I had a few horrible dress shopping experiences and was about to give up, but Doreen worked her magic and I found my perfect dress at Cinderella Cellar. She was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. She is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what size I should get (I'm kind of between sizes) and recommended the option that would work best for me - not just what would make her the most money. The prices were very reasonable, and you know what you're paying for up front aka no hidden fees. I have so much respect for Doreen and she runs a respectful, genuine business that I love. I loved it so much I'm doing my alterations there next time I fly home! Another huge bonus was that Doreen let me take the sample dress home to try on for my grandpa, who was unable to make it to the appointment. That meant SO much to me and my family, and he cried seeing me in my wedding dress (it was extra special because he won't be able to see me in it again since he can't attend my wedding in Colorado). This gesture was the kind of thing that you only get with a small, family-owed boutique and it only solidified my love for CC, Doreen and this whole experience :) I'm so thankful I happened upon Cinderella Cellar on Yelp, it was a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend any bride looking for a reasonably priced bridal boutique with fantastic customer service!

was extremely long and needed to be shortened. Doreen made the process painless. She set an appointment for me before the shop opened so I could have her undivided attention. She took her time pinning the dress and having me move around in it each time she made an adjustment so I could be sure I was happy with the length. She gave me options for shaping the hem if I wanted to and recommendations on the right length for certain shoes (I had not finalized my shoe choice at the time). After we’d settled on the length, she bagged the dress, gave me a ticket, and told me to allow about 4-8 weeks for alteration. To my surprise, she called me about a week later to let me know my dress was finished! I came back to the store for a final fitting and it was perfect. Not only was the hem perfectly even and exactly where I needed it, but you would never have been able to tell it had been shortened. There was no bead disturbed, no weird edges. She had also reinforced the zipper in an area I had been worried about. My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day and I loved wearing it. I also brought my dress back to Doreen after the wedding for her to clean it and preserve it for me. When I dropped it off, she explained the cleaning process and checked to make sure my dress was the right material for the type of cleaning she does. She finished about a month later and it was beautifully boxed and ready for me to take home.

I was just there, so I haven't received my dress, I just ordered it, but I'm sure the process is only going to keep being 5 star! n sewed in poorly, and between that and the difference in size, the dress looked really different. I didn't know what to do, since I wasn't even sure if I still liked the dress. Doreen sent the dress back to get the bra cup fixed. But she told me that if I still didn't like it when it came back, then she would give me a refund. That was really generous of her, since the manufacturer wouldn't give her a refund, and she probably wouldn't have been able to sell the dress, since it was so small. So she was willing to lose money on the dress in order to help me out. I fell in love with the dress again when it came back, though we had to send it back again to get some buttons on the back fixed. Throughout this whole process, Doreen was very patient and helpful. And on top of everything else, she even hemmed my dress for free, because of all the trouble we went through with the manufacturer of the dress! I can't recommend her and the Cinderella Cellar highly enough.

So we walked right in with an appt and were able to try on dresses right then. The selection Doreen has is amazing, everything from ballgowns to short reception dresses. She let me look around after asking for a brief description of what I was looking for. I pulled two dresses myself and she had a couple more waiting in the fitting for me. The third dress I tried on was THE ONE and I was so happy to find out it was well within my budget (under $600) and that what little alterations were needed (hem and sleeves shortened) could be done by Doreen herself. *One thing I was impressed with--she didn't try to make me get alterations done there, she just said it was an option.* Overall great experience. Very different way to shop for Bridal Gowns, not so formal and hoity-toity, but I was so happy with my experience!

If you're looking for something different than what's in her store, she'll help you find it and can place orders. She provided alterations in a timely manner and her prices are very reasonable. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciated my experience with her, and I strongly encourage all of my family and friends to shop with her. She's the best!

expect to find a dress I loved (I thought the "you'll know" and the crying thing was fake. Needless to say I didn't cry over my dress but I did know it was the one. I had to come back twice to make sure but I kept coming back to the same dress. Admittedly I could have probably found this dress at a different shop. Many dress shops carry some of the same brands. What made this shop different? Doreen. She is patient, kind and extremely helpful. She is ready to show you different styles. She listens to what you have to say and then knows what dresses to help you pull. She also offers rentals and an as is room for off the rack.

She rented out her dresses as well as sold them, but I'm not very sentimental, so renting was perfect for me! She let me look through her catalog and I picked out my dream dress!! The best part was that if I didn't like it when it arrived, I did not have to commit to it! When it came in...it was ABSOLUTELY everything I wanted!! She altered it TO ME!! The dress made my wedding so special!! And the best part was I didn't have to have it cleaned! She did it for me!! I also rented my veil from her and it was exactly what I had wanted also!! I would definitely recommend The Cinderella Cellar to ANYBODY that was looking to rent or buy a dress!!
