We absolutely LOVED The Centennial Barn! Zach and his team were amazing to work with from the very beginning! We planned our wedding from another country and Zach was able to provide us with a virtual tour, pictures and plenty resources to make booking without actually seeing the venue feel confident and so easy! Our guests loved the rustic vibes and all the unique touches like the tractor ride to the picturesque ceremony site. And despite heavy thunderstorms just the night prior, the ceremony site was dry and beautifully put together for our evening wedding! The amenities that are included with this venue made it WELL worth the price which was competitive with other venues that offered way less. The decorations included were super cute and fit perfectly, the bartender was amazing and the DJ Jose was A-1 (even with my limited specifics given due to the madness of planning). Jose kept the evening flowing exactly as I hoped!
But BY FAR the best part was our coordinator that was included, Brittany! This young lady was more than I could have even imagined or wished for. She was attentive, organized and so helpful every step of the way! Her recommendations were spot on but never forced and her design touches made every single idea I had come to life! My guests said the wedding was storybook and that is hugely due to Brittany’s expertise and hard work!

reathe and enjoy the process instead of stress over it. Every question was met with kindness, every detail handled with care, and every moment felt personal and effortless.
Our day-of coordinator was an absolute dream, calm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran perfectly. The DJ kept the dance floor packed all night long, and the bar staff were beyond amazing so friendly, energetic, and fun that guests are still raving about them!
And that ceremony space… breathtaking doesn’t even begin to cover it. All of our guests commented on how peaceful and beautiful it was it truly feels like a hidden slice of paradise surrounded by nature.
If we could relive our wedding day, we’d do it exactly the same way same place, same people, same magic. Centennial Barn is top tier in every way, and we couldn’t recommend them more.

I don't even know where to start. This venue was absolutely beautiful (which we expected) but we did not expect the staff to be so incredibly kind and genuinely excited to be there...
celebrating you. Seriously was the best day of my life anddddd you get a day of coordinator as well (s/o Meredith) that kept my anxiety at a calm (as much as possible lol). The ceremony space allows you to customize it to fit your vision, the cocktail hour hosts yard games, the barn has a nice rustic but tasteful vibe and plus the basement has 2 full bridal rooms for the bridal party to get ready in.
Zack, Meredith and everyone else involved made the day smooth, on schedule, helped with set up/take down and even checked in with me after the wedding. They truly go behind what's necessary to make your day perfect. I could not recommend any other venue more. ❤️
Also there's an adorable handsome cattle dog Winston that comes to say hello which was one of my favorite things.

that this was the venue for us. The staff and owners are phenomenal. They have in-house bartending, DJing, and coordinating services (called Mixing Memories, can be booked separately from the barn as well). Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Johanna was our coordinator and she is amazing. We'd send her questions any time of the day and she'd respond in a timely manner and was always helpful. Highly, highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

The bridal suite was amazing and lots of space for all of my ladies to get ready and an attached bathroom. The grooms room was a good size for the men to get ready and the room outside of both was great for having lots of snacks and additional space for people to relax while things were going on.
Upstairs was beautifully lit and the bar is easy to access and the barn doors and barn alone add so much character. There's plenty of room for dancing and activities.
Zach (owner) was very helpful and made our day special in many ways including letting us use the tractor and carriage for photos even though he's on a schedule and Johanna (day of coordinator; we the bundle they offer) was an absolute gem to work with. She helped us plan and finalize all of our decisions and the day of the wedding she made everything run so smoothly and look beautiful!
We also worked with Ryan for our DJ (also in the bundle) and he was great with helping us pick all of our songs and he can really feel out the crowd for what songs to play along with taking requests to keep the party lively and fun.
Lastly, we worked with Mixing Memories (also in the bundle) and they were great to work with. They helped us plan what we needed to buy which was pretty spot on and they did a great job.
Overall, the venue was beautiful and the staff was amazing to work with here. The bundle was an extra blessing and really helped with planning and making things run smoothly.

