s monumental. I felt like I was in a fairytale each time I looked out the window. We were able to visit the venue on their Decor Days to look at their variety of packages; in turn, we never felt pressured to use their preferred vendors or decorations. But with the forest at your back and the gardens around you, you do not need much decor at all.
The Butterfly Pavilion was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration, and we are so grateful to the entire team — especially Robin — for making our day so seamless and special!...
From the moment we first met her, Robin was professional, kind, and incredibly organized, and her communication throughout the entire planning process was always clear and prompt. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and so well maintained, and our guests had the best time celebrating and dancing the night away! We were especially grateful for the ability to rent décor through the venue, which made everything feel so easy and allowed us to stay fully present and focused on celebrating our marriage instead of worrying about logistics. From cocktail hour on the Starlight Dancefloor to our grand bubble exit, the entire team ensured every part of the day flowed seamlessly. We truly could not have asked for a more beautiful setting or a better experience, and we would recommend The Butterfly Pavilion to any couple looking for a stunning venue with an amazing team behind it!

f was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about our vision. The grounds are breathtaking, and our guests haven't stopped raving about the food. A special shout-out to Ms. Robin and Ms. Tangela for making the day stress-free. If you're looking for a romantic, flawless venue, with the most gorgeous bridal suite this is it! You will feel like a princess! The team was incredibly responsive during planning, and the venue itself is stunning with the natural modern elegance. Highly recommend for a beautiful, worry-free wedding day! Thank you Butterfly Pavilion for making my wedding day a dream come true!

ared up and they worked hard to dry off all the chairs so we could last minute switch to having our ceremony in the meadow outside like we originally wanted. Overall the whole process of working with them was easy through every step of the way. I would also like to note as an LGBTQ couple we were nervous as we started the planning process but there was nothing to worry about as they didn’t treat us any different than any other couple!
Thank you Robin and team!!

plan A, B, AND C for weather dependent options the day of. The venue even offers decor packages that are stunning and I picked several options that fit my theme so well! All my guests commented on how it was like an enchanted forest. We had the ceremony outside using their wooden cross and ceremony chairs. For the reception, we used all their hand crafted tables and chairs which were absolutely gorgeous. They even have a set of swings that are so cute where we could go to take pictures. They were wonderful the day of and provided fans for an unseasonably warm day. They were on top of everything and have an absolutely gorgeous venue.

wedding with a plated dinner and the venue can absolutely accommodate that many people comfortably. The venue is stunning and a wonderful place to get married especially if you want an outdoor ceremony amongst the trees. They have a gorgeous bridal suite that accommodated 15 women getting ready with 4 make-up and hair stylists. Everything is so thoughtfully planned and put together, you can absolutely tell Robin and her family are professionals at hosting weddings! We were THRILLED with everything at the Butterfly Pavilion!

The spaces are customizable and they offer so much flexibility for vendors and layout, so you can see your dream wedding come to life!
