Mobile coffee catering was not the original business model for Cappuccino Man. In 1993 Elliot Lewkow moved with his family from Los Angeles to the suburbs of Detroit with plans to sell espresso machines and coffee products to restaurants that did not offer specialty coffee drinks. The brand was created when a Detroit area party planner asked us to serve gourmet coffee at a high-end event at a suburban country club. After 25 years in business the company has evolved incredibly with more efficient equipment, refined presentation, and top quality products used to craft every drink we serve from the cart. None of this could have been possible without the help and input of our clients, friends,and family members.
Today,Cappuccino Man serves at about 1000 events per year in Los Angeles and Detroit including weddings, trade shows, productions, corporate, holiday, and other private events.

ing timing they were supposed to arrive as well as agreeing on getting our pictures printed onto the coffee and making sure they were compatible with their printer. Even after all of the reminders, the baristas stated they “forgot” the printer and so they came to my event and were unable to customize the drinks with our pictures (which was the entire reason I wanted and paid for their service.) I had emailed them after my event to share my disappointment and I received no response. Very unfortunate because I was really excited about this service for my special day.
