The Carmichael House and Event Center is a hidden gem just a few blocks off the downtown square in Jackson, GA. With over 2.5 acres this venue offers the historic home, beautifully landscaped grounds, gazebo, fire pit, and event center. We also have a newly renovated home across the street called The Inn on Second. The Inn on Second doubles as overnight accomodations and a bridal suite option for the day of.
The Carmichael House and Event center is the perfect setting for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and corporate meetings.

me, she was so accommodating while also allowing us all the space and time we needed to enjoy ourselves. There was also a space for my husband and his friends to enjoy themselves as well and he said they truly enjoyed themselves. While searching for a venue, what set Paige apart from other venues I visited was that she was so personable, and I didn't feel like I was just another business transaction. We talked back and forth for a year during the planning process, and she always responded in a timely manner, especially the last few weeks of planning, I was bothering her late into the night, but she was responding immediately. She kept the wedding on track and on time. I would highly recommend The Carmichael House as a top-notch wedding venue if you're in the market for a wedding venue you definitely won't be disappointed.

The venue owners were so coordinated, helpful, professional, and fun to work with too. The venue is beautiful with spacious rooms to get ready in, even with seven bridesmaids. Each room provided unique color schemes that could fit any bride's vision and provide's endless picture settings. The event space was comfortable but not crowded for our 150 guest event. We especially loved the loft area where we could sit with our close friends to eat our dinner before greeting the rest of our guests.
