It all began with a young couple who were passionate for art, food and making people happy. One had been a chef for years, and had worked for various 5 star restaurants and catering companies in Los Angeles, CA. The other was an artist and loved to bake in her spare time. We decided to put their talents to use, and thus The Carnival Food Truck was born.
The idea behind the food truck was to bring fun back to the streets of Los Angeles by way of food. We had no idea that our business would grow from a food truck into a catering company that caters all sorts of events - from birthday parties and company picnics to corporate catering and weddings.
