We have two main packages (Horse Trailer or No Horse Trailer as the bar), and we can customize to fit your needs. The Buzz Bar package includes the renovated horse trailer that has been renovated to be a fully equipped bar ready to serve you and your guests. The mobile bar can be set up for various venue types and celebrations, integrating seamlessly into your event. We also offer Just Bartending services if you do not need the horse trailer at your event. Included in all packages: To make the event yours, Kaila will set up a drink consultation appointment with you. At this time, you can discuss a custom drink menu, your décor dreams, and any special details. When you have The Buzz Bar, LLC be part of your day, all your drink needs will be taken care of. Some of their services include a beer and wine service, signature cocktails, five hours of rental time, and décor to fit your color scheme. They also provide RAMP-certified bartenders, ice, drinkware, mixers, and bar equipment. In addition to this, there is a soft drink package to offer different beverages to your guests.

LOOOOOVE! The bar is literally the cutest thing ever. I was so excited about it and everyone loved it. The owner, Kaila, is so kind! We didn’t have to ability to chill all of our drinks beforehand because our venue didn’t have a kitchen so she offered to do it for it. She met me the week before the wedding. Her kids are adorable. We just loved everything about her services. Thank you so much for being one of the easiest and most seamless parts of our wedding day!

I hired Buzz Bar for my work's holiday party. Kaila was great to work with - she helped me pick a signature cocktail along with a variety of mocktails for my staff and provided an easy shopping list for the drinks. During the party her and the other bartender were great, the drinks were delicious and we loved having them. We would 100% rebook them for any events in the future.

We had the Buzz Bar for our hometown wedding reception after our destination at the Pump House in Homestead. Kaila was great! Her setup was perfect for our venue and everyone loved our signature drink, Apple Cider Moscow Mules. Very communicative and helpful, and I will definitely hire the Buzz Bar again in the furure 🤍

Kaila and the Buzz Bar were the hit of the night. The bourbon peach lemonade was such a hit it ran out before dinner was over! All of her recommendations were spot on, and she was amazing about listening to our needs and concerns. Having the soft drink package was incredible to have for our guests on a hot day outdoors, and being able to put the bar almost anywhere in our venue really helped us customize the space.

The buzz bar went above and beyond to help us prepare for our wedding! Kaila, the owner helped us in every way possible! With a detailed list of the amount of alcohol etc. to buy, to the little details of lemons and limes. Her decor was spot on for our venue and the bar tenders were welcome with a friendly face! We will definitely be booking the Buzz Bar again. Thank you kaila!
