Rosario was wonderful to sowrk with from start to finish. Her cakes were BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS! She was prompt at returning messages. She was helpful, informtive, and very kind. Rosario made our wedding cake and without question, It’s the best cake I’ve ever had. Not only was the cake itself absolutely stunning, but it tasted amazing; I’m still craving the almond filling and frosting. Rosario was so easy to work with and very patient with my slow responses to email. She made sure everything was perfect for our wedding and worked with my mom to surprise us with a miniature of our dog to decorate the cake. We received so many compliments on her work from both guests and other vendors. I want to plan another event just so we can have more of her delicious creations!

Was told by Rosie that she could duplicate the donut cake my granddaughter wanted. So decided to put my trust in her only to be totally disappointed. She charged me 50$ extra for the donuts which I’m sure she bought one small package which probably cost her 3$. The cake had hardly any donuts on it and cost me 500$. Don’t recommend.

Rosario recently made our wedding cake and we were blown away! I’m not a huge fan of wedding cakes, but her cake was honestly the best cake I’ve ever eaten. Not only did it taste incredible, but it was also beautiful. Rosario was very easy to work with and very responsive to our messages and phone calls. I’m already looking forward to eating another slice of the cake on our 1 year wedding anniversary.

Rosario is the most adorable cake maker one could find and she makes gorgeous cakes! She made my wedding cake for me in 2016 and so when I needed a gender reveal cake in 2024, I knew she was my gal. I was worried about the cake being white because of the color of the dye potentially getting through. But Rosario did an excellent job! We had no idea until the cake was cut. And the cake was so so beautiful! It was the perfect cake for our party and everyone loved it. I recommend Rosario for any cake needs you have! She is so lovely to work with and her cakes are even lovelier. I can’t wait to order a cake from her again. ❤️

Our wedding cake from Rosario was SOO delicious! The presentation was incredible. We got chocolate with dulce de leche and buttercream frosting. It was only one layer but was big enough for 30 people. We had plenty of leftovers and ate them throughout the week after the wedding. We also froze a chunk so we can eat it in a year. If we were still in the state, we’d order a cake from Rosario for every anniversary. Highly recommend getting your cake from her!

Rosario was the absolute best to work with! I knew exactly what I wanted my cake to look like and emailed her some pictures and met with her in person a few weeks before my wedding to go over any details I wanted to add or remove. It turned out absolutely perfect. She also was so great about delivering it and setting it up.

Working with Rosario was a very smooth and simple process. We booked our first meeting and doubled it with a cake tasting. Delicious! We especially loved the wedding themed white almond cake. Rosario then made detailed notes and sketches of our wedding cake and we chose flavors from her book of flavor combinations. We had 120 guests coming to the wedding, but since we already had some cookies and brownies as part of our buffet, Rosario convinced us to plan on 80 people who would likely have cake. This turned out to be very insightful as we had lots of leftover cake to enjoy all weekend and we were grateful for Rosario’s honesty and insights. After that we paid the deposit and made arrangements for wedding day pickup. Since she already had a cake delivery for our wedding day, we made arrangements to use one of her cake stands and she boxed it up for my team to pick up. Although the groom added a thumbprint to the cake, it looked stunning upon arrival. The only glitch was that we chose a seasonal fruit for the second layer instead of specifying which fruit we wanted to have and although this was our oversight, we wished we had specified it in the planning process so we knew what to expect. One of our guests had an allergy to blueberry and although there wasn’t an accident, we would have had the cake cut differently to avoid cross contamination for her.

I absolutely LOVED my wedding cake that was done by Rosario!!! It was exactly what I wanted and I got so many compliments for it! She did a mountain and tree design out of buttercream and was so easy to work and collaborate with! Especially since I only wanted the top tier to be a cake and the bottom to be styrofoam. Definitely the dream cake I was wanting for my special day! Also Rosario is so sweet and nice!

Rosario baked an amazing two-tier cake for our wedding. Both the red velvet and pink champagne were outstanding. The cake was beautifully decorated and elegant. Overall it was a pleasure working with Rosario throughout the process and I would highly recommend her.

Oh my gosh! It wasn’t just the cake that was amazing, but the entire experience!! My now-husband and I were really discouraged looking for a vendor to make our wedding cake, and we somehow stumbled on Rosario at the Cake Batter—oh my goodness!! Not only were we surprised by her quick responses, but she also set aside time to meet and get to know us, and really put together what we were envisioning for our big day. We ended up doing a 3 tiered semi-naked cake with two flavors, and oh! It was so delicious! Very light, very moist, and so so beautiful! We did chocolate with cream cheese frosting, as well as lemon cake with cream cheese frosting (Lol, all during the greet line, all I could think of was the cake and once we ate it, haha, I think I died and went to heaven!) She was willing to work with us and customize it perfectly. She also has an eye for detail and she delivered as well as set up our cake so masterfully, and delicately—the stand she provided was absolutely perfect with our theme. Just absolute wow! Thank you so much for making our reception so beautiful Rosario, you made magic!!

