The Cake Gallery

I LOOVE the cake gallery. The first cake they made for us was our groom's cake. It was a NYC subway train. It looked amazing and tasted unbelievable. I've also ordered birthday cakes and graduation cakes there. Their rainbow cookies are to die for. I still stop in and buy them. They're friendly, reliable and if you have a specific budget they'll tell you how to work within it. I can't wait for my birthday because I am definitely ordering their rainbow cookie cake! Many vendors promise many things but with the cake gallery you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to order a Groom's cake for my husband for our rehearsal dinner. I went to see Tom and he was so excited to do this cake. Since my husband and I met online, I wanted a large computer mouse with a "girl" leaning up against it. He was so easy to work with and assured me that the cake would be awesome. The cake was delivered to our rehearsal dinner location and EVERYONE was amazed at the cake. I think more pictures were taken of the cake then anything else! On top of how awesome it looked, it tasted AMAZING. I asked for chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling....my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Everyone that was at the rehearsal diner LOVED the cake and still raves about it today. I have directed more people to The Cake Gallery and no one has been disappointed. I cannot wait to use Tom again in the future! Tom, you continually go above and beyond!

My name is Nicole, I used Tom and the Cake Gallery for my wedding on October 10th 2010, my theme being the nightmare before Christmas!. It's been 2 years since my wedding and I STILL have people complimenting me on my cake and how beautiful it was and how AMAZING it tasted!. We did a 3 tiered tipsy turvey, the top and bottom teir being purple and the middle orange, Tom made amazing characters with pumpkins and leaves and trees to replicate the movies theme!. It was truly amazing. They also made my husband's groom cake which was a ford explorer sport trac, and included important details like his local union 3 symbol, his golf bag and nailed every little detail from his actual work bag!. Again another truly amazin work of art!.. And both DELICIOUS!. Even frozen a year later, we ate both cakes on our anniversary and they tasted just as good as the day of the wedding!. Since our wedding we have had friends and family use them for there weddings, baby showers and graduations and just as a treat!. The Cake Gallery was a true gift to any girl with a sweet tooth!. Use them and enjoy!
