The Chuck Taylors are absolutely phenomenal! They are highly skilled musicians and kept our party going all night. Our guests are still raving about the band! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding!!

Cannot say enough good things. Very easy to book, and easy to touch base with the month before our wedding. The walking saxophone at cocktail hour was so different and fun, I appreciated that they offered to play music during dinner, and once it was time for the reception, they were very high energy, engaging and fun to get the party started! They took no breaks during our reception, and it kept the dance floor going the entire night. We had a few special requests and they were awesome about accommodating us, and we are so glad we picked them as our entertainment.

From the first conversation to wedding night , we knew we had chosen the right band! Greg Lee was professional, personable & so fun! Everyone raved over the Chuck Taylors! We are from Missouri & our wedding planner gave us a list of suggested vendors & CT was at the top & I know why! They didn’t take a break which was unbelievable to us! The ceremony music was beautiful, cocktail hour was great & reception music made sure the dance floor was FULL all night long! They even included the crowd with awards they gave out to our guests, the winners stopped & showed me their awards & they were so proud! It was a personal touch! Greg and the Chuck Taylors made our wedding day amazing from start to finish! They played guitar at our ceremony at Goodale Park midday & helped set up our officiant with a mic. My wife and I got married 9 years ago and we were extremely fortunate to be able to book the Chuch Taylors. They did a fantastic job and were very easy to connect with. Greg and the rest of the band provided that extra touch to make the night truly unforgettable! Since our wedding night, my wife and I have been been able to run into Greg almost annually either at events he’s performing at or random locations and he never fails to come up to us and catch up. AMAZING and totally blown away with them!!!! Every. Single. Guest. Asked where we found the band and told us how much FUN they were!! My husband I at first couldn't believe how wonderful the Chuck Taylors sounded, great price, unlimited hours, no breaks, and super friendly/amazing/talented??? But it's true, Greg and the band were everything we hoped and more. Before we found Greg and the Chuck Taylors we were looking at a different band to book, but after experiencing that competitor at a friend's wedding we weren't sold on it at all. The competitor band was not memorable at all, very expensive, and didn't perform spectacularly, so we weren't sure we wanted to spend the money on live music. Greg changed our minds. Once we saw The Chuck Taylors YouTube channel and talked to Greg on the phone, we knew we could rest easy knowing our night was going to be amazingly fun. So if you are in the market for a wedding band, look no further. We had the best night of our lives and it is in large part because of how well they could read the crowd and how engaging they were with the audience. Greg and the band don't need to be fed and don't take breaks, which sounded potentially exhausting but they kept the party engaged THE WHOLE TIME and you could tell they truly have a passion for entertaining!!! I also asked them to be a bit "unconventional" and play our first dance song's music video on a projector and they did without hesitation. Greg asked the entire guest attendance to sing along and it still gives me chills to watch back on all of our guests singing to the video. Hiring the Chuck Taylors will ensure your event is nothing short of AMAZING AND SPECTACULAR. The saxophonist even came out into the crowd and they let us sing with the microphone. The Chuck Taylors is the best wedding band of all time - they are AMAZING. We literally picked our wedding date based off of the Chuck Taylors availability. Our first call with Greg set the tone and I immediately knew that they were going to make this a party. We’ve had SO many guests tell us that it was the best wedding band they’ve ever heard and that it felt like a concert. My dream of doing karaoke at my wedding became a reality because of these guys and it is a night I’ll never forget. Before the ceremony, Greg took requests from my grandma so she could enjoy some of her generations music and entertained her during the cocktail hour. While we've been to many, The Chuck Taylors were hands down the best wedding band we've ever seen. They absolutely read the vibe we were going for and did not disappoint - it genuinely felt like a personal concert / dance party all night! They interact with the crowd without it feeling forced or uncomfortable. We have had so many of our guests talk about how the dance floor was always packed. People are still talking about them and this night, and I've even had several people planning weddings in other areas of the country ask for their contact information. He is a great emcee and totally “read the room” and our crowd which ranged from 20 somethings to 80 somethings - the dance floor was packed the entire night. I cannot recommend the Chuck Taylors enough. We were set on having a band from the start and didn't know who to pick until we saw them perform a concert at Liberty Center. We thought, "Awesome, they can perform to an audience of kids and adults." But when we realized they had former wedding couples in the audience with kids they've had since, and Greg could call several by name, we knew they were special. When we did book them, I was nervous to tell them I wanted my dad to perform my first dance song with their band and that I had some other songs for them to learn. Not only did they say yes but Greg was genuinely excited and supportive as he coordinated with my dad. It meant the world and gave me one of the best memories I'll ever have. At the wedding? The crowd was obsessed with the Chuck Taylors. The dance floor was never empty and our friends still comment on how they bonded with specific musicians. Hahaha they really just blended into our crowd in the best way. Greg also acted as an emcee throughout and did a fabulous job. One of our best choices in wedding planning and they will always hold a special place in my heart!