Rosario made a cake for our wedding. We went with the white wedding cake (almond) with dulce du leche filling and buttercream frosting. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best cakes I have had. Rosario was great to work with and when we did a tasting with her, it was nicely done and very professional!

We LOVE Rosario!! She helped make our wedding day so fun and so beautiful!! She is so kind and she answers back to emails and texts very quickly which is fantastic. Her selection of flavors for cakes is perfect and she can make just about any type of combination you’d like! Her cake was SOOOOO yummy and everyone loved it so much!!! My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Rosario and the cake she made for us. Our wedding was in Utah but we lived in New York, Rosario made the whole process so easy and was very flexible. We went with a three tiered cake with lemon poppyseed, chocolate with salted caramel, and vanilla with raspberry and they were all huge hits at our wedding. The cake also looks fantastic and we got tons of compliments. We highly recommend Rosario!

Working with Rosario was hands down one of our favorites vendor experiences. Her response time was extremely fast, the tasting experience was fun and I didn’t worry at all day of because she was on time and the cake blew my expectations away! Rosario was incredibly professional in all communications. She also stuck with me through 3 cancellations because of the pandemic. She even helped me to create a customized wedding cake design. On the day of the wedding, she was there hours early with plenty of time. Everyone loved the cake!

We are so thrilled we worked with Rosario for our October wedding cake! The tasting was very helpful and she was incredibly informative, walking us through all the options. We chose the carrot cake and the vanilla berry cake and WOW so delicious and beautiful designed!! We could not have been happier. Rosario was on time for delivery and was setting up as I arrived. Rosario was incredibly awesome to work with. My husband and I ended up having a short engagement, and by short I mean TWO MONTHS to plan everything! I knew what kind of cake design I wanted and Rosario was able to deliver! Great price for how spot on the cake design and flavors were! We chose a two tier vanilla bean cake with dulce de leche and crème brûlée fillings. Everyone LOVED it!! The restaurant we held our reception at had other desserts available like Decadent chocolate cake and New York cheesecake with berry coulis, but Rosario’s cake was able to stand on its own and not be shadowed by anything! She coordinated with me regarding the reception time and location and came through on time and worked great with my florist in putting the final touches! She was the first and easiest vendor I worked with and she set the tone for how the rest of my wedding planning would be. For a two month wedding prep, EVERYTHING went so smoothly and so beautifully! All my guest were shocked! Totally recommend Rosario!

You can’t go wrong with the quality and taste of your cake for any occasion. Rosy made us an amazingly delicious wedding cake which the guests really loved and got many compliments. Other guests were even asking for a second piece. We honestly loved the vanilla bean chiffon cake with a dolce leche filling. Rosy was very nice and friendly to talk to. She was so accommodating and open for suggestions.

Rosario made us a delicious and beautiful 3 tiered wedding cake. It was exactly what we asked for and more. She was excited to help us design the perfect cake, and made the wedding planning process fun when we got to the cake part. We hit a bit of a snag with the delivery of the cake because our reception was on a busy holiday weekend in a tough to find location but she did her best to accommodate us and was communicative.

In a word: incredible! My husband actually took it upon himself to find our wedding cake vendor and to be honest, I was skeptical to say the least. However, Rosario blew both of our minds. She does all of her work out of her own home and you would never have known based on the quality, taste, and presentation! We first had a meeting with her where she made us two small, custom cakes that we had been able to choose the flavors from a long list of options that she gave us. She helped us when were a little lost on what filling flavors would go best with cake and frosting flavors. We got to her home where she welcomed us so graciously and put us both at ease. She immediately gave us the most beautiful slices of cake to enjoy while we got right down to business. She had every detail, even the ones we hadn't thought about, taken care of. She answered all of questions and made it a very easy choice for us to book with her on the spot! Rosario delivered the cake herself to the venue to ensure that the cake would show up in perfect condition. She worked with the florist to put the final touches on the cake using left over flowers that they provided in order to match the bouquets! The final result was stunning and we could not have been happier! The guests were all very impressed and we got a lot of compliments!

In love with my wedding cake! I only have wonderful words to describe this professional and her work. From the moment I saw Rosario's profile and her beautiful cakes, I knew I wanted my cake made by her. And so it happened. In a very kind way she was willing to help us have our dream cake. Thank you thank you thank you! Working with you was absolutely amazing. You are extremely kind and an amazing artist. We created little figures of our dogs to put at the base of our cake, and Rosario went above and beyond to make sure that they were displayed perfectly. She even worked on our cake for an hour after arriving at our venue to make sure that it was absolutely perfect! She allowed my grandparents to watch as she put everything together and they loved it! Guests were going back for fourth and fifth slices! We can’t wait to enjoy the cake again on our anniversary!

Rosario was SO pleasant to work with! She was so patient with me as I made changes to my order. She was also so responsive every time I had a question or needed to discuss anything related to the cake. On top of great service the cake tasted DELICIOUS!
