Our questions were answered promptly leading up to wedding and everyone went out of their way to achieve their goal of giving our daughter and son-in-law the wedding they hoped and planned for. This staff has solid experience and we knew were were in good hands. We looked at many venues before choosing The Chateau and none compared. I would choose them again and again.

re absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They made us feel so special and we could tell each time we spoke that they were truly passionate about what they do. They answered any and all questions that came to mind and returned my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Kevin helped us with some last minute details that I struggled with due to lack of creativity. He is great at what he does! Our day was INCREDIBLE, the food was AMAZING, our guests had a GREAT time and it could not have been any more perfect. We are SO happy with the exceptional service we received and highly recommend this venue. If you are considering it, you will not be disappointed. We wish we could relive that day over and over again!!!

ator and matre D made sure my dreams became reality. He made my ideas of decor come to life when I dropped off the box with no major direction. The day of the wedding everything was so perfect. I felt like royalty and anything I needed came within minutes. The Chateau is a beautiful venue inside and outside and extremely classy and everyone still raves about the FOOD! Plenty of food and such good quality!! I want to relive my wedding day! I wouldn’t consider another venue , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CHATEAU!!! A+++++++++++++++++++

Guests said that the food at The Chateau is some of the BEST they've ever had at a wedding; delicious does not do it justice! Kevin's team did an amazing job decorating the location to fit my Fall theme; every detail was immaculate! Throughout our wedding day, Jasmine was with me in the bridal suite and attentive to our every need. The amenities at this venue surpassed our wildest dream: their waterfall is a gorgeous backdrop for an outdoor ceremony, the recently added Cinderella carriage adds a bit of fairytale sparkle needed in every wedding, and the gorgeous chandeliers in each ballroom will wow every guest! The Chateau partners with local bakery Deisings to provide delicious, gorgeous, and individualized wedding cakes for each couple. I could go on forever, but believe me when I say that once you visit The Chateau you will know your hunt for the perfect wedding venue has ended. The Chateau is absolute perfection!

riting an amazing review because of the high of our wedding bliss. But two months later and we still can not get over just how perfect our day was. We had over 200 friends and family members with us to celebrate and they are still talking about how much fun they had...and the food!! My husband and I had the time of our lives. The entire staff was extremely helpful from the get go. Kevin, Mandie, Mary, Bobby, Jasmine, and everyone else went above and beyond for us. They made us feel like family. The work that has been done to this location as well is just mindblowing. It is so elegant yet fit our rustic decor perfectly! This venue is truly incredible and we don't know why anyone in the area would want to get married anywhere else!

off with the bang bang shrimp, Lamb Chops, and so much more, entering into the reception with a mediterranean salad and entrees. The Viennese dessert hour down stairs was the hit of the night! Mandy and Mary were very prompt with answering my calls and emails throughout the wedding process! Kevin was at every meeting to assure me that my wedding day was going to beautiful (and it was)! I unfortunately was unable to provide 5 stars due to some confusion that took place during the planning process with The Chateau. (I am certain this only took place due to the change in staff during my planning process). The last little detail that went wrong was that our name was mispelled on our dinner menu at the reception. However even with those few things that did not meet our standards we were extremely pleased with our wedding at the Chateau and I would absolutely host another event at this location!

Kevin took care of making sure every detail that I described was beyond my expectation. He set the room, the centerpieces, the cocktail hour, the entryway to, well, beyond perfect. But Mandie was very flexible in having phone conversations rather than meeting in person. She also rearranged her schedule a couple times to meet with us in person during our two trips to New York. Our wedding day was perfect! Mandie and Kevin were so accommodating and attentive, and The Chateau is beautiful! We had many guests tell us that this was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. The servers were so attentive and fast, and we even had our own server for our sweetheart table. The food was amazing, and they were able to accommodate our guests with food allergies without a problem. We also had our ceremony and rehearsal dinner at The Chateau, and each went off without a hitch! The Chateau staff went way above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect, and it was! I highly recommend The Chateau!

We had a large wedding (200+) and they made everything about the whole night seamless: The service at our reception was impeccable, the food was delicious (and we are very picky foodies!) and the chef was able to work with guests' food allergies. We had one server dedicated to meeting all of our needs the whole night, and she made sure the bridal suite had all of the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and signature drinks stocked, and she even entertained our flower girl when she was getting to be too much for my matron of honor to deal with! Our toasting flutes were always full and she pushed in our chairs every time we stepped away from our sweetheart table. The interior of The Chateau is even more beautiful than the outside. Their uplighting choices set the ambiance for the room, and the bars were stocked with all of the wines and a liquors we wanted. The pergola and garden outside were also a beautiful setting for photos at sunset. All of our guests complimented us on our choice of venue, and many commented that they were surprised to find such an elegant venue in Kingston! I would recommend The Chateau to all of my family and friends!

