nely invested in making our day feel personal. The Charter is not a “copy-and-paste” wedding venue. It is full of character, charm, and people who genuinely care. They take the time to understand your style, your priorities, and your vision, and they truly work to bring it to life.
One of the things I loved most was how flexible they were. I am very thorough and opinionated, and they always met me with openness instead of restrictions. They allowed us to curate the menu to a reasonable degree (the food was fabulous), I swapped the standard grey chairs for the white ones I loved, and they allowed me to use the wedding deck for our first dance.
Highly recommend: the Penthouse L333. It made for insanely beautiful photos and was such a comfortable, regal place to get ready. The natural light, the space, and the ambiance elevated the entire morning. My husband and his friends and family also loved hanging out in the game room.
Our guests had an amazing experience, and that’s a huge part of why I would choose The Charter again in a heartbeat. They don’t just offer hotel rooms — friends and family rented multi-bedroom condos, which made the weekend feel like we had taken over our own European villa. People were hanging out in their living rooms, meeting up in the halls, enjoying coffee on balconies… it created such a warm, connected, cozy wedding atmosphere.
Guests loved the pool, the hot tubs, the gym, and the Charter Steakhouse bar. The location is unbeatable — being able to walk to Beaver Creek Village added so much convenience and charm. For our Catholic ceremony at the Beaver Creek Chapel, transportation was completely seamless thanks to the free village shuttles.
Most importantly: The Charter is as reasonable as it gets in Beaver Creek. They were transparent with pricing and genuinely made an effort to be fair and thoughtful with every conversation. That honesty and partnership meant so much during wedding planning. It felt like they truly cared about the day being magical for us — and also respected a budget.
Our wedding here was everything we hoped for and more. The Charter made us feel like part of their family, and I can’t wait to come back with my husband — and hopefully our future family — for years to come. If you want a mountain wedding with character, warmth, and an incredible team behind you, this is absolutely the place.

Our experience in working with Kaela D., The Charter’s Event Manager, was incredible and couldn’t have gone better. From start to finish, Kaela was professional, excellent at communicating, detailed in her planning and organization, and was truly such a blessing to work with. She made wedding planning easy by offering her advice and guidance and was ready for an answer with any question we asked along the way. The food was fantastic and we received so much praise from our guests on how delicious their meals were. The wedding deck was gorgeous with the mountains as a backdrop, and the entire venue space felt perfect for the number of guests we had. An added bonus of The Charter is that most of our guests stayed on-site at The Charter the week of our wedding, which meant that we could conveniently walk down the hallways to visit with friends and family in their hotel rooms at any moment during the wedding week. We loved having all of our guests right there at the wedding venue. Overall, The Charter made our wedding week and wedding day very memorable and special, and we loved working with Kaela and the entire team at The Charter!

there. The wedding deck is truly beautiful. It really is hard to beat that backdrop. I went to the meeting and met Kaela, and after talking with a handful of venues and venue coordinators, I appreciated her so much! She was real with us, which isn't common during these site visits. She makes, what already is a stressful process, seamless. I couldn't image, now, having my wedding anywhere else. We did a whole wedding weekend and The Charter was so helpful is scheduling. We had a lot of family in town from all over the US and Europe, and everyone LOVED their time at The Charter. I requested a custom Espresso Martini as my signature drink and they came through! I really can't say better things about this venue. The food was amazing (my husband is quite picky with his steak but he was thrilled with our wedding meal). All the servers were amazing! If you are debating whether or not to book The Charter, I would lean in and say yes. I also don't normally write reviews but they very much deserve a 5 star review and Kaela especially!

g Friday so all of our entire family could stay at the Charter all weekend and it ended up turning out like the family vacation of our dreams. The rooms were so convenient for our guests who wanted to share rooms with people they had not seen in a while, and so nice for us to invite people to our lodge room and feel comfortable in it. I couldn't recommend the Charter enough! Our guests were in awe of the beautiful backdrop and with the incredible food that was served and I can't wait to come back for our anniversaries.

I love to take a staycation at the hotel as it is located walking distance to Beaver Creek Village. The views from the property are stunning, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

They originally told us their new wedding deck would not be finished in time for our event, but they were able to get it done and offered it to us as the first couple to use it! It made the day even more special. Our photos are incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend the Charter to anyone looking to get married in the Beaver Creek area.
