on. The Class Band gave a wonderful performance at my daughter's April wedding in La Jolla, playing a great song list from their extensive offerings. The transitions were seamless, we got a lot of very positive feedback, and the dance floor was pretty much packed all night, which was perfect! Highly recommend!

Their performance at our wedding was high energy and they kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night. Jameson, the front man and MC, was a true professional. He knew how to engage the crowd, his vocals were fantastic, and he effortlessly guided the flow of the evening. I had requested a unique song that was not on their setlist ("Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard") for my first dance with my father, and he and the band did a fabulous job-they even threw in some awesome gritos (Mexican vocal cry/shot) like in the original song. We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the band was. If you're looking for a talented, professional, and fun band for any event, I highly recommend The Class!

Very flexible and accomodating - They played our ceremony and cocktail hour too and were very tasteful - They crafted a perfect setlist taking our recommendations into account while also using their expertise to play what 'works'. They just made it all happen and it was great! Our wedding guests are still buzzing to us about how great the band was. Need I say more??

Gabe was also incredibly responsive during the entire process. They had never done an international wedding and did not hesitate to come down to Mexico for us. They also handled all the communication with our DJ for equipment and kept us out of the details (which as you know is a rare and awesome trait in a wedding vendor). We cannot recommend the Class enough! Stop searching, you've found your band!

y weddings previously where the dance floor had been a bust for varying reasons—guests, time of day, availability of alcohol, quality of DJ—but a continuous theme we had found was that weddings with a live band helped keep the energy up and the dance floor populous. Which is all we wanted! A fun dance party with our friends and family. When we began our search, our wedding planner pointed us in the direction of The Class and it was love at first set list. We spent an hour reading over their set list and every few seconds we’d say out loud “We LOVE that song! We love THAT song!!!” They even had “This Will Be Our Year” by the Zombies which we had no idea was even a possibility for wedding band repertoires! Their vibe, their video examples, and their varying range of songs were obviously perfect from the get go. And working with them from there was even more amazing! Gabe was so responsive by email and so flexible in helping us musically design the evening we dreamed of. Many years ago we joked about going right from our first dance into “I’m a Believer” and getting the whole floor dancing—and that dream came true thanks to The Class! Gabe also navigated our “between sets” Spotify playlists like a champ and made our ceremony musical cues go off without a hitch. Guests of all ages loved hitting the dance floor when The Class played and the energy never dipped! We can’t recommend The Class enough for all your event’s musical needs!

We first reached out to the band because we liked their diverse song list, but I quickly felt like I 100% trusted Gabe as we worked together to plan the music. He was organized, responsive, flexible, responded to email quickly, had good suggestions and just generally on top of it. And that was just before the wedding. You can tell these guys really love their job because they kept the party going all night. Everyone at the wedding commented on how great they were! Gabe even indulged me on a last minute lyric change for our first dance. As far as value goes in the things we paid for, The Class was by far our best investment!

Their ceremony renditions of Van Morrison and Neil Young brought guests to tears, and their covers kept the dance floor packed the whole night. From start to finish they set the perfect mood, transitioning seamlessly from band to dj to MC. I had so many people coming up to tell me how great they were during the wedding and after. Great playlist to choose from, solid advice when we needed it, and Gabe was just wonderful to work with- responsive, patient, competent, and funny. Live bands can be expensive, but The Class was reasonably priced compared to a lot of others and well worth it because they covered the entire event (ceremony, reception, after party). You get four very talented guys who managed to have the perfect amount of presence- enough to really entertain and engage but staying just enough back to let the guests enjoy each other. Polished but soulful, fun but not cheesy, a band for your wedding that in no way feels like a wedding band. Super grateful to have had these guys.

We appreciated the opportunity to choose part of our song list while also giving the band the discretion to choose some songs to serve the needs of the audience in the moment. Gabe served as the MC as well, which he handled in a professional manner and helped us to stay on schedule. They are all excellent musicians and their energy and talent set a celebratory tone and kept people moving on the dance floor throughout the evening! Some of our family and friends commented afterwards that they have rarely danced in the past 30 (or more) years, but they had so much fun dancing our wedding. We highly recommend The Class!

emely overpriced (one agency that I called was charging $10,000+ for booking any of their bands for 5 hours). I was really lucky to find them. During our initial correspondence, I told Gabe that I wanted a "giant, classy party"... and they delivered. The groom also had a few surprises up his sleeve, and Gabe worked with him last-minute to pull everything off. In fact, there were a number of moving parts that we threw at the band last-minute, and the band took it all in stride. Gabe was my point of contact, and he was very responsive, flexible, and organized- The Class was the easiest vendor to coordinate with, and this is valuable when you are dealing with a handful of other vendors. If you're in need of a band, don't hesitate to book them! Highly recommended!

t a great sound, a sharp look, and a lot of energy to our wedding in downtown Los Angeles. At no point during the four hour set were there not people - from age 3 to 70 - on the dance floor. Gabe is a pleasure to work with. He is very organized and makes a real effort to get it right - set list, timing, etc. - and he's very patient. The whole group (we had 5 pieces including a sax) were consummate professionals. Do yourself a favor and book them before somebody else does.

Well, this band is so good I almost don't even want to tell you so they will be available should I ever have another giant party and want amazing live music. They were so easy to work with, played the music we liked, and covered a wide range of styles. When I wasn't dancing, I was listening to my guests rave about them. Stop searching and HIRE THEM. You can thank me later.
