ng weekend, Rosa was unfortunately unable to make it but her counterpart (I did not catch his name as I was busy getting married :) was such a delight and SO on top of everything. They setup our tables and buffet exactly as I had described and the food was delicious! I received many compliments from our wedding guests that the food was delicious - especially the tri tip. I dont eat red meat but I will take their word for it!
My husband and I did not do a tasting, I simply read online reviews and booked from there. We did not want to spend an insane amount of money on the catering, while not compromising on quality and I would say The Carvery is your best bet for that in the Bay Area. We had great food and the prices were straightforward and a great deal for the quality of food. Thank you Rosa and team!!

nd her team were outstanding. They didn't just provide the food, they made our whole wedding go smoothly from start to finish. Olivia basically worked as a day-of coordinator, and thank goodness we had her! It made me so much less stressed on the day to know that she was taking care of everything. The rest of the staff (so sorry I didn't catch names!) were also amazing! So on top of things, friendly, smiling, welcoming, and just wonderful people. I am SO glad we went with The Carvery for our wedding. Not only was it one of the least costly options in the bay, the service and food were outstanding. We had a carved prime rib dinner with a few potato, veggie, and salad options and it was all tasty, piping hot, and presented beautifully! The staff that served us day of was incredibly friendly and even offered to make us a to-go box for the hotel!
Throughout the planning process I must have revised my contract a hundred times, but Amanda was always quick to respond and help me figure out exactly what I needed for the space. I rented glassware and linens from them and everything was exactly what I wanted and needed. They were punctual, friendly, very well priced, and above all, the food was awesome!!!

She went above and beyond to make sure I could get my linens ahead of schedule, and worked with me to help set up a tear down decor. She helped with so many other aspects of the wedding, not just the food.
Out of all of my vendors, Valerie and The Carvery were definitely my favorite to work with, not to mention the food was DELICIOUS and ridiculously affordable. The tasting was free and we got to take home all leftovers and a few cookies as well. On the day of my wedding, I had nothing to worry about because I had so much confidence in the team!

During the time up until the wedding, Valerie took a trip to the venue with me to get an idea of the location, layout, etc. This impressed me right away! She also offered great advice and suggestions for the wedding such as timeline and ways to save money. She was able to ask the venue a lot of questions that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.
On the day of the wedding, I felt at ease and relieved to have Valerie and her staff as my caterer. I felt like Valerie was more like my personal wedding coordinator in addition to my caterer. They were so accommodating, professional and organized.
