tyle and preferences so you won’t get a list of items to select from. Her food was wonderful. We did a shrimp and grits station, chicken and waffles, salad, Lexington style bbq sundaes, biscuit bar, plus apps.
During the planning process, our baker cancelled and Mary saved the day with preparing our cake as well as cupcakes, lemon tarts, and lemon basil cupcakes. All were absolutely fantastic.
Mary sets up her stations beautifully to match the decor as well as provide linens, fine china, and tea light holders.
I would highly recommend Mary and will be using her for any events I have in the area!

The staff and Mary always had a smile on their face! I wanted a little bit of a unique menu, and Mary tailored a menu just to my desires. She crafted a wonderful chicken and waffles buffet with a barbecue slider station as well! My guests raved about the food all night long!
Mary and her staff are truly full service from decorating the buffet tables to bringing beautiful napkins and chargers to put at each place setting. Their attention to detail was exquisite!
When we went to sample Mary's food, my family and I didn't even bother leaving before we gave her the deposit to hold our date! It was that fantastic!

n more about gluten free cooking. She gave us the most amazing gluten free dinner and wedding pies! She made mini pecan pies, mini pumpkin pies, and amazing fried apple pies. These pies were some of the BEST pies I've ever had (gluten free or not)! She took all our crazy ideas and turned them into a fun and exciting reception. She had a chef preparing fajitas to order, she had a duo mashed potato bar with sweet or white potatoes and savory or sweet toppings, and she had the most AMAZING pork tenderloin with roasted NC apples. She even made our favors! Small bottles of her signature vinaigrette! She also provided a lot of the decorations and greenery that we used to decorate. She was so helpful to my parents throughout the process. She is a delight to work with. She is truly amazing!
