Located in Estes Park, CO, The Cheley Lodge and Grove is a scenic wedding venue for mountain celebrations. With 800 acres of beautiful land, the property has breathtaking views of Longs Peak, Mount Meeker, and the Mummy Range. This lodge is situated in the Estes Park Valley, with Twin Sister Mountain to the rear. The Cheley Lodge and Grove has been a family-owned summer camp for more than 100 years and has welcomed more than half a million young people. Before opening here in 1927, they were based around Bear Lake, in Rocky Mountain National Park. Weddings can be held at this rustic lodge from mid-August to mid-October. Owner Brooke Cheley-Klebe loves to help visitors to the lodge have fun and make memories. She works alongside an in-house event planning team to help you build your dream day. The Cheley Lodge and Grove has both indoor and outdoor spaces for couples to choose from as they organize their day. The Grove can accommodate up to 200 seated guests for ceremonies and receptions, where the mountains act as a stunning backdrop. You can also exchange your vows in the Fish Creek Ranch meadow, complete with a wooden stage. From here, you can transition to a reception in a large tent that is outfitted with a dance floor, banquet seating, and a DJ area. Additional seating can be arranged around the tent for larger events. The outdoor Frank H. Cheley Chapel and Chipeta Hall welcome more intimate celebrations and have a maximum capacity of 150. The sunlit open-air chapel contains benches and sound equipment, alongside a piano for sophisticated music. A private dressing area, Pasture Place, is reserved for the couple and the wedding party to use as they finish getting ready for the day.
