The Campfire Experience was fantastic, and we strongly recommend them! We wanted to provide glamping tents at our outdoor wedding but most companies were too expensive or didn’t provide service to our area. Pete worked with us to create a customized package. Our guests absolutely loved the glamping tents (they were both super cute and comfortable), and loved/spent a lot of time in the outdoor lounge we rented. The team even added extra lighting around all the tents to create a little lit-up village, as the wedding venue got quite dark at night. The team worked exceptionally hard to get it set up given the ground at our venue was very hard to put stakes in, but they got it all set up on time and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend The Campfire Experience!

Absolutely 100% one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had them set up a tent village for our wedding party and a few other close friends. The team was wonderful at getting to know the look and set up we wanted and allowed us to focus on the other pressing items of the day. If you are able to host a group overnight, we cannot recommend them enough. They showed up on time and were professional from start to finish. Thank you to everyone on the Campfire Experience Team.

The Campfire Experience made an amazing wedding set up for us with several tents including a lounge tent and bar tent. Our bedroom tent could not have been more comfortable with a real bed and electronic candles. It was perfect.

The entire Campfire Experience team was thoughtful, communicative, and pleasant to work with. They were on time, efficient, and flexible. The tents looked amazing and our guests loved them. They gave the wedding a great vibe. We got a bridal suit and a tent village for the bridal party. This way we could keep the party going all night and prevent our guest from staying in a boring hotel. They were great for photo ops and the beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them!!

From the initial correspondence to execution, we loved how hassle-free the whole process was, and with perfect results. It was great to not have to stress about something that weekend! We also loved the decor and vibe of the tent. It was so nice to have a welcoming and cozy space just for us after our reception.

People were obsessed with the tent and how well it contributed to the overall ambiance of our wedding. Our fire pit was the perfect late night (and early morning) hang out for the campers!

It's been two months since our wedding and we still can't stop talking about the whole setup! It was the one thing we decided to splurge on for ourselves and it was well worth it. Not only just the setup, but Amy was amazing to work with from beginning to end and they even dropped off flowers for us.