The Chuck Taylors were a HUGE HIT. Working with Greg was really fun. They are all so energetic and obviously passionate about what they do and that comes through in how well they entertain a crowd. We didn't get to see them live before the event, but Greg (and reviews) assured us it wouldn't be necessary and they were so right! Everyone at our wedding loved the band and all the songs that were played. They were great at getting everyone involved and interacting and it was definitely something we/our guests won't forget.

The Chuck Taylors are truly the BEST wedding band around. My husband and I saw them play 3 years ago at a friend's wedding and knew they would be the band we would book for our own wedding. The Chuck Taylors were INCREDIBLE!!! Greg Lee, the band leader is very professional to work with, and EMCEE's an amazing event. Their talent spans from classy Frank Sinatra to today's hits. Definitely recommend this band to couples who are wedding planning.

Wow, where do I began? How does one articulate the absolute marvel Greg and his band are? It’s a hard task when they leave you speechless just from how truly amazing they are! For starters, I met Greg while touring the venue we decided to get married at. Our coordinator said, “hey do you have a DJ or band yet? If not, we just so happen to have our favorite one here right now setting up for an event!” Being my family has always been very musically inclined, we hit it off immediately! Greg’s energy is second to none! He is extremely quick witted and funny, smart, sweet, attentive, and of course, TALENTED!!!! We left not only knowing where my wedding would be, but now who our DJ would be! I messaged him that evening claiming I want him, and he was very happy to oblige! During the wedding process, 6 weeks before the big day, my dad fell very sick. We became so worried and scared. 7 days prior to the big day, we had to make the tough call to postpone. I quickly reached out to Greg and his response was incredibly sincere. He told me to not worry and that he will accolade a new date if it’s available. Him being so popular, I was so nervous it wouldn’t work out.. but the stars aligned, and he was in fact free for our new date! At the point, my dad was starting to turn a corner and we were seeing positive changes. One night his band was performing near us and we decided as a family to go! My dad was still wobbly and healing but he came and the last song of the night, Greg dedicated to him! Thoughtful and genuine gestures such as this confirmed our already found love for this man. After that night, we decided we didn’t just want Greg, we wanted the whole band, and that’s exactly what we did and I am SO happy we landed on this decision! ITS WEDDING DAY! The day we had been waiting for finally came. I spoke with Greg a few nights prior about what I wanted to have played for the ceremony and when he answered his phone, he was in the background playing, “it’s the final count down” on his piano and that cued up the excitement even more! The man is so sweet, he truly is! Anyway, he helped nail down the perfect music for my bridal party to walk down the aisle too. It had me in tears (naturally). The day went without a hitch, not a single issue arose. He kept the movement of the party consistent and controlled and the energy her eluded is second to none! He is the true heartbeat of keeping the night alive and jumping! He gets people involved, he sings fun and happening songs and man can the band jam! My favorite memory of the night was seeing my flower girls dance the entire night and when the party was coming to an end, it was just a few close family members left and we tore that dance floor up! Belting songs, acting goofy, and just having a true and wonderful time. It’s something I will NEVER forget and talking about it will always make me tear up. Greg, and to the Chuck Taylors.. thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. You showed me an immense amount of love & kindness & I know you are someone I will always consider a now friend. You are someone I want to stay in touch with and my family and I cannot wait to follow you & your band around for different events and performances. You have infinitely touched us in ways we can’t explain, & in ways money can’t buy. You are shaping couples dream nights in ways that’s indescribable!!! We couldn't have been happier with the Chuck Taylors. Greg and his crew were so fun and easy to work with and our wedding was a blast. We big dancers and they did not disappoint. People were on the dance floor all night. My husband and I agree that they were the best part about our wedding (other than marrying each other obviously). Hire them! You won't regret it!

