The Case Mae Bride

Casey is absolutely brilliant at what she does and I am so glad we hired her for our wedding. She is incredibly organized and detailed oriented. She made sure everything on our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible, and truly helped bring mine and my husband‘s vision to life. She got all our vendors and bridal party working together as a team and made sure everyone was always on the same page. She handled any issues that arose with professionalism and grace and was so calm and it really helped keep me at ease so that I could enjoy my wedding day and be in the moment. Casey was so on top of everything that she often took care of things before I even had a chance to ask her about it. She was worth every penny. I don’t think our wedding would have gone as perfectly as it did without her working hard behind the scenes to maker sure everything happened the way we wanted. If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator, you should talk to Casey. She is a pleasure to work with and really wants to  make sure her couples have the best day of their lives.

I can’t state emphatically enough: if you are reading this, you NEED to hire Casey. My husband John and I contacted Casey in a panic before our wedding because we did not feel organized and confident enough in executing everything on our own. Our jobs were too demanding, and we felt increasingly overwhelmed with all the minute demands/details of a 140-person wedding (more people than we had originally anticipated). Casey was the PERFECT person for the job and to pass the baton to. She immediately dove in with so much kindness, genuine care, and brilliant organizational skills. She truly has a gift for organization. After our initial prep call, she immediately started contacting our vendors that evening – and she displayed a rare professionalism, ownership, efficiency, and authenticity that is so hard to find. She also made us feel really comfortable and wanted to execute OUR vision – not some cookie-cutter wedding plan. She truly listened deeply to what we were interested in, she was always patient with any tweaks we wanted to make, and she offered amazing suggestions and solutions where we had certain “blind spots” – we did not know what we did not know! We always felt like she was there to support us and make it happen for us exactly as we wanted – not as bridal/wedding culture suggests and pushes. Her communication is exceptional. She is extremely responsive, and I always felt at ease shooting her a text or email – no question was too silly, no inquiry was too small. She took our project so seriously and poured so much time, dedication, and HEART into our day – it was simply astounding. The day of, she was more like an additional sister to me than Coordinator. She was always one step ahead in keeping us on time and jumping in to help with small problems (i.e. I cut my thumb badly with a razor the morning of, and she had a round band-aid to immediately pop on it). She also helped me in and out of my ZERO-stretch dress when I had to use the lady’s room – like a true sister would – and ensured we were eating, drinking water, and hitting everything on the schedule as we needed to. I felt free to let my hair down because I had Casey in my corner – someone who was keeping such an active, thoughtful eye on things while John and I laughed, danced, toasted, enjoyed, and actually LIVED our wedding day. All of our family members were so enamored of her and are still talking about how much they love her nearly 2 months after our wedding! It was the best decision and the best money we spent on our entire wedding. If you hire Casey, you too will make the best possible decision for your wedding day – it will be organized a million times better AND enhanced a million times over. We cannot imagine June 6th without her being there as the integral, kind, brilliant VIP she is. Thank you so much, Casey – we are forever grateful!!!
