Our special day was made all the more special because of The Charleston. This venue is gorgeous, all historic brick and wood floors. We loved using the Pineapple Room buffet space for our caterer and our two bar set ups - it gave us so much more room for the dance floor! Robyn, the venue coordinator was very helpful from our venue tour all the way through to post-wedding questions. We also hired Robyn as our day-of coordinator. She cares about your day being special as much as you do. There was a bit of a hiccup with a water pipe malfunctioning at the venue a couple of weeks before our wedding, but Robyn kept us in the loop with transparent communication. She reassured us that all would be well by the weekend of our wedding and provided for alternative solutions to small problems, as needed. We can't recommend the space and Robyn herself enough!

Located in historic, downtown Bowling Green, The Charleston features the southern charm you've come to love, in a venue unlike any in the area. The Charleston features old world charm with 100 year old brick lined walls, original hardwood floors and sky lights, five-foot crystal chandeliers, a sweeping Gone with the Wind style staircase. Packages include our champagne chiavari chairs, bride's suite, groom's lounge, award winning mixologist, and state of the art, built in lighting and audio.

The Charleston was an amazing place to have our wedding ceremony and our reception! The staff are wonderful and help set up the seats, tables, and place settings! The brides suit...
e and grooms suite are terrific and it was great spending the morning in our respective suites getting ready for the big event! The lighting was great (they have their own lighting rigs built in), and the venue was gorgeous! We made great use of the grand staircase! Lots of good pictures! And the price was great! The price paid for the entire day!

The staff was so kind, prepared, and attentive! I also paid the extra fee for the day-of-coordination. It was definitely worth everything! The venue was beautiful all on its own so...

e and beyond what we expected. They made sure and helped contact our venders. They met with our vendors last minute to make sure everything ran smoothly. We could not have asked for a better location to have our wedding. It was gorgeous. They always made sure that everything ran smoothly! If I had to do it again, I would pick The Charleston as our first location! You can not go wrong with The Charleston!

room/groomsmen to get ready in, as well, which was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure that our day was everything we'd dreamed it to be!
