Perched on over 100 acres of an untouched Georgia forest, The Butterfly Pavilion is a wedding and event venue located in Acworth, GA, just 30 miles NW of Atlanta. The Butterfly Pavilion consists of a modern, 6,500 square foot Pavilion which is peaceful and private. The idyllic setting and expertly designed event space evokes warmth and elegance best felt in person. When you choose The Butterfly Pavilion as your wedding venue, you’ll be working with a team of professionals who understand all the elements involved in delivering exceptional wedding celebrations. We know you’ve thought long and hard about your special day and we want to make sure it’s everything you’ve dreamed of. Our venue can accommodate 250+ of your closest friends and family members, all in a uniquely beautiful and intimate setting. Our Pavilion provides a beautiful, modern backdrop that can be customized to reflect the unique style of you and your partner. Our locally made farm style tables and oak cross back chairs are included with each of our wedding packages. You can add on lighting packages, draping packages, and more to create whatever look you’re dreaming of. The 6,500 square foot Pavilion houses a luxurious Bridal Suite, Groom’s Suite, Caterer’s Kitchen, and two full multi-stall restrooms, in addition to the glamorous main room for entertaining. Our dramatic fireplace, slate patios for cocktail hour and entertaining friends, and an open and spacious floor plan are just some of the Pavilion’s features. There is plenty of room to serve a full course meal, a table of snacks and desserts, or anything in between. Bring in decorations to suit your style and watch as the wedding you always envisioned comes to life!

It was a beautiful venue for the perfect wedding. Robin was ver professional and accommodating, always answered our questions well and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this venue.

Robin and her treat are what make The Butterfly Pavilion so special! In addition to the gorgeous pavilion and landscaping, her team works so hard to ensure that every detail of your day goes as smooth as possible. They treat you with genuine hospitality and not like just any other customer. We toured the venue for its gorgeous views, but chose the venue for its professionalism and intimate feel. I 10/10 recommend The Butterfly Pavilion and wish I could relive the day all over again!

The Butterfly Pavilion was the perfect place for our wedding! Robin was extremely easy to worth with, communicative, and willing to adjustments as needed. We had 180 guests at our wedding with a plated dinner and the venue can absolutely accommodate that many people comfortably. The venue is stunning and a wonderful place to get married especially if you want an outdoor ceremony amongst the trees. They have a gorgeous bridal suite that accommodated 15 women getting ready with 4 make-up and hair stylists. Everything is so thoughtfully planned and put together, you can absolutely tell Robin and her family are professionals at hosting weddings! We were THRILLED with everything at the Butterfly Pavilion!

Everything about this place screams enchanted forest. Such a beautiful venue with EVERY amenity. My husband and I were married there June 3rd 2023 and I couldn’t have asked for a more magical time. The staff was so knowledgeable and attentive. We were so blessed to be able to work with Robin! Book it. You’ll be glad you did!

The Butterfly Pavilion was AMAZING! Such a gorgeous venue and the staff was INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend this gem of a wedding venue! Robin, Frangela, and the rest of team did such an unbelievable job prepping us before our big day and keeping everything running smoothly during the wedding day! We didn't have to stress about any venue detail the day of. The spaces are customizable and they offer so much flexibility for vendors and layout, so you can see your dream wedding come to life! Robin also had recommendations for vendors, which was great for us since we were planning it out of state. From the open-air reception area to the stunning tree-surrounded ceremony space, the gorgeous tables and chairs, the secluded swings, and I cannot leave out the gorgeous bridal suite—this venue really has it all and I could go on and on. We could not be happier with this venue. From day one, Robin was amazing. She was responsive, helpful, and professional. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate spending the rest of our lives together. The pavilion and grounds are stunning, and the picturesque bridal suite and cozy groom's suite is just a plus! It was absolutely amazing and we appreciate everything Robin and her team did to make our day perfect!

My husband and I got married at the Butterfly Pavilion on October 22nd, 2022. The venue could not have been more perfect! Arranging meetings with staff prior to the wedding was easy and they are very experienced with large crowds which made our wedding planning a lot easier.

The Butterfly Pavilion was the perfect venue for our wedding! Robin and her team are so communicative and are ready to make your vision come to life. The space is absolutely beautiful and super versatile. They had several options for the ceremony and reception, and are very helpful in determining how you want your day to pan out. We did a ceremony and reception under the pavilion (it was HOT outside!) and TBP team flipped the space quickly and professionally. I can't imagine a better place that would could've had our wedding.

This venue did not disappoint! Robin and the staff put their whole heart into everything they do. The ceremony in the meadow, cocktail hour under the starlight dance floor, the stunning pavilion with bridal/ grooms suites, and the hidden gems all over the 100 acre property made our wedding day a real dream come true. The Butterfly Pavilion was the PERFECT venue for us! I mentioned wanting to use the doors for my entrance a few weeks before the wedding but they were broken at the time. They fixed the doors for our wedding and it all looked perfect! The meadow, starlight dancefloor, and pavilion are great for separating the spaces and having different areas for the events of the evening.

WOW WOW WOW. My family and I were absolutely stunned with the sheer elegance that this venue creates day of. Robin and her team were very well prepared and welcomed all of our vendors on site while I was getting ready. They are extremely communicative, and truly are willing and go above and beyond for you to get what you most desire for your wedding day. I am still getting compliments about the welcoming nature of their team as well as just how stunningly beautiful this property is. I cannot thank this team enough for making it everything I could have ever imagined!
