The Center, A Special Event Venue

Located in Hazelwood, MO, The Center, A Special Event Venue welcomes weddings and other celebrations through its doors. This venue offers more than 30,000 square feet of versatile, sleek, and contemporary space that can be customized to your preferences. Conveniently situated off of Interstate 270 near the Lambert International Airport, this event center is in a great location for locals and out-of-town guests alike. The property is owned by the non-profit Gujarti Samaj of St. Louis (GSSTL), which seeks to provide innovative entertainment and art facilities in St. Louis. When you enter The Center, A Special Event Venue, you will step onto the beautiful inlaid marble flooring of the pre-function entrance hall. This foyer is furnished with modern and sophisticated accents and is great for cocktail hours and other small gatherings. Two other break-out rooms are available and can be used as staging locations or as get-ready suites. The Grand Ballroom is more than 12,000 square feet and can accommodate as many as 3,000 guests for truly grand affairs. Tastefully decorated to accommodate nuptials of all styles, this banquet hall features a built-in stage that can be utilized by the wedding party or entertainment. Comprehensive wedding packages at The Center, A Special Event Venue are designed to make your planning process breezy and stress-free. Rentals come with Chiavari chairs, personalized uplighting, an in-house sound system and projector, and a white 25-foot dance floor. The venue also offers an assortment of beverage packages that range from simple beer and wine options to elaborate full bars with premium top-shelf liquor. In addition, a list of preferred vendors will be provided for your ease and convenience. This includes florists, photographers, décor, party rentals, and six caterers who serve a variety of gourmet cuisines.
