The Churro Cart in SB was amazing! First off the churros were delicious and a HUGE hit! The ice cream was an added bonus! I will say originally getting ahold of them was a little difficult but it was 100% worth it! People are still talking about our fresh churros, they also sent us home with the leftover which was an amazing 2 am snack for my husband and I! Highly recommend this non traditional dessert option!

I would give The Churro Cart zero stars if the app allowed given the service & customer experience has been the worst I have experienced in the industry. We reserved their full services on Aug 28th for a family event. They confirmed the date, time and services a month before the event. Day of the event they show up 2 hours late from the scheduled "set-up" time and tell us that they cannot get the Churro Cart up the driveway. Please keep in mind the business never shared any concerns about the location or provided things for the customer to consider. Also, our golf cart from 2001 can get up the driveway with ease. Rather than refund or try to find a solution, they decide to drop off cold churros in a disposable container an hour after the actually Churro Cart was supposed to be serving the event. We have called and emailed 7-10 times each and have not heard back on a partial or full refund. I would never recommend this business or any dinner parties or events.

We hired The Churro Cart’s soft pretzel package for our “welcome wine” event the night before our wedding. A few hours before the event, The Churro Cart contacted us to let us know that the cart that was on its way to us broke down and would not be able to make it. They offered to send someone else and upgrade to churros and ice cream, but would not be able to start serving until 30 minutes after we scheduled. It ended up being about an hour after we planned to serve, so some of our guests missed it (if they left early), but most people were able to enjoy it! We enjoyed The Churro Cart and our guests loved the treats!

As a wedding planner promptness and great customer service is something we always want. The Churro Cart is that and so much more. All attendants are super friendly, always on time and always have such a delicious product. Book them, you will not be disappointed. Oh! Plus! The cart is super cute!!!!!

We loved using The Churro Cart for our wedding! Our guests loved the delicious churros and the friendly service. It was a total hit! And the process of working with the team and getting everything situated was very simple, which is great when planning a wedding. I will definitely recommend The Churro Cart to anyone who wants a yummy, fun dessert for their event.
