We had THE BEST experience working with Erin from the Cake Studio!! From the moment we walked into the shop, my husband turned to me and said, "I already know this is the one you're going to choose," but then as we were tasting her cakes, it was unanimous- it was that good!!
The quality of the cakes is out of this world and with Erin's eye for detail and making the couple feel special throughout the process, I would choose the Cake Studio again, again, and again! I will be coming back for the chocolate cake for all my future events and continue to recommend her to all my friends and family!
Thank you to Erin and her team! We loved our cake. She made sugar flowers that were a work of art. The flavors are spectacular: they have some great choices from very classic choices (we did a vanilla caramel and a chocolate caramel) to fun and unique like cookie-dough! We are now regular customers...got a celebration? It's a Cake Studio cake for us!
We are obsessed with Erin, lead baker at The Cake Studio. Erin is not only an incredibly talented baker, but a true artist. We had a very unconventional wedding and when I described our aesthetic to Erin she had some unconventional ideas that we hoped would come out beautiful. When people entered the ballroom for the first time, their jaws just dropped then they saw it. It was staggeringly beautiful, loaded with fresh fruit, flowers, and silver leaf. A thing right out of a magazine - and completely unique. All of our guests talked about it all night and for many days afterwards, not only about how beautiful it was but also that it was the most delicious cake they'd ever eaten. Tim and I couldn't wait a year to eat our top tier - we ate it the very next day! We cannot recommend The Cake Studio more highly! Thank you Erin!!

The Cake Studio did a fabulous job on our grooms cake! Erin was so helpful extremely responsive to my emails and she created a cake based off of a photo I sent her of a fishing lure. It was a wonderful surprise for my husband and the details of the cake were just amazing...it was delicious too! We highly recommend the Cake Studio!!

Erin does not disappoint. Her cakes are so beautifully done that you almost don't want to ruin the piece of art she has created. However, you'll be glad you did once you get a taste. They are as delicious as they are beautiful. She is extremely easy to work with and is such a sweet person.
We have ordered several cakes from The Cake Studio, and each one has been more than we could have asked for. Not only are the designs incredible, but they are delicious. So often you will see a beautiful cake, but it will be dry, but that is definitely not the case with Erin's cakes. Just as much goes into the recipes as into the artistry. You won't be disappointed.
We've gotten several cakes from Erin Dent at The Cake Studio, and they never disappoint. They taste phenomenal, and the designs are so incredibly gorgeous that they always become the centerpiece of our event. I am so thankful that we have such a talented cake artist right here in Baltimore.
Kelly did an incredible job with our cakes! We came to her with a blank slate - I showed her a few Pinterest photos of cakes I liked, but really was not sure what direction to go in. She was fabulous in almost reading my mind and coming up with several cake designs that were beautiful & fit the style of our wedding perfectly. We had 4 different cakes for our day - 1 two-tiered for us to cut and 3 smaller cakes - when we were having a difficult time finding stands that would fit each of them, she offered to provide some for free! She truly went over the top & provided excellent service. Not to mention her cakes taste incredible! We had so many guests commenting on the creative flavors (cookies & cream, lemon pucker) and how delicious they were. Thank you again Cake Studio!

Erin's cakes are the most delectable cake you will ever taste. The professionalism, patience and artistry is beyond compare. Erin at the Cake Studio pours her heart into every cake she makes. Not only does everyone marvel at the beauty and detail of the cakes she has made for me and my family, but the cakes are so delicious and there is never any left. I have given Erin just small ideas of what we want and she uses her creative genius to create the most amazing cakes. Erin's cakes are absolutely amazing. They are stunning and taste as good as they look. She can make anything, from the most elaborate wedding cake to a flower pot (which everyone will say is too beautiful to cut) to an old time record player (which everyone will also mistake as a prop). Erin Dent should be anointed as the Queen of Cakes! She has found her calling and it shines through in all of her scrumptious creations. I came in for mini cake pints (for a baby shower I was hosting), but the cookies on the counter and the case of mini desserts were too tempting not to try. The quality and taste of her creations are out of this world. I'm so thankful I found her studio located in Phoenix, MD. Did I mention how insanely mouth watering and satisfying her cake pint creations are? And the icing on my cake experience is that she is the consummate professional: highly responsive, innovative and accommodating with the highest degree of reliability. Don't walk, RUN as fast as you can to the Cake Studio and treat yourself to something sweet that is worth every calorie. Bon Apetit!
