Jen is so incredibly talented, and really went above and beyond to create unique, special pieces that really brought our big day together. Guests were raving about how thoughtful all of our little details were - all thanks to Jen! She took inspiration from so many different elements of our early conversations to create a set of day-of-details that felt so personal to us, from our custom felt "camp banner" to our programs, menus, table numbers, incredible escort cards, place cards, and so much more. Her process for working with couples is thorough, creative, and she was good at keeping us on track with a timeline while also being flexible with some last minute changes we needed to make. We loved working with Jen - her talent and creativity are truly remarkable!

We could not have been happier to work with Jen to create our perfect wedding stationery!! We knew we wanted to create a suite that was both elegant and whimsical, and Jen exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was held at the Central Park Zoo, and she created a gorgeous save the date with a thematic design and a stunning invitation suite that included penguins and sea lions (which were a must) in addition to beautiful florals that captured the essence of the Zoo gardens. The colors and papers were beautiful and very high quality, and she tied everything together with soft silk ribbon and an adorable custom wax seal. She also created an incredible custom letterpress wedding map with intricate location graphics for us - the entire suite is truly a beautiful keepsake. So many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding stationery they had ever received! Finally, Jen created beautiful day-of stationery for us that was both creative and sophisticated. It tied our wedding design together in a fun and elevated way. We enjoyed working with Jen throughout every step of the process - she is enthusiastic, extremely talented, and really matched our sense of humor! My husband and I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

I don't know how I could possibly say enough good things about Jen! She unbelievably talented and took the vision we had for our wedding and ran with it to a version that we could not have possibly dreamed of. She took the time to understand my husband and I as a couple and made us feel like her only clients in 2021... which clearly was not the case! As creative as she is, she is also incredibly kind, has amazing communication and went out of her way to ensure that we were happy with the products we created. She's also the kind of person that you secretly-not-so-secretly hope to stay friends with after your wedding is all said and done. Through Jen, we created our wedding and engagement party invitation suites, seating chart (which our friends still talk about to this day!), table numbers, nameplates, napkins, signature cocktails, various signage, and so much more! Everything was meticulous packaged and (sometimes) even hand-delivered to us. I would choose to work with Jen 1,000x over again and can't wait until our next event where we can partner up again. We worked with Jen/Chatty Press for our wedding in May - and we are SO glad we did! We knew we wanted something non-traditional and unique, and we had a lot of ideas but no clear vision for how to make it work together cohesively. That’s where Jen really shines - she will take your random ideas and musings and turn them into something so fun, beautiful, and unique to you. After seeing how incredibly well our “save the date” coasters turned out, we decided to work with Jen for all of our wedding details (invitation suite, day-of details, and a custom wedding print that we used in multiple ways). We loved that she found a way to incorporate all of our whacky ideas into something that looked elegant yet whimsical, which she then pulled through to all of our day-of details while still giving each element its own “moment”. Our favorite thing was the custom print, which Jen designed and then used for the invitation, custom ties that our bartenders and servers wore, socks for the groomsmen, a custom cornhole board for lawn games, and hand sanitizers that we gave to our guests (COVID wedding!).

I called Jen out of the blue looking for advice on printing shower invitations that were lost in the mail. She was great, and suggested a few approaches. But that’s not the end of the story. When those suggestions didn’t pan out, and with invitations that needed to be mailed this weekend and the original vendor unwilling to help, Jen came to the rescue. She took a picture of the original invite and recreated it for me. I had a high resolution proof within a few hours that exactly matched the previously ordered ones. The invites were mailed the next day. She didn’t need to pick up the phone or make any suggestions or offer to help once there was nothing left to do, but she did and that is what sets her apart in my mind. Her work is outstanding. I would highly recommend her for any design/printing needs that may come up. Thank you Jen for being a bright spot in my Friday.

