I originally found The Cinderella House on Pinterest and reached out via email. The owner, Angela, called me back within 1 day. After chatting for a few minutes, I had learned that...
she at that time was only working with local customers. I live in Pittsburgh and they are located in Missouri so shipping me the linens was not an option. So I thanked her and we parted ways. The very next morning I received an email from her saying "that while they have never shipped linens before out of state, after thinking about it, that she would love to help me out and would love for us to be her first out of state customer." I was thrilled because she had the linens I was looking for at such an affordable price! After a few more emails she set up an online invoice and statement and I sent her my deposit. As promised my linens arrived 2 days before the "promised date" and she followed up with me every step of the way. When I received the package and opened the linens they were perfect, even better in person! Perfectly packaged and brand new! She included a prepaid return label which made returning the linens back to her a breeze! I'm so grateful I found The Cinderella House to help make my big day absolutely beautiful and I will make sure to contact them for any future events I may have! Thank you Angela and The Cinderella House!!
