She took care of all details during the day and made sure me and my husband were stress free and enjoying the day, while also staying on track for time management. I could not imagine a more perfect place and team for our wedding and I highly recommend working with The Capitol Room.

ife and I to get ready in two separate suites. There was a separate space for everyone to enjoy cocktail hour while the room was flipped for the reception and dance. From the minute we toured the space we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. Sitting down with Megan was an absolute delight. We hired her for her day of coordinator services as well and she took care of everything. She made the room stunning and we didn’t have to worry about anything. She was extremely professional, she was in constant communication with us and even took our call the night before at 10pm when our officiant quit on us last minute. She helped us through the situation and calmed our nerves. The day of the ceremony it felt like we were working with one of our close friends by our sides. We can’t recommend Megan and the Capitol Room enough!!

We purchased the all inclusive package, which was well worth it to us just for the coordinator and table linens alone! We received many raving reviews from guests about how gorgeous and unique the wedding venue was. he is so kind, easy to communicate with, and goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone (the couple, their families, and their vendors) to ensure a perfect day. The venue itself is gorgeous and we got many compliments on the space. We had a live band (it was their first time playing at this venue) and the acoustics worked perfectly (the band said they would definitely be back!). The venue also rents linens and decor so you don't have to go out and buy much decor yourself (which saves a lot of time!). All in all, I am so happy we chose this venue. Although being further from home for most of our guests (my husband and I live in Minneapolis), this was a great venue and one that was well worth the drive! Book with them, you will not be disappointed.

She is so helpful and on top of things and really helped me keep my sanity through the process. She’s also just a gem of a human. If you can afford the day-of-coordination I 1000% recommend. Everything went so smooth for our wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

ady room was perfect for our hair and makeup vendors to come to us. lots of natural light but good light for the hair and makeup to be done as well. We had 8 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, and 3 ushers and we never felt cramped in the spaces. The Bride room was STUNNING. I did a reveal for my parents in that rooms as well and my bridesmaids and it was breathtakingly beautiful. My husband and I did not do a first look and Megan and Dan helped us achieve the absolute best reveal as my dad and I walked down the aisle. The groomsmen had the times of their lives before the wedding, and Megan and Dan helped to keep everyone having fun, on time, and hydrated. We used Megan as our wedding coordinator and it was hands down the best decision. She helped the day run smoothly, was always available for questions, frequently visited both bridal party and the groomsmen before the ceremony to help in any way. She has an eye for decor as well. She understood my vision it all and brought it to life. I cannot say enough good things about her. We could not have done it with out her. The ceremony space was gorgeous. The temperature was perfect inside, even with our dance party. The bar tenders were always on top of waters and drinks. Would 10/10 recommend getting married at the Capitol Room!

dessert, eclairs from Diamond Dust Bakery, but Megan made sure to save some for me - that was customer service! Everything went smoothly and my wedding guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how much they enjoyed the event. I honestly cannot think of one criticism. My husband and I were able to enjoy our big day to the fullest because of the amazing staff and coordination at the Capitol Room. Cheers!

ur friends and family anywhere but The Capitol Room. We received so many wonderful compliments from our guests! Megan is super detailed, friendly, and always there when I had a question. She is amazing at her job! We also used Megan’s day of coordinating services. If it’s something you’re interested in, DO IT. You will not regret it. She relieved so much stress for me! Megan and the staff also did an amazing job keeping the beautiful area clean all night! If something spilled on the floor, someone was there cleaning it up right away. (It was so clean my dress was minimally dirty at the end of the night!! YAAY!) The tables were cleared of empty cups and beer cans frequently. It looked great all night! I highly recommend The Capitol Room!! Now all I’m thinking about is “what other kind of celebration can I throw so I can work with them again!?!”
