I placed an order for Candy Bars for 20 kids at our school's Christmas Party. They arrived in time, but with the WRONG imprint. Instead we received candy bars with a little 9 year ...
old's name on them.
When trying to call the customer service number, no one answered. We tried calling all times of day only to get voice mail. We had to email them to get a response.
Instead of apoigizing and trying to reship our order so we would receive in time, they sent an email saying they would not send next day shipping will only refund our monies.
We NEVER spoke with a person during this entire ordeal. So sad for our kids as we were taking them to the movie WONKA and this was their treats.