Can't say enough about how G R E A T The Chuck Taylors are!!! They played non-stop at my daughter's wedding and had everyone on their feet dancing all night long. The Chuck Taylors truly created such a FUN and ENERGETIC atmosphere for our guests. The groom even joined the band in playing keyboard during Journey's Don't Stop Believin'! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The chuck taylors truly made my wedding. They were AMAZING! They had all 300 people at my wedding up and dancing the entire reception. I had so many people tell me they were the best wedding band they had ever heard. They do not play regular cheesy wedding music, it honestly felt like I was at a concert. They got all the guests involved and did not take one break. If you can book them- do it!!

The Chuck Taylors are phenomenal party starters and can keep ALL of your guests on the dance floor the entire reception! Not to mention, Greg Lee is the most entertaining MC and wonderful pianist. He played beautiful music for our prelude and ceremony, then we had saxophone accompaniment for our cocktail hour, background music during dinner and then the party kicked off with the reception! The Chuck Taylors made our wedding reception! They had all of our guests out on the dance floor for the entire night, and our guests continued to rave about them after the night was over. Their interaction with all of our guests had people who would have been sitting at the tables up and enjoying the party. Greg and his band mates played a special mashup for our first dance, which turned our better than everything we could have hoped for. Additionally, Greg played for our entire ceremony and if it wasn't for the rain, would have been playing throughout our cocktail hour. Throughout the wedding planning process all of our other vendors told us how great they would be and they exceeded even these expectations. We could not recommend the Chuck Taylors highly enough!

When we began looking for wedding bands, we were pretty bummed because we weren’t able to see any of them live due to COVID and we were one of the first of our friends to get married, so we really had no idea what we were looking for. All we knew is that we wanted a band that played nonstop – from our parade, to cocktail hour, through dinner and ultimately pumping up the party/dance floor. Greg Lee and The Chuck Taylors were the first band that we chatted with and after talking to numerous other bands throughout the planning process, we just kept coming back to them. Not only was Greg Lee knowledgeable and awesome to talk with, but he never made us question his ability to pump up the crowd and handle anything we threw at him. And that they did!!! Greg learned all three of our special dance songs and nailed them all. Guests at our wedding also still talk about how much fun the band was and how engaging they were with the crowd. They had trophies to give out throughout the night, let my husband sing karaoke to his favorite song, kept all ages up on the dance floor, and just owned the party the entire night. I’m embarrassed to say that our wedding night was actually the first time that we heard them play live, but I think it also says a lot about who this band is because I have never heard ONE bad thing about them, and they exceeded our expectations. This band is the BEST! They played at our wedding and absolutely made the night! All our guests were asking me their name so they could hire them in the future! They did a wonderful job of reading the crowd and playing amazing songs! They also learned our first dance song for us! I especially enjoyed when they brought our guests onto stage, gave them microphones, and even awarded top dancers a trophy! My friend was supposed to leave early but ended up loving the band and staying all night, even singing a song! 10/10 would hire these guys again!

