I'm currently in the touring phase of the wedding venue journey and I was really excited to tour at Tracy Aviary. They're email correspondence is really poor, I've had to follow up...
on multiple occasions to get a response for pricing and to schedule a tour. It took multiple weeks of emailing to get a tour scheduled, to then show up on time and get told that the events team wasn't available and couldn't provide us a tour. They recommended that we reschedule on their Google Calendar and to not complain to them about it and instead email the events team about it. The reviews seemed great from other people and on paper I thought this would be a fantastic place to host a wedding and it's really unfortunate that their correspondence is just so poor. I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to share this experience in case anyone else is also looking at hosting their wedding there.
