Disappointing Experience at The Chateau in Jonesboro I recently rented The Chateau for a special event, and I’m sorry to say that the management left much to be desired. From the start, communication was lacking. Despite multiple attempts to reach out with questions prior to the event, responses were slow and often vague. I expected a certain level of professionalism, especially when it comes to managing events, but it felt like my concerns were brushed aside.

This was client that was disingenuous about hiding the fact she was having a vow renewal ( wedding). Her dj abd bartender were scheduled for v 4.5 hours. That was included in her package. We executed this all inclusive package at a huge discou...

They were a one stop shop they handled everything but the cake and they would've done that if I asked! Stress free day for me!
