The Caboose Hudson team works to give each couple a dynamic setting for them to host their big day. Once construction is complete, this venue will feature 6,500 square feet of event space for you and your guests to enjoy. Created by ecologically focused architects and designers, this setting is designed to be both visually stunning and environmentally friendly. Inside, you can dine and dance on the hardwood floors while the surrounding exposed wooden beams can create a warm, rustic aesthetic. Also present will be a wine shop and culinary native garden, creating a one-stop-shop experience. The Caboose Hudson offers catering from their sister restaurant Kitty's. Inspired by the valley setting and surrounding mountains, Kitty's specializes in comfort food, ranging from pickled veggies to burgers. We had a fabulous experience at the Caboose! Jules and her team are consummate professionals and very experienced, which made a huge difference since we settled on the Caboose before they had hosted a wedding. The venue itself is also amazing—great location (across the street from the Hudson Amtrak), stunning details (gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, an elegant bar, the chicest bathroom), lovely outdoor space, and an awesome patio that is perfect for guests who are less inclined to dance but don’t just want to sit at their tables. The food was also outstanding—many told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. I will be dreaming of the butter tower, the deviled eggs, the pork belly, and the steak for a long time! Highly recommend this incredible new venue!

The team are the nicest people you'll ever work with, they were so willing to listen to our ideas and work with us, and it was fun along the way. The space is stunning, the food is incredible, and overall we couldn't speak highly enough about getting married here. 10/10 would do again!!!!

We are so so happy we got married at the Caboose. 1) The food was incredible. Many many people have said to us "this was the best wedding food we've ever had" and "I didn't know wedding food could be this good". There were arguments over which appetizer was best (it was the fried artichoke). The food was also stunning and made the tables look beautiful. 2) The building and garden are stunning. Unfortunately it rained during our ceremony so we couldn't do it outside, but it turned out to be more than fine because the set up in the building was beautiful. We really didn't have to do much decor because the space was so beautiful. 3) The staff was lovely to work with, we had lots of ideas of how to make it our own (serve miller high lifes when everyone walks in! install a disco ball!) and they ran with them. We really appreciated it. Highly recommend!
