vegan & gluten-free and was worried about having to compromise taste/texture but when we picked up our tasting box, which was presented in such a cute way, all of those worries dissipated with the first bite. nd I knew that she would be baking our cake. I dreamt about her rose buttercream every day until I ate my wedding cake and still do! Guests still comment on the moist, pillowy softness of the cake with the not too sweet icing. We did two different flavored tiers to accommodate my husband’s simpler taste and both were delicious and moist. If it weren’t enough that it was delicious, it was also stunningly beautiful as well!!! I highly recommend her cake and if I lived there, I’d eat at her shop all the time! Book her! You won’t regret it!!