We had an October wedding, the outdoor ceremony site was perfect with all the fall colors. We didn't need any decorations. The venue itself is decor inside and out. Thank you to Johanna, Zach and Ryan for making our day go perfectly. We are forever grateful and appreciate you all.

dinator are extremely down to earth, kind, and caring people. Our DJ, Ryan, was super fun and kept the night alive. We had no worries about music/transitions with him as our MC. I can’t recommend the centennial barn/mixing memories enough. There’s no spot you’ll find for a better deal with such great service and everything included (DJ, bartender (mixing memories), coordinator, reception and STUNNING outdoor ceremony spot). The place and people were amazing. You won’t regret choosing to have your wedding here! They’ll ensure you truly have the most beautiful and amazing day of your life!!!

My fiance and I shopped around at various venues.
We went to 4 or 5 before landing on Centennial Barn and Mixing Memories.
Most venues you go to will make you feel like a client....
It is simply their job. They are there to get you to sign an agreement and that's that.
We toured Centennial Barn last, and it was the obvious choice. Right from the get go they made us feel welcomed. They treat you more like family than a client. They realize you only get one wedding and they do everything in their power to make it perfect.
Johanna is incredible and the wedding day went incredibly smooth with her expertise in planning. I highly recommend getting the Centennial package!
Zach gave us the initial tour and was very friendly. He is also very quick to respond to emails and texts!
Zach did a fantastic job bartending the day of. All of our guests were happy with the service.
If you wish to be treated like family, and not just a number, then I highly recommend Centennial Barn and Mixing Memories! You won't regret it.

Our wedding could not have been more perfect. The venue was great from the wagon ride to the ceremony site which was beautiful to the barn that was decorated exactly as I pictured....
Everything and everyone was how I wanted. Johanna insured that everything ran properly and everything that we’d discussed at our meetings was done. She really cared that everything was how envisioned it. With a morning wedding we were on a time crunch so having someone else with the timeline and in charge of vendors was a huge help. Zach and Ryan were great too. Ryan walked through our playlist the morning of double checking our wants making it feel fun and exciting. Everyone had a drink and no one was waiting to long (especially me and my husband), Zach was great on bar.
We really appreciated everyone working to make sure our special day felt really special.

. They set it up so you are surrounded by nature and beautiful trees. I love the bridal suite as it’s set up to bring hair and make up to the venue which is hard to find. Zach is so easy to work with and makes the process that much easier. Johanna is the day of coordinator and goes above and beyond. The Centennial barn lets you enjoy your day, taking away the stress of everything. Highly recommend this barn for a wedding or private event. We loved that they have a staging company right on site and when we needed extra lanterns the day of the wedding, Ami got them for us quickly and was so flexible with us changing our minds on some of the items we wanted to use on the day of the wedding. When we forgot our sparklers, they even gave us some that they had on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful day and would highly recommend this venue. Great to work with.

about how rude the owner and her husband were to them when we see them. Instead of bothering the master and mistress of Ceremony with issues the father of the bride was bothered, I had to pull up past emails to the owner due to her changing times and final guest counts towards the end, and many more issues we experienced. It was by far the most stressful part of wedding planning. I didn't want to leave a review but after the last comments I heard from some of our guests this past weekend I was really disappointed and upset that we paid a lot of money to be treated like this and it was apparently noticeable to everyone.

ting for two people who love the outdoors and appreciate a remote setting. The selection of decorations in the inventory was awesome, ranging from quirky, to artsy, to rustic - meeting the needs of anyone's style and taste. Ami and her staff did a wonderful job setting up the decorations as I had asked and were present and available the entire day of my wedding (as well as during the rehearsal) to answer any questions and lend a hand wherever necessary. They offered me great customer service, an affordable price, and a truly memorable day for not only my husband and I, but also our guests (many of which approached me during and after the wedding with comments such as "Perfect outdoor wedding," and "my dream barn wedding!" and "perfect Pinterest wedding!" I have Ami and her staff to thank for all the compliments, as I can't take much responsibility for any of the decorating or style of the venue! I was very happy with my venue choice and am certain the Centennial Barn will grow to be a very popular barn venue in the west-Michigan area!