We then proceeded to the bridal suite where we enjoyed an almost obsessive amount of service from the wait staff during the cocktail hour that lasted well over an hour. Our guests filled into the separate cocktail room. We just cannot rave about the food enough. We ate gigantic shrimp, barbeque chicken and bacon-wrapped scallops, just to name a few. The amount of food was truly endless. When cocktail hour ended, we were both so full we could not even believe that dinner did not even start yet. Our DJ announced our bridal party and us into the main reception room that was showroom-new and truly spectacular. For the next five hours, we all enjoyed the option of four different main courses for dinner and an open bar. We had constant service of drinks and whatever we needed at our sweetheart table. After we had the cake cutting (an amazing cake from Deising’s), we were informed that the Chateau had a surprise for us. The surprise was in addition to the Venetian pastries and ice cream paid for, there was also three other stations provided at no charge! This included a cake station of PHENOMENAL cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, chocolate and carrot cake; a banana foster station; and fresh, made-to-order crepe station. There was also a to-go coffee and warm cookie table near the exit for the parting guests. The service was above and beyond what we expected. In short, we would highly recommend this place for your future wedding. Many of our guests have told us in the days and weeks following that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. Plan your wedding there and you will not regret it. On a side note, on the dinner selection menu our names are printed on top. This was a very nice unexpected touch, but if you do want to be Mr. and Mrs. as opposed to Dr. and Mr. for example you need to let them know this as we weren’t informed of this.

Nicole and the staff took the time out to arrange our tribute table to those that couldn’t be there and it looked lovely. They had arranged our favors, seating cards and guest book too and the presentation of everything was gorgeous. The staff even helped us bring everything out to the cars afterwards-which was so appreciated. The compliments to us about our choice of the venue continued well after our wedding. Everything went flawlessly. We cannot thank Nicole and her staff enough! We would highly recommend the Chateau!

The venue is newly renovated, which was great for pictures. Absolutely beautiful in every corner of the building. The food was fantastic - cocktail hour snacks were ready and waiting as soon as everybody came inside from the ceremony and the dinner was delicious. I can't say enough about Nicole and The Chateau, I would HIGHLY recommend having you wedding here.

Nicole was a huge help with every aspect of my wedding she made sure every detail was perfect and exactly what my husband and I wanted. The wait staff and bartenders were all wonderful in making sure everyone had exactly what they wanted. Anthony is a great chef, eveything was cooked the way people had asked. We all still talk about how perfect the day was and we would never want to change a thing. Thank you to Bobby for creating this beautiful place that I was so lucky to be able to have my wedding here to remember for the rest of my life. Thanks to Nicole and Anthony for making sure every detail was perfect. We would highly recommend The Chateau for any event.

petizers, followed by the best dinner I remember in a banquet facility. The salad was super tasty, the meat tender, the vegetables were delicious. There was open bar the entire evening and they served a yummy dessert platter. At the close of the evening they served breakfast and presented people with take home containers so you could take it with you. Now, a couple details stood out to me. The new owners went to each person at every table to check if they were happy. Also, the women's bathroom was spacious and spotless. How many weddings have we all attended where the bathroom and stalls were miniscule? Not here! Every detail, from the food to the service to the decor was top notch! We can't wait to go there again. Bobby had the incredible task of transforming the Chateau into the amazing venue it is today. The place radiates luxury from all his personal touches. Everything is unbelievably beautiful. The front ballroom, where my reception was held, was absolutely stunning from the elegant chandeliers to the exquisite marble dance floor. The room was absolutely polished and striking! Nicole and Anthony … what can I say. Nicole helped with every aspect of detailing and planning my reception and making sure my day was perfect. No question went unanswered and her expertise was refreshing. Anthony is the executive chef and his suggestions and recommendations were impeccable. The cocktail hour had wonderfully delightful hors d’oeuvres and appetizers. The choices were plentiful. The dinner entrees were delicious and served to perfection. The wait staff was flawless in there taking care of all our needs as well as being attentive to all our guests. Thanks to Bobby, Nicole and Anthony my husband and I had the most magical wedding reception a bride and groom could dream of. Without hesitation, we would recommend the Chateau for any event!