It is hard to articulate just how incredible this band is at performing at weddings. They don't just play music, they create an environment and space that fosters beautiful memories. Greg and his team are engaging and get to know their audience and play the best music. I truly get emotional thinking about how our reception was perfect because of the crucial part they played. This was the most fun and entertaining band we have ever seen at a wedding! Greg was so nice and lively from start to finish. We booked Greg Lee as our DJ for our wedding at the Lytle Park Hotel at the beginning of August. He was SO easy to work with and allowed us to craft our own playlist for the night while he brought such an energetic, fun presence to our event. He was the best choice we could have made for our DJ, especially with his engaging emcee skills. He kept our reception on-schedule and ensured all of our special moments throughout the night were expertly timed. Greg made the whole night so memorable. He's such an easy, down-to-earth, funny person, and he (or his band) would be the perfect addition to any wedding!

Greg was absolutely fantastic!! Could not be happier with our choice with him! Phenomenal keyboard skills, perfect music choices(both with songs we requested and his own additions), and such an upbeat/fun attitude. Greg really made our night that much better, not just for us but for our guests as well; everything was so personalized. We found the Chuck Taylors after they played at another wedding we went to a few years ago and knew right then we would be booking them for our future wedding (we were not even engaged yet)! Greg and the band were AMAZING. In a Covid wedding, their flexibility was critical. They were totally flexible on the timeline, how much space they needed, etc., All of which changed! Whatever a bride and groom need, they will make it happen. They were energetic and FUN. Everyone had an absolute blast. They played a great mix of the classics and newer songs. Their music was incredible during both the cocktail hour and the reception itself. My dad told me days after the wedding: while we were cutting the cake right in front of the band, each of the band members were completely bent over or crouched to get out of the photos, while still playing their instruments! It's such a minor detail that I didn't even know about til days later, but demonstrates how much they care about the bride and groom having the best day possible. They have now done my brothers wedding, my wedding, and I hope many more in the Cincinnati area so I can celebrate with them again!

Greg Lee is the man. After we decided to post-pone our larger reception until 2021, Greg still came to our smaller dinner for family and wedding party. He played the piano during the cocktail hour and dinner party then DJ'ed for the first dances. He was so accommodating and made the entire atmosphere still feel like a wedding reception, despite only a crowd of 30 people or so. Greg listened to all of our requests and played all of our favorite songs. He has a great sense of humor and made the whole night so fun. We love Greg Lee and already can't wait to have The Chuck Taylors play at our larger reception next year!

Oh my gosh, if I could party with Greg and The Chuck Taylors at my wedding every weekend I would. They were hands down one of the BEST choices my husband and I made for our wedding. From the very start we said we just wanted our wedding to be a party – and The Chuck Taylors made sure it was. From learning a new song for our first dance – to pulling Lizzo out of their back-pocket at the reception – The Chuck Taylors were an absolute hit! People were up and dancing as soon as they finished their dinner – we couldn’t keep them off the dancefloor (and actually had to clear it to do our formal dances!). Once dinner was over – the dancefloor stayed full the whole night. Greg was an amazing emcee who kept our guests engaged. The bands ability to read the room and play perfect song after perfect song was incredible, even our grandparents danced the night away. They also didn’t take a single break once dinner started – I’m talking 8-12pm of tune after tune! The Chuck Taylors went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined for our wedding! They had people on their feet all night dancing and laughing! The Chuck Taylors were one of the first vendors we booked almost a year and a half in advance and we are SO glad we did. They are the LIFE of the party and all of our guests were blown away by their performance. They are fun, interactive and our day wouldn't have been the same without them! They allowed our ceremony and reception to run flawlessly, I truly can't thank them enough for making our wedding so perfect!

The Chuck Taylor's absolutely KILLED IT for our wedding reception! We could not have been more happy with the entire experience with them. The planning experience was super straightforward and easy. The band was super flexible and just went with the flow. The venue had two different rooms - one for dinner, one for dancing - but they played during dinner even though it was in another room and set up speakers in the dinner room so we could still enjoy the live music during dinner! My husband LOVES to karaoke and the band let us on stage to sing! That was the highlight of his life and the night was one we'll never forget. The Chuck Taylor's truly made our wedding and we are so thankful!

