The Cave Prime Steak began as a small, personal chef experience before it grew into an event catering company. The business is founded on the principles of using the freshest, most seasonal ingredients possible. Chefs Juan and Nicole also mix in flavors from the cultural cuisines in which they were raised. Together, they love creating masterpieces in their clients' homes and venues.
The Cave Prime Steak provides fully customizable menus. They offer a sample of dishes that you can choose between, or they are happy to make something you request. These can include 24K Gold Tomahawk, Jack Daniel's Whiskey Ribeye, Surf n Turf, Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter, and sides of pomme puree, truffle smashed potatoes, Bourbon-glazed carrots, and garlic parmesan broccolini.
