Where do I begin?? This venue and the Walter’s team made our wedding day truly a DREAM COME TRUE! Firstly, a huge shoutout to Hunter, our planner and coordinator through the whole process. He was thoughtful and patient throughout the planning process and on our big day, he managed to keep us and our family and wedding party focused and on time without ever feeling stressful or overbearing. Not one thing went wrong! Maggie, our assigned photographer through Walter’s, was also amazing and kept the vibes super high the whole day! As for the venue itself, well I will let the photos speak for themselves. Absolutely stunning. And the floral team can truly work some magic!!

We couldn't be any happier with having held our wedding at the Carriage House! It's such a beautiful venue with great indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, as well as a gorgeous reception space: Rustic, yet modern, spacious and elegant. We were priveleged to have Hunter as our planner and day-of coordinator. The amount of work and consideration that he put in to make sure our day went exceptionally, can't be overstated. Having him take over the day of, made it possible for us to take off our control-hats, and just simply enjoy the day. We were so lucky to have him in our corner. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Not with the help of The Carriage House's amazing planning team.
The planning process was SO seamless and easy, I truly had no issues whatsoever. Hunter was my main point of contact and I truly cannot sing higher praises of him. He communicated often, kept me in the loop, made me feel supported, and was truly such an amazing coordinator... literally cannot express how grateful I am.

ge House was totally beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it the perfect place for our summer wedding. Hunter and Marissa oversaw even small aesthetic details and fulfilled all our requests, even last-minute ones, and the wedding came together perfectly!
Parking is ample and the venue is easily accessible. The staff were friendly, and the DJ and stationery vendors that come with the package were excellent. The flowers on the ground are refreshed often and the landscaping is well-kept.
A few small negative points to consider: The Indian menu we ordered was not very well cooked, with underdone rice and somewhat crusty naan. I think it’s better to stick to the more popular menu choices.
We also thought the dressing rooms were awkwardly placed. The bride’s changing area opens right out into the reception area and it is easy to see inside, so a lock on the door or a screen might be helpful. The groomsman area is attached to the public men’s restroom, which can lead to some awkward encounters with guests.
Finally, there are a number of upcharges for things that we felt really ought to come with the cost of the venue. For example, it costs $300 plus service charge to rent the wooden cross that already sits inside the chapel behind a curtain. Certain linen colors also come with a substantial upcharge.
Overall, our wedding was simply beautiful, and we would definitely recommend Carriage House to couples (including to some of our own family members!).

Our wedding planner, Hunter, was spectacular! He kept us on track for all our milestones leading up to our big day, thinking of even the smallest details and making helpful suggestions we would otherwise not have thought of. He was also incredibly helpful on our wedding day, ensuring the entire wedding party was aware of what was about to take place and herding our large group seamlessly! He made our wedding a breeze!
The rest of the staff was also fantastic! Tristan, our photographer, met with us in advance and did a wonderful job capturing all of our special moments, making recommendations on photos in advance, and ensuring candid moments were beautifully captured. Paul, our DJ, was also amazing with all the music, making recommendations including how we could use subtle cues when we wanted to move to a new song (worked great!). Our videographers, Sergio and Braeden were fantastic as well!
Overall, I am so happy we used and highly recommend Walters Wedding Estates for Wedding Planning!

A huge thank you to Hunter, our incredible wedding planner and day-of coordinator, who was by our side from every major decision to tiniest details, offering guidance to make sure everything was perfect and kept everything running smoothly. Marissa, our second day-of coordinator, was equally amazing, ensuring that everything flowed seamlessly and stood by our side for anything we needed. And Sierra, the venue manager, went above and beyond to make sure our day was stress-free and beautiful.
The entire team at The Carriage House exceeded our expectations in every way. The venue itself was stunning, and the service was exceptional. At the end of the night everyone was packing up and my matron of honor asked for my bridal bouquet. MY WEDDING PLANNER THREW IT AWAY. florals aren’t cheap. Anna came later in the evening.
Both Anna and hunter and two other sweet girls (I forgot to grab there name) absolutely put everything forward to make my day the best possible! And made sure we were on schedule!
The food (we did the chicken meal) was so delicious (I can still taste it in my mouth I want more!!!!)
I couldn’t rave more about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the staff is, and how delicious the food was.

