We LOVED our cakes from Cakes by Ciana! They looked beautiful, and tasted every bit as good as they looked. We received countless compliments on both the design and the taste of ou...
r wedding cakes. The Bride's Cake was a classic white cake with almond buttercream icing, and the Groom's Cake was German Chocolate with coffee buttercream icing. She has a wide variety of different cakes and icings to choose from, and you can taste up to four at your tasting. I 100% recommend The Chocolate Gallery to anyone in the BCS area looking for a fabulous wedding cake!

e sure there was no fondant anywhere near his cake....we wanted both to taste good! Ciana worked with us to do a Texas flag as my cake, and a Come and Take It flag as his. They were awesome and delicious! She was also able to work with us to give us a small amount (less than 10) of gluten-free desserts on the side since we knew that only a few guests would need it. She really incorporated our cake flavors into those while maintaining dietary considerations. Definitely recommend her cakes!!