The Chuck Taylors are absolutely amazing. I’ve been to a lot of weddings with other great bands but these guys blow those others out of the water. They do not stop playing and will play songs depending on the vibe of the crowd. They will call bridal party members out and dedicate songs to them, making it such an interactive and fun experience for all. We live across the country so we were not able to listen to the band prior to booking them and based our decision solely off of reviews online and they completely exceeded our expectations. The Chuck Taylors are phenomenal--it's hard to capture in words the experience that they offer. Working with Greg throughout the planning process was wonderful. He was always responsive to my questions, and when I wanted to talk everything through the week before the wedding just to make sure everything was good to go, he spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me--despite also having several weddings happening before mine! Greg facilitated the night so seemlessly, and The Chuck Taylors kept the dance floor full throughout the night. We had so many compliments on how much fun and how awesome the band was, and I definitely agree--I would recommend The Chuck Taylors to any and everyone!

My 'then boyfriend-now husband' and I heard The Chuck Taylors a few years ago at my cousin's wedding. It was the MOST FUN we had ever had at a wedding reception and we joked that if we ever got married they would be our wedding band. The Chuck Taylors performed at my daughter’s wedding/reception and we could not be more pleased. Greg was there hours before the ceremony to get set up and make sure everything was ready to go. At the reception, he interacted with the guests and had not only the younger crowd, but older folks dancing who hadn’t been on the dance floor in years! It was an absolute blast and I credit The Chuck Taylors for making it so much fun!

The Best Ever , Very Professional, and So Much Fun are how I would describe Greg Lee and The Chuck Taylors. We chose Greg for our oldest daughter's wedding in 2013 based on recommendations from those in the wedding industry. Our guest loved him and his music selections. So when our youngest daughter got engaged he was one of the must haves when we set the date for the wedding. The energy this band has is incredible and contagious which makes for a great party!!!!

We booked Greg Lee and The Chuck Taylors solely based on reviews on The Knot, and the reviews do not lie.....these guys were AMAZING! Our guests could not go on enough about how fun and entertaining they were. They made the day truly special for us and did everything from our ceremony music, cocktail hour, learned our first dance song (Perfect for Me by Ron Pope....it sounded as good as Ron himself!), and made sure the dance floor was rocking the entire night. If you want an amazing wedding band look no further!

AMAZING! We were honestly nervous to book them without hearing / seeing them in person first - after reading so many outstanding reviews and hearing from friends who had seen them at other weddings, we decided to go for it and I'm so glad we did! Greg Lee is SO energetic and such a natural entertainer. Greg kept our reception on schedule and made sure we were moving along. My favorite part about The Chuck Taylors - they don't take a break during the dance floor!!! Greg thinks a break interrupts the flow of everyone having a good time and I couldn't agree more. We had a full dance floor the entire night and multiple guests followed up with us after the wedding to talk about how great our band was! I also love that every member of the band wears a tuxedo - they looked so nice and professional while also breaking it down and throwing an amazing party! I couldn't recommend them more - one of the best parts of our wedding!

Choosing Greg and The Chuck Taylors to play music for my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as Emcee the event was hands down the best decision I could have made! This group is high energy, a breeze to work with, and takes your event from good to, "The best wedding I've ever been to!" Every guest at my wedding was on the dance floor the WHOLE NIGHT - kids to grandparents! Greg even invited some guests up to the stage to sing with him! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Before we booked The Chuck Taylor's I had never really contemplated a band for our wedding....but when I saw them perform at the Casino I instantly knew I had to have them for our wedding! we have been following them for a year and a half leading up to our wedding and every time we see them I have an absolute blast! They know how to read a crowd and play songs that everyone will enjoy. We requested songs we werent sure would translate well live but were AMAZING. They didnt take a break once during the entire wedding and their energy only became more infectious as the night went on! we told them we love Queen and they played Bohemian Rhapsody and let David sing along and lead and literally everyone raved on and on about how awesome it was! They interacted with the guests, everyone was out dancing, even those I didnt expect to dance! Nobody could stop talking the next day about how great they were and asked if we could do it all over again every weekend! If you want a boring wedding....dont book them....if you want the BEST and most energetic wedding then BOOK THE CHUCK TAYLORS NOW! You wont be disappointed!