The florals were absolutely stunning—exactly what I had envisioned. The centerpieces exceeded my expectations. I also ordered my invitations, welcome sign, and seating chart cards from Lyons Paperie, and they did a beautiful job. The food was delicious, and many of our guests complimented it. Everyone told me how beautiful the wedding day was, and I couldn't have done it without The Carriage House team.
The only aspect I was disappointed with was the DJ. Despite creating an entire playlist and expressing that we wanted a club-like, high-energy vibe, only a few of the songs we selected were played. Unfortunately, the music didn’t meet our expectations, which was disappointing since that's our favorite part of weddings.
Overall, we were very happy with our wedding day and grateful to The Carriage House for making it so special.

ding. The coordinator was an absolute mess. She started my wedding late and everyone was ready to go. She forgot to come get the bride (me) to walk for the ceremony and opened the doors late to show me. She continuously interrupted me during the reception to ask me what I wanted to do next when we had meetings to discuss all of it. She interrupted me while I was watching my new husband dance with his mom to ask me a thousand questions. They told us we would have food and drinks waiting for us as the reception started and we got our food almost last of everyone at the wedding. I basically coordinated and planned my entire wedding myself. She talked me out of doing some stuff I had wanted to do at the reception because we were behind and that was her fault due to her starting our wedding late. She gave no direction to anyone day of. It was the most stressful experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL.

d I are both in the military, and were geographically separated through most of the wedding planning. Not only were we busy, working different hours, in different timezones, but we ALSO moved to Alaska 4 months before the wedding. My husband and I had a hard time keeping up with some of the planning, and the Walters team was there every. step. of the way to pick up any ball we dropped. Every meeting we had put us at ease. Lyons Paperie ran last-minute prints for us, and everything planned through Walters was executed perfectly. They had everything set up to cut our cake, which we didn't even think about, and had so many little customizable things for us to use for the ceremony and reception! And the day of, our flower order was MIA, and came a solid 30ish minutes before the ceremony... they helped us make what little we did have look BEAUTIFUL, and while the ceremony was happening, they set up the rest of the flowers and surprised us with an absolutely gorgeous display on the main table, and spruced up the rest of the tables! I was nearly in tears from how kind and supportive Jillian and the team December 28th was!

The food was amazing, we did the tacos for cocktail hour and pasta for dinner. The DJ, Omar was also great and read the vibes perfectly!

thing short of a nightmare. While the venue itself was stunning, I cannot overlook the numerous issues I faced with their team.
From the start, my assigned planning representative, Phoebe, was incredibly unresponsive. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a simple response from her, and it wasn't until her manager was cc'd on emails that she started to pay attention. This lack of communication made the entire planning process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
To add insult to injury, on the day of my wedding, Phoebe was nowhere to be found. I had expected her to be present at the venue to ensure everything went smoothly, but she was nowhere to be seen. Instead, another colleague attend the venue walkthrough with me, which felt impersonal and detached.
Things only got worse when we realized we had left an important item at The Carriage House after the wedding. Phoebe agreed to meet us at the venue to retrieve it, but she called just 15 minutes before our scheduled meeting time to inform us that she was no longer available. This was not only incredibly inconvenient but also completely unacceptable. Considering we lived 45 minutes away from the venue, it caused a significant amount of stress and frustration.
Overall, while The Carriage House itself is undeniably beautiful, the management company, Walters Wedding Estates, left much to be desired. The unresponsiveness, lack of presence, and overall poor customer service from Phoebe and her team made my wedding planning and day-of experience far from enjoyable. I sincerely hope that they take these issues seriously and make significant improvements to their services for future clients.

