lly if you love to dance! Having our live band up on the stage so that the entire (and large!) dancefloor was open made it so everyone was dancing the entire night long. And everyone we talked to loved the food! It was so nice having everything provided as one, and The Cedars truly helped make our wedding night the best night that it was.

Sabrina is the sweetest, and answered all of my questions leading up to the big day. She and Tony were also incredibly helpful with the decorations that we brought in. We dropped our cupcakes off the day before the reception, and Sabrina arranged them into beautiful hearts on the dessert table, which was a great surprise. She was there the whole night, and stayed while my parents picked up all our decorations without pressuring them to exit the venue. Our guests raved about the food, the event was beautiful, and I could not have asked for a better location and staff for my reception!

great at emailing us back promptly. The hall was a great size for our 210-ish guest wedding. We liked the big dance floor and the stage for the band. We liked that we were the only reception at the venue that night, and the parking was secure and very easy for guests. It's a great place to have a reception very close to downtown without the hassle of downtown parking. They scheduled a tasting for us whenever we happened to be in town, and even though we didn't try our exact menu selection, it gave us plenty of confidence. The food at our wedding was delicious, and several of the guests told us so! All of the staff we interacted with on our wedding day were classy and kind, and they kept things running very well behind the scenes. The hall looks very lovely, but be aware that there are no windows! This didn't matter for our night reception, but keep this in mind when hiring a photographer. You'll want to hire a photographer experienced with flash photography to capture your reception well. Ours did a great job, and we were very happy with The Cedars!

The Cedars is a beautiful, accessible, and spacious venue, more than large enough for our 240 guests. There is plenty of onsite parking, which is fenced-in and lighted; and a security guard is present from start to finish. Plus, The Cedars is very competitive in their pricing. If you'd like a friendly, personal experience that also gives you value for your dollar, I heartily recommend The Cedars.

was driving over the deposit check without anyone else seeing it! Everyone was very impressed with the look of the venue, the cleanliness, the professional staff, the rates and all that was included. With having a large wedding it's important to find a venue that can not only accommodate everyone but is affordable as well. The Cedar's includes so much at such a low price but makes sure you don't lose quality. Tony and Sabrina were amazing to work with. They bent over backwards to try and make sure my many requests and wishes came true. All brides need to go take a look at The Cedar's. You won't be disappointed!

t that the venue is for one event. I loved knowing that we could afford a venue where our wedding would be the only party on-site! The hall was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the wedding coordinator/event planner (Amy) delivered awesome customer service. We were able to setup the day before, and when we realized the day in advance made it too warm for the flowers, she allowed us to store them in the fridge and she set them up on the table for us. Creating seating was easy because we weren't required to have exactly x amount of people at each table. I had a blast at the wedding...the room was lovely, and the venue provided a great stage for the live band we hired.
The only reason I can't give them 5's is because I didn't pay for it, and only did the fun stuff! My mom would have ultimate rating power! I would recommend anyone in St. Louis looking for a nice reception hall without worry to at least check out the Cedars.
