bartender at a much higher price. She also canceled all of her catering services, which included rentals, less than two weeks prior to our wedding of 150 guests. We had to scramble to find another caterer and again pay more than we had budgeted before. She did return our deposit after multiple requests to do so. Unfortunately, her unprofessionalism and lack of trustworthiness added unnecessary stress to our wedding.

We worked with a nice lady named Karon who works for the Butler Did It in Vancouver, Washington. She met with us a few times before the wedding and brought lots of pictures, ran through lots of ideas and then sent us a menu that was mouth watering! If we wanted to, she was going to make us a sample meal before the day but our schedule was so busy we were not able to, but I had a lot of trust in them. She added all of the extra detail that you forget to think about when planning your wedding; all those little things like making fruit skewers to put in a signature drink. She ran through everything with us just to make sure that we had not forgotten anything either and that we were fully prepared. I love her because she even would email my mother to make sure (the mother of the bride) was doing ok a few days before the wedding, and told her to not stress because everything would turn out wonderful. She was not only a great caterer but she was very sincere in the process. The food was fantastic and I would recommend the carving station!