them. She never replied to my florist or DJ’s emails or phone calls. I thought we had our final meeting about a month before, but Valerie had told me that I missed a meeting..which I did every meeting there was. Our final meeting was a 10 minute phone call the week before. It took awhile to get our day of coordinator up to speed about the order of people walking down the aisle. During the reception, our toasts glasses were sitting by our cakes, so we didn’t even get to drink out of them. He asked my grandma if she wanted to throw the rest of the candy away from the candy bar(there was a lot left). Horrible customer service, but beautiful venue. Our other vendors (Dj, florist, photographer, baker) made everything turn out beautifully!

e meeting stating my DIL had missed a meeting already with her, but she had no knowledge of this meeting. She would not return calls and emails from the florist or the DJ. Another coordinator was assigned to her fir the day if the wedding, Hunter. Whether Valerie did not inform him of things, I don't know, but he was nice but pretty clueless. We had to tell him the morning of the wedding all the people who were walking and in what order. Servers were nasty to guests who wanted more food. 30 min. after everyone was served there was a TON of food left, yet they were stingy on portions. Had to ask for a ladder to be removed the day of the wedding. No attention to detail and really did not make us feel welcome or special. I think because my son and DIL are soft spoken people, they took advantage of that and did not give them the attention they deserved because they didn't complain. Squeaky wheels get the grease here I guess. They should be thankful I wasn't in charge, but that's not the right way to treat a couple. That said, the place is beutuful, that's why I gave 2 stars if you can dream with the horrible customer service!

a consistent contact, and it would take close to a week to get a response regarding anything. The week of the wedding, I spent three hours on the phone trying to get ahold of anyone to confirm several items that the venue had not confirmed yet. The wedding was okay. The food was dry, and there was not enough dinner and appetizers for the guests.
The wedding I attended this weekend was a disaster from start to finish. The coordinator was swapped at the last minute with no warning. Since I’d had experience with this venue, I asked the initial coordinator if she would see this event from start to finish. She promised me, the bride, the groom, and the mother of the bride that she would be there the whole time. She was not. She also apparently did not pass off any of her notes. Her replacement was unprepared and seemed very new to events in general. She did not help the mother of the bride with any of the boxes of decor brought in. I had to move them from the suite to their setup locations. I had to instruct her where everything went because she would not come to the bridal suite to get instructions from the mother of the bride. The coordinator did not know the table layout, the order for speeches, or how many of their own staff would be working at the wedding. Again, the food was unacceptable. We were told that no decor or cars could be left overnight to be picked up the next day, as there was no event, therefore no coordinator to open the building. That was a lie. Guests had changed their plans and the parents of the bride scrambled for no reason. Finally, cleanup was a disaster. The coordinator refused to begin cleanup until the exit (we asked). That meant that the family of the bride had to wait around an hour after the exit to get their items, such as family photos, items from the centerpieces, etc.
Long story short, this venue bills itself as an all in one provider, and they truly are not. I would recommend hiring your own vendors and just using the space, as it’s truly lovely, but the staff is absolutely unprofessional and untrained.

dding day. We went through the change of new owners and management. It went very smooth, even though I was a bit nervous at first! We had two fabulous staff members help with our big day, Cheryl and then Phoebe. They were both so responsive whether it was through email, the venue portal, or by phone/text. They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. They gave some insight as well to things we were considering for our big day. The day of wedding team did a fantastic job cleaning throughout the night, setting everything up prior to the ceremony, their time management was wonderful, and the service was amazing! There are so many photo opportunities at The Carriage House like the adorable Siptini bar option, the vintage red pick up truck, the white tree swing, inside and outside the chapel, and the white double doors in the garden. This was the first and only venue we toured, and we fell in love with it instantly! I highly recommend The Carriage House for a wedding venue!