I literally could not say enough great things about Greg Lee and the Chuck Taylors! My husband and I knew we wanted a band, but weren't sure what to expect from our guests in terms of dancing or "party" since most are more conservative and average age around 40-50. He knocked it out of the park with minimal input from us (other than my husband loving Sinatra and a few "love it" songs)! They truly read the crowd and adapt for what will keep everything lively from improv duets, Sinatra, Motown and dance offs. I asked for a violinist for my ceremony music to a "Greatest Showman" medley and it was everything I dreamed. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! (And for those concerned on pricing, VERY reasonable compared to other bands and totally worth the difference with a DJ).

We could not have made a better choice for our wedding band than The Chuck Taylors. They were so much fun and easy to work. Greg promised a great night and that's exactly what we got. He and the band went way beyond what we expected. My husband and I got married December 14th of this past year and people are still raving about our band daily! When we went venue shopping in August of 2017, every single venue recommended Greg Lee - we knew nothing about him, booked him with little to no knowledge, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Our dance floor was packed, a number of our guests made it on stage as “guest” singers, and Greg Lee helped us throw a party we will never forget! Wow! Greg Lee and the Chuck Taylors more than deliver on their promise of an amazing party. They are incredible -- fun and upbeat throughout the entire reception, and so great at reading the room. We didn’t pick out any songs for the reception, except for sharing with Greg what we don’t like. When he said they are “wedding experts,” I wasn’t sure what to expect but they weren’t kidding. They have an uncanny ability to know exactly what songs to play next to keep the crowd dancing. It was so much fun to see all our friends and family members dancing and smiling the whole night -- we wanted a reception where everyone danced the whole time, and are so happy that that is what we got! They performed one of the best concerts we have ever been to, much less a wedding. Greg engaged the crowd throughout the night, and except for a fifteen minute break at one point, they were rocking for more than 5 hours straight. We would choose Greg Lee and the Chuck Taylors ten times over. They are such a necessary addition to make your wedding celebration an unforgettable party that your friends and family will be raving about for years to come!

Unreal. Just absolutely UNREAL. ALL of our guests are STILL raving - my grad school friends could not stop talking about The Chuck Taylor rendition of "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba. Greg Lee read the room and RAN with it. My MOH was up on stage rapping to Spice Girls. Greg Lee played a backstreet boys song as a tribute to my groom and his best man... And they did not take a single break. A *single* break. I will hire Greg Lee for my second and third weddings, without a doubt.

Greg and The Chuck Taylors were hands down the best thing about our day! We knew that we wanted a live band for our wedding, so immediately after booking our venue and making sure they could accommodate a band, The Chuck Taylors were the next hire. Along with coming highly recommended from other brides, we were lucky enough to see The Chuck Taylors live and in person at the casino and we knew we made the right choice. The night of the wedding, Greg made it all happen! We couldn't be more pleased. Even with an intimate wedding of 65 people, the dance floor was packed and rocking all night long! Everyone young and old enjoyed the entertainment and are still raving about how amazing "that band" was! We're just hoping some of our engaged friends will hire them next.

The Chuck Taylors were the best part of our wedding!! After attending a wedding a few years ago where they played, we knew they had to be part of our big day. Greg was wonderful to work with – he was so relaxed throughout the planning process that it made us feel at ease about jumping into the wedding. My daughter got married in June, and the one thing she requested was an amazing band to keep guests on the dance floor. Did she ever get what she asked for! The Chuck Taylors were absolutely amazing! They played the entire 5 hours and kept everyone on the dance floor until the very last minute. Their ability to play anything we asked for was phenomenal and they were so connected to the crowd.
