he staff was amazing to work with through every step of the way, and they really blew me away with how well they take care of you. They bent over backwards to help me bring my dream wedding to life, and I was so pleased with how everything went. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I felt like a queen while getting ready in the suite I stayed in.
Bad pretty much sums it up. We requested long table cloths and they were not provided - we had to work it out with the Hotel and they didn't communicate when they had resolved whic...
h left my wife in a panic. We had a water and tea station that included the glasses according to our contract but our guests found it difficult to use the station due to a lack of cups provided. Our guests had to go to the bar to get a cup that WE provided for the beer and wine to have a cup of water. At the end of the evening the directors were yelling at my wife as we helped them clean up as a favor. I am not sure how they even still have a business renting out spaces to be honest. Please learn a little about customer service and you might have better success utilizing your beautiful space.