We absolutely LOVED working with Jen! For our invitation package we wanted to have a fun save the date, that included our corgi, Winston. From the first sketch that Jen sent us, we were in love with it. The final product came out so perfectly, and is still hanging on our fridge. Our invitation itself perfectly matched our wedding, and still went very well with our more whimsical save the date (we were even able to include a little wooden tag of the corgi illustration). When you work with Jen you get such a personalized experience. She really knows how to read exactly what you want and really delivers! She provided us with just enough variations of everything, from design, to colors to paper, that we felt like we had control over the final product, but weren’t too overwhelmed with decisions. I would absolutely recommend Jen to anyone and everyone!

I have to admit, stationery was one of the things that (I thought) I was not going to be super into early on in the wedding planning process. I mention this because that completely changed as soon as we met Jen! Jen made the process of designing our wedding invitations and day-of stationery so genuinely fun that it quickly became one of my favorite parts of the process! Now we want Jen to work on all of our stationery needs—as demonstrated by the fact that we quickly asked her to design our thank you cards. Jen is so creative, professional, organized, thoughtful and all-around awesome, and her work is exceptional! SO many of our guests complimented us on how nice, personalized and unique our invitations and other stationery were. We totally recommend hiring Jen—you won’t regret it!! Thanks Jen!!

Literally hours after I wrote to The Chatty Press explaining the vision and aesthetic for our wedding, my fiance and I received an immediate response with pricing, ideas (a lucha mask stamp for our luchador-themed wedding!) and a detailed timeline. My partner and I are ordering a full invitation suite - Save-the-Dates, invitations, RSVP cards, etc - and TCP worked quickly to conceptualize a mood board and design the Save-the-Dates of our dreams! Jen - the owner and designer behind the Chatty Press - has been nothing but super communicative, professional, and most of all, creative in her work with us - she's very easy to reach and completely "got" what we wanted and were looking for in our hacienda, fiesta-elegant wedding. She has also been very responsive and honest about updating the budget/price to reflect our asks with lots of clear and open communication about pricing. I've already recommended The Chatty Press to several friends looking to tie the knot - there is nothing that takes your wedding up a notch like a custom invitation suite. It's a worthwhile splurge to immediately set the vision and tone of your event so guests will have a night to remember. Also helpful - Jen will work with you to design "day of" accessories such as table numbers, menus, a wedding sign, etc. I can't wait to see the luchador masks (fiance and I are wrestling fans!) that she'll come up with for our table numbers! A+, can't recommend her enough, would get married again just for more beautiful custom invitation suite awesomeness. Kidding! Mostly.

I worked with Jen from The Chatty Press on creating a custom invitation to match my theme. She took my colors and ideas and turned them into a beautiful, laser cut invitation which looked absolutely gorgeous. She also made handmade place cards for the reception tables which looked amazing. My husband and I could not have been happier with the way our wedding invitations came out and the entire process in creating them! Jen was able to take both of our thoughts on what we imagined for our invites to create the perfect design that suited us the best. We had input on everything imaginable, from color options, font, and all the added pieces we wanted. Jen brought our ideas to life and made it easy for us to feel like we helped in the creation. She was able to combine my ideas as a bride that coordinated with our wedding theme and my husbands rustic side to create a perfect invitation that represented us both so well! We are so happy Jen made our wedding invitations and would highly recommend her!!

My wife and I wanted something more special than the print-it-yourself wedding invitation sets we found online. They didn't fully capture who we were as a couple so we decided to work with The Chatty Press. We filled out a questionnaire, picked out some color themes, and asked something peculiar: can you find a way to incorporate a cow and a dog. I'm sure that would be a challenge to anyone but Jen took that idea and ran with it. The end result was a set of invitations that had guests talking the moment they arrived in their mail. Everyone absolutely adored the invitations! They commented on how truly unique to us as a couple the invites were. There was no doubt about it- these invites were very "us" and one-of-a-kind. Jen is incredibly talented and she helped guide us every step of the way, we cannot recommend enough!
